Are the wheels coming off Obama’s “Back To The Thirties tour?”

Even before the official start of Barack Obama’s “Back To The Thirties tour”, Americans are demanding, unemotional facts before giving their support to the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). In fact, the whole myth of the Messiah leading us might, itself be a “troubled asset” if the numbers of a new poll are accurate. The gullible voters who bought The One’s socialism could be rethinking things.

Gallup’s new poll measuring public reaction to Obama’s request to have Congress release the second $350 billion of TARP funding shows even Democrats are sobering up to the dangers of endless spending.

Over all 62% said the Congress should not release this money until Obama spells out just how the funds will be spent. As pointed out on this page last week, we don’t have a clue about where the first $350 billion went and all we are getting are snarky answers from our government implying we don’t even have the right to ask questions, let alone demand answers. Apparently voters are already wary of these vague explanations.

This will be a tough sell for Obama. While a predictable 67% of Republicans are against releasing the money, a startling 65% of Democrats and 59% of Independents share their doubts about throwing more money at .. well who knows?

When those who are dead set against the distribution are added in, almost 3 of 4 respondents said a resounding “No”

The adults of America, even the Democrats, might be starting to wake up to see what the children have done to our country.
Pitching money into a government black hole doesn’t seem to be as much fun when it’s your money, after all.

By April Obama will own this recession. The lemmings will turn on him no matter what the media says. They will insist this is Bush’s fault but Bush will be a distant memory to the cognitively challenged voters that gave us Obama and his half witted side kick. Saying Roosevelt successfully blamed Hoover for eight years, has no relevance to today’s America. The old media doesn’t have the total power it wielded in the 1930’s.

Obama will own this recession by Income Tax Day. Then the scales will start dropping from the eyes of those who saw what they wanted to see when they looked at the Chicago hoax.

Enough is enough!
When Barack Obama is inaugurated, as he should, Pastor Rick Warren will call upon God to bless our 44th president and his administration.
Obama will place his hand on Abraham Lincoln’s bible swearing to uphold and defend the Constitution. He’ll be following the honorable path of asking for God’s blessings set down by George Washington and repeated at every Presidential Inauguration.
He’ll also drive the atheist crowd up the wall, but that’s their problem not ours.
Americans expect our presidents to petition God’s graces because we are an overwhelmingly God believing country.
Now the very way we inaugurate a president is the subject of a lawsuit from Newdow’s tiny atheist minority. They want to prevent ANY reference to God or religion during the ceremony making us kowtow to them. The Freedom From Religion Foundation is demanding the ceremony be changed so America’s presidents are prohibited from praying or even saying “So help me God.”
Praying or using God’s name offends these people. Atheists number just eight percent and even 20% of these confused souls express a belief in God (while calling themselves atheists – go figure). Why then, should anyone care what this gang of braying morons thinks? They want what they want and they want it now, but who cares? With all the work ahead of us we need every blessing God wants to send us.
Atheist demands offend ME as part of the other 92% of us who believe in God and nobody can tell me that my position is not more important.
These “offended” atheists should be told to pound sand and get lost.
Enough is enough!
It’s about time we stood up for our American way of life and told people like this to cover their eyes and ears if the name God offends them.

America is a country built and made great by people who believe in God and arranged the ceremony for a presidential Inauguration so God would always be the honored guest at our most important public ceremony.
If this offends them, the atheists can watch Real Time with Bill Maher reruns on Inauguration Day to shield their delicate sensibilities from the name of God.
Americans are tolerant people who will more often than not bend over backwards to yield to the will of minorities because we want all to be treated fairly. Nevertheless, this over sensitive concern for the feelings of splinter groups and kooks can lead to abuses and tyranny by the minority.

There is some encouraging data in a new Pew media poll. It gives us strong reason to believe we can turn things around if we can stop the so- called Fairness Doctrine.

Pew found 4 groups of news consumers: those who go to all sources, 23%,

only Internet news gatherers 13%,

only old media news consumers 46%,

and the clueless who don’t care 18%.

The “newspapers only” readers dropped 7 points to 27% since 2006 which is good news.

But the really good news is: for the first time the number of both online and radio news (outlets we have an edge in) gatherers, has overtaken the newspaper readers.

Predictably young people don’t give a damn what’s happening. Regardless of old media reports, only 10% of “Youtubers” care about the news and “Smart phoners” number just 6%.

The “believability” ratings for online news is less than for old news providers which is not good, but time and demographics will change this perception.

Television news consumers are declining, but still numerous. They’re older people who will eventually die watching “antenna television” and never look elsewhere. Nevertheless, these older people are still a source of net gain support for the GOP. Old Republican votes still virtually cancelled out old Democrat votes last November.
To maintain our communications advantage, we have to build on this good news, work hard and fight off liberal efforts to pass a new Fairness Doctrine. This Orwellian named farce is designed to destroy the edge we have in the new media, and frankly that edge is all we have.
Of course having America’s ear and making our case are two different things. Voters heard our message and decided it was a pile of murky unfathomable crap. We can’t let that happen again. We need to use our voice to offer a clear conservative message as an alternative to the socialism Barack Obama will be pushing on us.
It was Benjamin Franklin who said, “We must all hang together, gentlemen…else, we shall most assuredly hang separately”
His words are true today. If we sit back and wait for others to stop the new Fairness Doctrine we will lose our voice in the public square.

Last November Barack Obama outlined his “back to the thirties” major infrastructure plan. He talked about a two year program of rebuilding “crumbling roads and bridges, modernizing schools building wind farms and so on. You get the picture.

That sounds nice but what’s Obama really going to accomplish?

This ridiculous boondoggle will cost ONE TRILLION DOLLARS!

We’ve already spent half of the seven hundred billion dollars of the so-called bailout fund, and have virtually NOTHING to show for it. We don’t even know where the money has gone!

What could possibly make Obama think plunging America deeper into debt by building roads nobody has the inclination or money to use will help us?

What makes Obama think displaced financial sector workers, former circus clowns and retail clerks will be able to merely show up at a job site with a hard hat and lunch box to start building Obama’s Autobahn?

The money Obama will be dangling in front of construction companies will be magnetic.

Think of some of the unsavory character in the construction industry eyeing our money.

If Obama thinks those guy will check workers citizenship, he’s a fool.

Since every job will be a federal project, every illegal alien worker will be a walking felony mocking our laws.

When these projects get going they will pull every able body in the world over our borders. Soon construction companies will only hire illegal workers so they can pay less, and save FICA taxes they would have to pay for legal American workers.

Eventually Obama will be paying illegal aliens to come here, grab every benefit they can and leaving America sucked dry.

At a time when illegals are beginning to go home in significant numbers, a federal magnet project like this will actually draw fleeing illegal workers back under, over, around and through our border fences. These “make work” projects would be a catastrophic mistake. They would be ill timed and backfire in our faces. The sheer number of sitess to investigate would stretch our immigration control resources to the breaking point and lead to a total loss of control of our borders.

Of course that is what Obama wants. All he sees is new Democrats to have ACORN sign up. This is serious folks.

Yesterday in a rare Sunday session Harry Reid rammed through a 1200 page $ 10 billion bill effectively locking up millions of acres of land preventing any drilling or mining for energy producing minerals forever. This steaming pile of dung makes these acres “environmentally friendly federal wilderness areas.” Can you smell Sierra Club?

This bill, S.22 the “Omnibus Public Lands Management Act of 2009,” will destroy any chance of using our natural resources to get us back on our feet.

It grabs back tens of thousands of acres that were only just released from the Environmentalist Nazis’ grip last fall when public pressure caused the slugs in Congress to act to put America on the path of “home grown” energy independence. It’s a back stabbing effort make the whole country a new ANWR.

The sneaky worm Reid got a bunch of other sneaky worms, including our “good friends” in the Republican Party, to pass this bill by loading it up with over 155 pork projects sure to sail right through the House when it comes up.

Note that to the liberal mind, adding the word NATIONAL means no one pays. But those of us who did not vote for Barack Obama know it means “paid for by our tax money.”

Here’s some of the new spending Reid gave us.

The “Wolf Compensation and Prevention Program” snuck in by Senator Jon Tester of Montana. He’s the liberal who wears a crew cut to fool the nitwits in Montana into thinking he is a conservative.

Funding: to make a “National” liberal shrine of Bill Clinton’s birthplace,

effectively nationalizing Boston Harbor and the City of Baltimore;

education in North Dakota and;

National Tropical Botanical Gardens in Hawaii and Florida – originally authorized in 1965, but deemed urgent yesterday.

Fight back, write and call and Email these slugs and tell them enough is enough.

Barack Obama’s speech was a declaration of war against those of us who are the producers in our country.

This dunce Obama believes he can spend America out of the Democrat/Fanny/Freddy recession and we know this is nonsense. Obama is a Judas goat trying to lead us to socialist, but we’re not ready to meekly walk over his empty platitudinous cliff – No Sir!

Obama is clueless about the real financial world as socialists always are, but we’re not.

To be true to ourselves and future generations, our only option is fighting back. Nobody but us can save us; there is no savior out there. The Democrats and the media are our enemies, and the Republicans are hiding in the basement.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

You may have knowledge or repose; you may not have both. Never has this been more true.

We have the knowledge so we can no longer have the repose that comes with ignorance.

We can’t sit in the stands watching others fight this war. In our hearts we know we can’t. Doing nothing will make things worse and make us a part of the problem.

We need to choose up sides and man/woman up. We have to count on each other! If you’re ready to rumble let’s get together and talk about who will do what in what part of the country.

We need people to write and call and E mail the socialists running our government. We can coordinate our effort at the Collinsreport.net

Let’s start the planning we need to start kicking ash and taking names.

Let’s start fighting back to save America. We can’t watch them end the American dream. We owe this to our children.

Make informed decisions about whether you are more concerned with saving America or not offending anyone. Remember ultimately the truth only offends those who are wrong and want to hold on to their stupid ideas.

Let us know when you see wasteful spending. Let us know which weenie politicians need a Real American’s pressure blitz. Point out the targets and why they should be buried in calls and E mails. Let us know where and when these slugs can be confronted with the truth by our Fight back America Corps.

When you see a bailout supporting Congressman driving a foreign car, let’s jump on him.

Let’s send surges of supporting contacts to any politician that stands up for us and what we believe has to be done. Let’s find the wishy washy Republicans and put our hands up their backsides to give them a straight spine when we see that it will help.

When your local liberal rag newspaper folds let us know so we can all enjoy the schadenfreude

The naïve Mr. Obama thinks he will be in charge of our government but he is way off in this foolishness. Already Barney Frank has attacked Obama’s plan because it does TOO MUCH tax cutting and NOT ENOUGH spending, which the flamboyant Congressman from Massachusetts actually believes will bring about job creation.

Showing his flair for comedy, the confused Mr. Frank expressed confidence this spending plan would bring America to full economic recovery by 2010, presumably when the Democrat controlled government could start spending us into a new crisis. Folks we HAVE to act. The money Barney is talking about is ours, not the federal government’s!

Get involved in our ongoing strategy sessions. We’ll post the ideas that come in and we can all consider them. Let’s stand together and fight until we win! Other generations did, now it’s our turn to fight for America.

So far we have “spent” half of the $700 billion “bailout” package we HAD to pass to save the nation. But where the hell has it gone; who spent this money? Congress told us SOMETHING had to be done. Okay where’s the benefit for us, the taxpayers whose pockets got turned inside out to pay for this foolishness?

Half of this money is already gone with NO apparent tangible benefit and nobody even knows where it has gone.

I demand to know: where our money is, who got it, how it has been spent, how it will be spent and why pouring money onto this situation will make things right again.

This $350 billion is more than we spent on the Atomic bomb, the Marshall Plan and putting a man on the moon and NOBODY knows where it went!

The big banks got the money, but knowing this doesn’t help.

These banks are looking us in the eye and saying “Sorry, we don’t know how we spent the money, but please send us more.”

When the AP asked where the money went, it got, “We have not disclosed that to the public. We’re declining to.” You what?

This is largely a Democrat show so the media settled for non answers. Their curiosity light goes dim when the obvious target stinks of Democrat corruption.

Treasury Secretary Paulson is acting like we have some nerve even asking about our money. Paulson works for us doesn’t he?

Now with crooked Democrats in total control of our lives they will rob us blind. And the media will bark its approval. If we don’t stand up and fight, right now this is how we’ll be treated forever.

Where the hell has the money gone? Does anyone know or care?

There will be more than One Trillion dollars floating around Washington and you KNOW lots of those dollars will stick to the fingers of the “public servants” who should be looking out for us, but will be robbing us instead.

Please write, E mail, call and personally demand and explanation of where this money went and how spending more and more money will get us out of a hole caused by spending more and more money.

We the producers in America have to band together to save our nation our families and ourselves.

In July Barack Obama was in danger of finishing below 60% support from American Jews. Two polls had Obama’s Jewish support at 58%. There were reports of Jewish seniors in South Florida chasing Obama’s lackeys out of synagogues. The old Jews, mostly transplants from Brooklyn and Queen in New York City, were furious because they suspected Barack Obama would not be a friend to Israel.

Then like horses at a barn fire, even KNOWING he would stab Israel in the back, the Jews ran back into the flames of Democrat lies. In the end they were more liberal Democrat, than supporters of Israel. Their suspicions cooled and turned to support for “The liberal Democrat, no matter who he is,” by November.

Now before he even takes office Obama is showing he knows little about the nature of the Islamist threat to Israel at best, or fully understands it all and sides with Israel’s enemies at worst.

Obama has remained suspiciously silent about Israel’s air strikes on the Hamas terrorists who have been showering the Jewish State with missiles trying to kill as many Jews as they could. The president elect says he has no opinion, but that can’t be true. Of course he is lying on this issue. He has an opinion, but it wouldn’t further his goal of fooling supporters of Israel if he explained it; so we won’t hear it.

Obama stooge David Axelrod has been saying Obama wants to help bring about “the peace both sides deserve” as if this was merely a disagreement over an orange grove.

Obama is either too stupid to recognize that Hamas wants Israel dead or he supports that goal.

Whichever it is, we and Obama’s Jews, will find out in the months to come.

Democrats: the Anti Semitic party

Those who hate Israel, and let’s face it hate Jews, now officially have their own political party: The Democrat Party.

A new Rasmussen poll tells us just 31% of Democrats support Israel’s decision to fight back and defend herself against the terrorist thugs in Gaza. Obama’s Jews now find themselves as members of a party where more than half of its members want Israel to “find a diplomatic solution,” to the latest attempt to murder Jews and push Israel into the sea.

In response to Israel’s determination not to standby and watch as Jews are once again collectively put on a train bound for the death camps, the queen nitwit of Hollywood, Roseanne Barr actually wrote on her blog Roseanne World , that Israel is a NAZI state. Proving that most of her brain cells must have been in the tons of fat she lost, Barr continued saying, “”The destruction of the jews [sic] in Israel has been assured with this inhuman attack on civilians in gaza [sic].”

Barr’s dementia sums up the feelings of today’s Democrat Party on the subject of Israel. Many of the most committed Democrats are among the most bigoted Israel haters because of her alliance with America. They agree with the Islamist’s big Satan little Satan slur.

If anyone needed more proof that Democrats are children who truly don’t understand how the world works, the selection of lifelong party hack Leon Panetta as the new Director of the Central Intelligence Agency should blow away all doubt.

Barack Obama indicated he picked Panetta because he is thought of as a good manager who understands government bureaucracy. The unspoken “attributes” Panetta brings are his naïve objections to the methods of modern spying and counter intelligence operations. His pronouncement that America “must not use torture under any circumstances” elevates his selection from stupid to dangerous.

To a Democrat lawyer who was a 1st Lieutenant in the Army, understanding why terrorists cannot be treated like bank robbers is indeed a daunting task. But someone whose naivety matched his own was the quality Obama wanted as he builds his Administration. The importance of the job means nothing.

Obama apparently thinks that Panetta’s total lack of experience or qualifications makes him the perfect man to protect us in these dangerous times. That this makes no sense means nothing.

Obama could have tapped Oprah Winfrey as the new CIA Director and done better given his rationale. Oprah hates torture and can manage people.

Oprah has managed more money than Panetta has ever administered. She probably has personally met and spent time with many of the world’s leaders. Notwithstanding the questionable virility of most Democrat politicians, Oprah would have no trouble out crying Panetta at press conferences as she condemned water boarding.

Certainly Oprah is against torture and would be more able to sway public opinion against water boarding and such nasty practices as the dreaded underwear on the head torture.

Oprah could personally fund the new “Humanitarian Desk” at The Company. That would save money for Obama. Panetta couldn’t do that.

Oprah would have to give up her show, but she was doing that anyway. She could have Friday afternoon specials where she could put her policy decisions up for a vote by the ladies in her audience. This would provide some of the “openness and transparency” Obama has been touting.

Like Panetta she has no “personal ties” to the CIA but unlike Panetta, Oprah did plenty to elect Obama. Some say she actually picked him as the next president. It would be simple gratitude to tap Winfrey. After all it’s not like it’s an important position or anything and she is thinking about retiring so she is available.

Oprah Winfrey would be a much better choice.

American mothers have always told their children to do well in school, “Because anyone could grow up to be President.”
In 1976 they were proved right when a true “anybody” Jimmy Carter was elected President. In November a quintessential “nobody” Barack Obama was elected president. Of course neither of these fakers and pretenders needed nor had any particular qualifications to be president. Democrats rarely do.
In filling out his cabinet, Obama has already seen Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico withdraw his name from consideration to be Secretary of Commerce. Richardson’s sticky fingers and propensity for shady dealing are solid credentials for membership in the Democrat’s Chicago gang but very dangerous when the light of a confirmation hearing is shined on them.

David Paterson, the blind governor of New York, is about to appoint Caroline Kennedy to the Senate seat vacated by Hillary Clinton the new Secretary of State. Kennedy has no credentials beyond her name, and party registration, but this means nothing. Governor Paterson might not be sighted, but he possesses an ability to “see” Kennedy’s credentials when no one else can.
Looking at Kennedy it’s hard to understand how her “credentials” make her more qualified for appointment to the Senate than someone picked out of the Manhattan phonebook.
New Yorkers are 51% female, 60% white, 72% English speaking, 53% home owning, and in Manhattan, 50% college graduates.
As a White English speaking female who owns her home and is a college graduate, Kennedy is essentially phonebook average.
Paterson and Obama could have thrown a dart at an opened phonebook and done just as well, but then again they “see” qualifications in these frauds. Unfortunately, Kennedy’s “dismayed” at getting caught not voting much over the past ten years, and Richardson’s pay to play scheme don’t count.
Being convinced of her own royalty, Lady Caroline has deigned that only upon her actual nomination to the Democrat’s House of Lords will she reveal how much of her share of her bootlegger grandfather’s criminal proceeds she has left.
Weren’t we a whole lot better off when we never heard of the slugs the Democrats plugged into these positions? Nobody should ever have heard of an incoming Secretary of State except a Kissinger or somebody like that before they took office. The only qualification to be selected for a Cabinet position should be; well qualifications. Or is that too much to ask for in these days of a declining America?
