If you think Eric Holder our new Attorney General is a bad choice because he helped Clinton sell pardons to terrorists and tax cheats, consider David Ogden, the menace Obama is installing as Deputy Attorney General.

Why is he a bad choice?

Ogden represented Playboy Enterprises, trying to force the Library of Congress to prepare Braille copies of its “articles” at our expense. Braille porn?

He successfully argued that the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act of 1988 which would have protected children from being forced to appear in porno films, would be unfair to pornographers saying it would “ … “burden too heavily and infringe too deeply on the right to produce First Amendment protected material.”

He represented a mail-order porno dealer alleging the Justice Department acted unconstitutionally when it prosecuted him in multiple districts.

Ogden has been a great friend of the pornography industry going back over 15 years and he has worked with the ACLU to protect his pornographer buddies.

He’s a partner in a Washington lawyer firm with five names. This is Obama’s “change?”

He worked for Clinton both directly and indirectly for seven years. More of Obama’s “change?”

Ogden on issues, …. “abortion rarely causes … psychological or emotional problems.”

He opposes Parental Notification for 14-year old girls intending to abort their babies. He argued abortion is family planning and should be funded with our tax money.

He helped bring RICO cases against Pro-Lifers to jail them and supports assisted suicide laws as well as Gay “marriage” and Gays openly serving in our Military.

He worked to dismantle the Children’s Internet Protection Act arguing CIPA “impairs the ability of librarians to aid patrons seeking information.”

Ogden will be a walking talking train wreck for the Constitution. He’s just another enemy we’ll have to deal with.

This quote sums this bum up, “Constitutional interpretation cannot be limited to ascertain the way a particular law would have been viewed by the Framers. While constitutional principles do not change, the society and individuals in whom they are applied do, and our knowledge about that society and those individuals improves with time.”
Unfortunately Ogden will slip right by because of all the other attacks on us coming from Obama.

The words we say come from the words we think. What we think comes from what we believe. This is why Janet Napolitano’s first remarks as Homeland Security Secretary are so disturbing.

Napolitano’s words betrayed her lack of understanding of the seriousness of her mission. Some affirmative action appointments are benign non threatening politics, but an affirmative action party hack as Homeland Security Secretary is not one of them. Barack Obama is dangerously disregarding reality. In just a matter of days Napolitano has proved she has no credentials and was named merely because she is a woman.

This week she arrived in Washington with her P.C. dictionary firmly in hand. Prompted by Obama’s insistence that even the simple declarative phrase “War on Terror” not be used in his Administration, Napolitano one upped her boss during her first remarks as HLS Secretary.

The words “terror” or “vulnerability” were nowhere to be found in her opening remarks to the House Homeland Security Committee. This makes her the first HLS Chief to leave these words out of an initial presentation. “Terror” and Vulnerability” are key concepts in national security thinking. If Napolitano doesn’t think so, she has no business being HLS Secretary.

Her spokesman assured us “it was not deliberate” thus confirming she doesn’t even think these words. Napolitano doesn’t talk the talk because she doesn’t think the thoughts. This says she’s over her head and more interested in PC-talk than protecting us.

As if to prove how juvenile and amateurish her “shop” is, Napolitano’s snarky representative added, “Next time we’ll send Cliffs Notes over with the testimony. Anyone who doesn’t understand that she’s talking about terrorism when she says her mission is to protect the American people from threats both foreign and domestic clearly needs a study guide.”

Where’s my study guide?

It’s clear that Napolitano sees new Democrat voters instead of potentially dangerous people when she watches illegal aliens pour over the borders she is sworn to protect.

For starters Napolitano is against the REAL ID system of tamper proof state driver’s licenses and building a fence to help us keep invaders out. This says much about her mind set.

This is dangerous stuff.

On Monday AG Eric Holder secretly visited Guantanamo Bay prison facility. Why he did, or what he did there, we really have no idea because we get no honest media reporting of anything Obama or his people do. The fact that no media were allowed on this trip went by without a single bleat of protest from the puppets of the 4th estate.

The overwhelmingly liberal media would much rather lie by omission or commission than say anything critical about Barack Obama.

Only the AP mentioned Holder’s secret trip to Guantanamo, a boiling cauldron of controversy, but of course they whispered it using just 143 words counting the title and the byline.

Where are the media critics now? Why the secrecy surrounding this trip? Is there no journalist curiosity about this issue at all? Our supine media is dangerous and alarming.

Remember the media’s “Shroud of Secrecy” whines about the Bush Administration?

Here’s what these sellout phonies said then.

In December 2003 U.S. News and World Report whined about Bush “cloaking … own affairs from scrutiny and removing from the public domain…” Using pious hypocritical language, to beat its breast, it listed more media complaints of secrecy.

Starting with a May 2002 NY Times complaint about Bush’s “violation of public access” U.S. News cried about Bush’s lack of “respect for America’s right to know.”

In 2003 a bunch calling itself The Society of Professional Journalists, scolded AG John Ashcroft for “allowing your office to frame debates.” As if it were the media’s job is to debate instead of report. They actually complained that access to Ashcroft was contingent upon agreement with his polices.

Something called the “University Wire” issued an October 2003 complaint over restricted coverage of military causalities citing a “… blatant attempt to.. influence public opinion, ..”

In 2003 the NY Times complained about a heavily redacted DOJ internal report it dug up. The irony of comparing their positions then and now hasn’t detered the Gray Lady’s conscious effort to never say a bad word about Obama.

Barack Obama arrived in our Oval Office dripping with the sludge of Chicago, America’s most corrupt city, on his hands. This guy is the product of the sleaziest political machine in our nation. Those who elected Obama have to share responsibility for those he has brought with him.

His appointments and attempted appointments so far have been appalling.

Here’s a list of Obama’s mob after his first month.

Eric Holder, now Attorney General : tax cheat, helped Bill Clinton pardon Mark Rich a huge tax cheat.

David Ogden, Holder’s assistant: helped use RICO to put Pro Lifers in jail, supports gay marriage and gays in the military.

Hillary Clinton Secretary of State: committed the largest campaign finance crime in American history and walked away from it.

Tom Daschle was to be Health Secretary: dropped out because he was caught as a tax cheat.

Timothy Geithner is the Treasury Secretary: cheated on his personally prepared federal tax returns. His incompetence has driven the Dow down 1200 points since he took office.

Leon Penetta CIA Director: party hack with no Intelligence credentials now has our security in his hands.

Dennis Blair National Intelligence Director: thinks the financial crisis is more dangerous to America than the threat of terrorism. Blair obviously doesn’t understand the mission of his position.

Bill Richardson had to drop out as Commerce Secretary when he got caught practicing Pay to Play in New Mexico.

Hilda Solis had to drop out as Labor Secretary when investigations showed her husband is a tax cheat.

Nancy Killefer was to be Obama’s Chief Performance Officer until she was discovered to be a tax cheat.

Rahm Emanuel Obama’s Chief of Staff did not pay taxes dues on the benefit of living rent free as a member of Congress for six years.
Rod Burris and Dianne Feinstein weren’t appointed by Obama but they deserve a mention as well. Burris lied about his path to replace Obama as Senator from Illinois and Feinstein casually let a military secret drip off her lips during her first hearing as Senate Intelligence Chair.
Where do the Democrats get such people? What attracts them to the donkey party?

The past two weeks have shown us our bleak future under Comrade Obama. Real Americans know something has to be done immediately to save our country. Sad experience proves we can’t depend on Congress to help us. Congress is as much our enemy as Obama. America can only be saved from the bottom up. Ordinary Americans, those who have always run to the fight when our country needed us, have to act. What these disgraceful people have given us clearly isn’t the country our forefathers fought and died to leave us.

We know we’re ready to fight even if our “leaders” are too timid to “lead” us.

We must arm ourselves with knowledge, find the courage then resolutely stop, confront, and defeat Obama’s plans to imprison us.

Pay federal taxes on April 15, not sooner. If you can deal with it, ask for an extension.

Mail tea bags to your representative; demanding he/she introduce legislation to overturn Porkulus.

Call, E-mail, speak to your Congressional representative. Tie up switchboards demanding answers about Porkulus. Demand an explanation of why he/she voted for Porkulus.

Demand a paper copy of Porkulus.

If a RINO is running in your district next year don’t send in a penny. Find a conservative to support. Get your facts straight then start showing up at local Republican Headquarters and be heard.

File FCC complaints whenever a radio or television show tries to sneak by some anti American propaganda.

Report every business you see using illegal aliens and report the illegals themselves.

Talk to other conservatives; exchange ideas on how to peacefully protest Porkulus.

Pray. You KNOW God doesn’t want America destroyed.

This fight is just beginning. New elections are coming. Let’s stop and confront the Marxists now. We can win. Restoring America is our mission. We have to win.

Cut out any expenses that lead to paying federal tax. Don’t buy things that carry a federal levy so we can stave the government of money and slow down its ability to give it away.

Use Email and electronic bill paying procedures to starve the Post Office.

If just one hundred thousand people did most of these things, the effects would be evident overnight.

If you haven’t gotten it by now, here’s some grim news: Obama and his appointees are trying to destroy everything they don’t like about our America and that’s almost everything.

On May 11, 2005, George Bush signed the REAL ID Act of 2005. It was supposed to control the flow of illegal aliens and terrorists pouring over our borders. Its main feature was tamper proof state driver’s licenses which could only be obtained by American citizens and legal aliens.

Obama is trying to kill REAL ID.

His new Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is absolutely opposed to REAL ID. Only last July as governor of Arizona Napolitano she signed a bill exempting her state from having to comply with REAL ID’s provisions. Napolitano’s job is to kill it nationwide and she will.

REAL ID, full name the “Improved Security for Driver’s License’ and Personal Identification Cards” was a response to the fact that seven of the nineteen 911 hijackers had real driver’s licenses obtained with phony affidavits of residency identity and status. They attacked stupid loopholes REAL ID was designed to plug up.

Nevertheless, when the Democrats re-took Congress in 2006, they made certain the money to implement REAL ID was never appropriated and no federal guidelines were issued on how state level implementation would be accomplished. Consequently, even those states that wanted to enact REAL ID found doing so a legally tricky proposition.

Now it probably will never be funded or encouraged by Obama.

Although the implementation date was extended to May 11, 2011, it might as well be May 11, 3011.

Ironically Hawaii is readying its own REAL ID. Hawaii intends to demand proof of legal presence in America before issuing a driver’s license. The president’s “birth” state knows something must be done, but apparently its “favorite son” doesn’t.

A local supporter of the Hawaiian bill said “If this passes, it would be almost impossible for someone illegally in the U.S. to obtain a driver’s license.” He’s right and that is the “problem” for an Administration whose goal is to bring in as many poor literate third world perpetual Democrat voters as possible. Security? Not from this Administration.

Sixty four years ago today waves of incredibly brave Marines swept onto the beaches of Iwo Jima to take it from the Japanese and destroy their dreams of ruling the world.
Iwo Jima was the penultimate battle of the war against Japan, but in many ways its importance overshadows the battle for Okinawa a few months later.
By early 1945 both Franklin Roosevelt and the American people were worn out by three years of constant two front war. Many Americans might not realize it, but there was a growing sentiment in our country that since we’d beaten Italy, and were finishing off Germany, we should let the Japanese surrender as well. We didn’t know the Japanese then as we do now.
Roosevelt needed a victory to convince the American people to continue to fund the Pacific War.
The job fell to the Marines who by then had a battle ready force with an average age of 19 which meant they had joined the Corps after seeing the un-censored pictures of dead Marines floating in the waters off Guadalcanal.
That generation of “youth voters” weren’t allowed to vote in an election booth so they voted in a recruiter’s booth. They didn’t hide behind empty slogans about “change” to do their duty as they saw it. They stepped up and offered their lives so America would continue to be free. Sadly many of those young Marines lost their lives to fulfill their mission.
Today that generation’s grandchildren have taken their sacrifices and stepped on them. They have willingly, if unknowingly, trampled on the very freedoms their grandfather’s stormed Iwo Jima to defend and preserve.
Today we DON’T speak Japanese because of that generation of Marines, but we will be living as the slaves of the state the Japanese envisioned for us.
Unfortunately we won’t hear much about Iwo Jima today. There will be a few stories about how small groups of old Marines have gathered to mark the day. Those 19 year olds of Feb. 19, 1945 that are still with us are all over 82 now, but they understood what was real then and the ones I know still do. They know our young people have done damage to America that all of our previous enemies could only dream of doing.
Mark this day along with those brave men. They gave us another chance to continue to live free. Let each one of us resolve to use our freedom wisely.

Obama’s Welfare “reforms” are a blatant scheme to heard Black Americans back onto the Democrat’s Welfare plantation.
Over the past 35 years Black women have aborted 5 million infants. Obama sees these infants as his “little Democrats.”
Losing these voters is a threat to the Democrats’ plan for their party to rule the nation for generations to come.
Their problem was: how to mass produce more Democrats? In the cynical liberal mind, the answer is making it more attractive for Blacks to breed voters by herding them back into their Welfare trap and re-enslaving them with addictive Welfare payments, the liberal’s “opiate for the masses.”
Porkulus is a cruel cynical scheme to achieve this goal.

Black people had started trickling away from the Democrat plantation. In 2004 George Bush got enough Black votes in Ohio (19%) to make the case that Blacks swung Ohio to him and secured his re-election. This didn’t go unnoticed by power hungry Democrats.

Porkulus is designed to correct the “mistake” of Bill Clinton’s Welfare reforms which encouraged states to get people off Welfare. Former Welfare recipients are dangerous to Democrat plans for eternal national control.
Since Clinton’s Welfare reforms, birth rates among Black unmarried teenage girls have fallen substantially. From 1991 until 2005 (the most recent available data) the number of births among unmarried girls 15 to 19 fell by a third. Added to a concurrent drop in abortions among these young women and a very encouraging pattern of personal responsibility was emerging. That’s over now.
Predictably Obama’s skin color lured Blacks back into voting Democrat in huge numbers. Now Democrats have devised a way to return to the days when Blacks were addicted to Welfare and always voted Democrat. This is more of Obama’s back to the thirties plan that will hurt us all.
Porkulus will devalue sizable numbers of poor Black children by turning them into mere dollar signs. It will encourage absentee fathers to remain totally disconnected to multiple mothers who will be supported by taxpayer’s money instead of hard working parents.

Overnight we will see an end to workfare programs. Keeping people, especially women who can add to Welfare rolls, dependent will now be the goal of cash starved states across the country. These hypocrites talk a good game but the truth is Porkulus is a big punch in the guts for America’s Black families. For many Blacks the plantation gate only opens in and never will open out again.
Those who are already on the plantation have just had its gate slammed shut behind them.
They will now never be a way to get off Welfare.

These phony “reforms” will hurt the truly needy of all races at the worst time in recent history because the states will only help potential recipients who will help them expand their Welfare rolls. Others will find a stonewall more sympathetic.
The average recently displaced worker of any race be damned! This will reintroduce the days of five generations of Welfare addiction and the liberals will love it.

Sources have forwarded this Report news of a serious gaffe by Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein. It proves she apparently has no business chairing the Senate Intelligence Committee. This serious embarrassment was virtually smothered by American media outlets.

The CIA and The Pentagon refused to comment on this matter when questioned by The UK’s Daily Telegraph. In a breathtaking example of incompetence Feinstein publicly revealed a military secret during an open Committee hearing last Friday.

In what must have been a “senior moment” the new Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, confirmed that American unmanned drone spy planes are being launched from tribal areas in Pakistan.

At one point while in a cross examination of Dennis Blair Director of National Intelligence, Feinstein commented, “I don’t know whether you’d care to comment on this but [I] also noticed that Mr. Holbrooke in Pakistan ran into considerable concern about the use of the Predator strikes in the FATA area of Pakistan.”

“And yet, as I understand it, these are flown out of a Pakistani base.” Feinstein added.

Feinstein’s revelation contradicts Washington’s consistent denials that the drones we have been bombing Pakistani tribal areas with are being launched from a Pakistani air base.

Missiles from these drones have killed numerous terrorists including top al-Qaeda leaders and a number of Pakistani civilians.

That these strikes were originating in Pakistan under secret agreements between Washington and Islamabad has long been rumored. Until now no hard evidence of these agreements existed and plausible deniability could be maintained by both governments.

Democrat Feinstein’s loose lips have caused a serious problem between America and Pakistan, a country we need if we are ever to win in Afghanistan and capture Bin Ladin. This statement may have compromised major intelligence operations throughout the region, but our media won’t report it.

This statement is totally incomprehensible! Feinstein may well have ended a very effective operation that has a record of carrying out difficult strikes in dangerous provinces with no risk to American lives. Instead of moving the war on the Taliban forward Feinstein has just added new unnecessary obstacles to the mission.

The developing damage control story is that her remark was a calculated jab at Pakistani “public expressions of outrage” over American missiles killing innocent Pakistanis. Feinstein might think she was being cute but it was a foolish thing to do and shows the subtleties of Intelligence work are beyond her understanding.

“Speaking truth to power?” Bull spit!

Abraham Lincoln said, “Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.” The left repeatedly said, “Speak truth to power” Now the media mocks them both with its obvious silence about Porkulus because it’s a socialist Democrat spending bill.
Worshiping Obama has reduced the Left to bootlicking imbeciles. Porkulus proves these hypocrites were never interested in “speaking truth” just embarrassing Bush.
The media and Hollywood have no “truth to speak” to their Dear Leader. They won’t mention his “transparency” lies; or not allowing Congress or us to read Porkulus.

For years these self-righteous skunks brayed “Speak truth” to Bush. They vowed to impeach him for non-existent censorship. Now their Dear Leader tells them to shut up and they play dead. These hate filled creeps won’t be “Speaking Truth to power” anymore with a Marxist in office instead of an actual American.
Let’s remember what these un-American creeps said/did during Bush’s years and what they have said/done now.

Henry Waxman never stopped investigating Bush’s phantom crimes now has nothing to say.

Paul Krugman lied about our economy when it was expanding he’s now a Porkulus cheerleader.

New York Times “Spoke truth” to Bin Laden warning he was being wire tapped, but can’t find “Truth to speak” to comrade Obama about a redacted bill.

Idiotic Al Gore, “Speaks truth” only at Republican power and blindly supports a bill no one could read.

Move-on, where’s their “Speaking truth” about forcing us to accept a bill no one has read?

Braying jackasses Helen Thomas and Keith Olbermann loved “Speaking Truth” to Republican power. Now they’ve shut up in praise of Porkulus.

Pelosi has brayed “Not one Republican voted for this bill!”
That’s a “Truth” we can speak next election cycle.
It will make a great campaign spot to feed the lemmings when they come out of their comas and look for somebody to clean up the Porkulus mess.
Dennis Kucinich deserves mention here for his constant embarrassing efforts to impeach Bush for fighting to keep us safe. Where is his “Speaking truth” to Dear Leader because he was forced to vote for a bill he was not allowed to read? That is an actual impeachable offense but this dimwit doesn’t understand that; he only see Dear Leader and gets a tingle down his leg.
