A few years back, Wal-Mart fought Maryland Democrats in various courts over their scheme to extort the big box giant into either providing employee health care or paying an additional 8% tax to the state. Maryland passed a law saying any employer with more than 10,000 employees had to pay or be shutdown.

As the only employer fitting that description, Wal-Mart was the obvious target. The Democrats did this to suck up to their Union thug masters. Nevertheless, Wal-Mart successfully argued this was a “bill of attainder” meaning it was declared to be basically a retroactive law to punish a particular person or corporation without a trial.

Unfortunately this episode gave Wal-Mart an idea.

They came to like the idea of an 8% tax on EVERY business since they are the only ones who can afford to pay it. They realized if they helped pass this bill they could use the federal government to help them crush their competition. This Health Care scheme will crush smaller retailers and quickly put them out of business.
This perfectly suits Obama. Remember he used Joe Biden, the Senate’s Mr. Malaprop, to ease the fears of old White Democrats and make them comfortable with voting for “the colored guy.”

Now Obama will be co-opting the good will Wal-Mart has in Middle America and using it against us.

Obama’s price will be allowing Wal-Mart a total monopoly on variety store sales.

In short order unions will control Wal-Mart as a secondary sweetener for Obama. Wal-Mart won’t care they’ll be able to charge whatever will be necessary to pay off the unions and still make a profit.

For Americans this is a lose lose. For the Marxist Obama, Union thugs and Wal-Mart this is a win win. Disgusting isn’t? Call 1-8777628762 and yell like hell.

I never thought I would be saying this about Wal-Mart but the truth is they are ready to stab us in the back. There’s not much we can do about Wal-Mart’s betrayal but we can look more closely at Costco and other similar stores. Whenever possible we can give our business to Wal-Mart’s competitors. That said we have to burn up the phone lines in Washington.

If we lose this we lose a private medical insurance option. It’s right in the bill on page 16. Section 104(A) of HR 676 states, “It is unlawful for a private health insurer to sell health insurance coverage that duplicates the benefits provided under this act.”

Since private medical insurance companies will not be able to sign up new young and healthy clients eventually they will run out of money. The remaining clients will be forced to leave and be forced to join the “government option.” The government will never have to show a profit and in fact it never will, but that won’t make any difference.

These people are evil and they are trying to destroy America. If you plan on watching this instead of doing something about it plan on watching while they bring our country and your future to an end.

Forget about Aetna, BC/BS etc. They’re dead the second this becomes law. All they will be selling is cosmetic surgery. If you want a tummy tuck you’re in!

“.. [this] section .. [also] says.. [the government] will issue everyone identification cards [NOT]… based on a social security number[s]. .. That’s good news for all of the illegal immigrants that do not have social security numbers. Do you see a pattern here?”

“ They tout this legislation as an expansion of Medicare for everyone. Medicare… costs a little over $10,000 per year for each person covered. So a family of four would cost the American taxpayer about $40,000. … the $5,000 per year .. I pay for my family of four is more than $40,000 per year [in] “government math”. Estimate[s of].. the Kennedy plan [says it] will cost $1,000,000,000,000 to cover 16 million people. Here is the math: 306,000,000 people/16,000,000 times $1,000,000,000,000 = a little over $19,000,000,000. That is 19 TRILLION dollars….”

“..Section 101(a) [says] “ALL individuals residing in the United States are covered” under this act. That means … all “illegal” immigrants..”

The death knell for America

Our conservative candidates desperately need our help.
Pray that God will help them deliver America from the Marxists. Send conservative candidates donations. They can’t fight to save America without your support.

You can make phone calls, go door to door, stamp envelops or fill any of a dozen little slots doing things that need doing in a campaign. Step forward and roll up your sleeves for this fight. Don’t let our America die knowing there were things you COULD have done but stayed home and watched instead hoping for the best.

Talk to your family and friends about supporting true conservatives next year. Ask them to send donations and work on the campaigns when they can. The more we support conservatives NOW the more new conservative candidates will come forward.

Help in any way you can.

You don’t want to sit and watch while your future is decided by other people. Ed Lynch is a man you can trust to fight for us in Congress. Eric Holder wants to investigate the Bush Administration “torture” at Abu Grab. He thinks “water boarding” is terrible torture.

Here’s some of what Medal of Honor recipient and Viet Nam War POW Colonel Bud Day wrote about real torture. Colonel Day was shot down taken prisoner and brought to North Vietnam in 1967. In his books on his experiences, Colonel Day described real torture this way.

“I was put thru a mock execution because I would not respond. I was pistol whipped on the head.”

“I was hung [upside down] by my feet all day.”

“I escaped and got [shot during my recapture].”

“[Being shot] was OK…what happened after was not. They.. put me in the rope trick..almost pulled my arms out of the sockets. Beat me on the head with a little wooden rod until my eyes were swelled shut, and [pounded] my un-shot, unbroken hand a pulp.”

“[The next] day [they] hung me by the arms…re-broke my right wrist…wiped out the nerves in my arms that control the hands..rolled my fingers up into a ball…only left the slightest movement of my left forefinger.”

“ [They]… strapped [me] to a barrel of gas in the back of a truck.”

“[In] Hanoi ..on my knees..rope trick again. Beaten by a big fool.”

“ [I was shackled with]… leg irons on a bed in Heartbreak Hotel.”

“Much kneeling….really bad beating for refusing to condemn Lyndon Johnson.”

“Several more kneeling events: I could see my knee bone thru kneeling holes”.

[Because of an] escape.. they started a mass torture of all commanders. …they started beating me with a car fan belt. In first 2 days I took over 300 strokes..then stopped counting because I never thought I would live thru it.”

Elections have consequences. Holder is the change the morons voted for.

Today we have an Attorney General who wants to set the POWs we hold free and prosecute Dick Cheney for planning to kill our enemies.

What’s next?

America’s government is a threat to our liberty.

Obama now has appointed at least 32 “Czars” to help him control every single aspect of our lives. He has put people in charge of our lives we never elected and couldn’t even name. Get informed. Look up these “Czars” and “Czarinas” find out what you can about them and spread the word. Forget about finding out who these people are from the lap dog media. They won’t tell us a thing about them. They are literally on the enemy’s side.

Obama is getting ready to take control for our very existence with his Health Care scheme. If he gets his way many of us will be allowed to die “to serve the needs of the state.” Old people and seriously ill young people are effectively allowed to die in the “wonderful” and free British Health Care System. We have to stop this one.

Don’t plan on sitting this fight out. ALL you have, ALL you want to pass down to your children and grandchildren is on the line. Fight like the life of America is at stake because it is. Obama is a dangerous Marxist skunk who has wondered into our home. What do we do about it?

This is really frightening.

We warned Americans Barack Obama is a Marxist who would govern through dangerous people. Obama’s new Czar, for “Green Jobs” Anthony “Van” Jones freely admits he’s a proud San Francisco Communist with an arrest record.

Because the media has no integrity and works against us, except for Fox News, we have heard little or nothing about this. The amount of damage this confirmed member of Obama’s secret “cabinet” will do as “Green Czar” is frightening to the core. With his signature this radical unelected party apparatchik will be able to crush America’s economy to help Obama’s plans to destroy our country.

Comrade Jones is Black and green on the outside but deeply red on the inside.

The East Bay Express, an Oakland area Black on line magazine reported Comrade Czar Jones, the man who will put the final nail in our coffin, became a communist when he became enchanted with “these young radical people of color — I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, … I need to be a part of[them].”
He met them in jail, how inspiring!

Jones proudly says he spent the next ten years working with the people he met in jail in April, and “by August I was a Communist.”
His website “Green for all” carries this telling quote from Comrade Jones on his new position, “… we’re going to be in an economic slowdown for a couple of years. So to take three months, four months, six months to spend this money the right way-we’re not going to get a chance to spend a trillion dollars again! Ever. So let’s do it the right way!”

Today just six months of Marxist rule has brought our national debt to one TRILLION DOLLARS!

Obama’s morons are killing us

Thank you, drooling half wits who voted for the worst most anti American president in history. The blood of America is on your hands for giving us Comrade Barack.

The stakes are as high as they can be. Each of us has to do whatever we can to peacefully but effectively regain our country. Get involved. Send Obama a message telling him you don’t support what he is doing. Write your Congressman and Senators. Have their phone numbers on your speed dial.
Stand up for America at every chance. We will never get America back if we totally lose our beloved country.

What we did to Cap and Trade was a wonderful example of the true power of the American people. We forced the Marxists to accept an embarrassing squeaker victory in spite of their huge majority.

Today the Senate takes up the Sotomayor confirmation. We can make this another pyrrhic for them. Making these calls will be worth the effort – NO FREE RIDE!

Making her SotoMiers

Today Harry Reid may have only enough votes for either Sotomayor or Cap and Trade, but if this one goes easily he will be encouraged to try for both. That’s where we come in. If he loses a few of his members things could change. Of course he will deliver Sotomayor, but if we can make her into SotoMiers maybe he won’t have the stomach for the uphill fight for Cap and Trade. Let’s make our calls and keep Reid’s head down. Maybe something good will happen.
Today’ CNN poll shows just 47% of Americans want this racist bag of dung on the Court.

Our complaints, especially to vulnerable Democrats in states we can win, might be a few good body punches that will pay off later. It’s not uncommon for a seemingly even prize fight to suddenly turn and one fighter scores a late round TKO because of the accumulated body punches taken by the loser.

Recent polls show Sotomayor has Miers like numbers. When Harriet Miers quit under her body punches she had 43% against her, not far from SotoMier’s 39%. The numbers are going against the Bigot from the Bronx. Three weeks ago she was favored 42/34. Her current 37/39 is a serious drop.

Sure this will only be like forcing a throw from the outfielder but every so often that turns into an error. Let’s hand Reid some body punches.

Why should these Marxist punks get a totally free ride?

Get on the phone. Send your E mail messages. Let the Senate know you don’t want this fraud on the Supreme Court. The American Bar Association has given this dunce its highest rating even though she was overturned four of six times. What does that say about the ABA?
The ABA is a bunch of Marxist Democrat lawyers who are nothing but rubber stamp shills for their masters in the Democrat party. If we keep the pressure on now it may pay off later on when the Cap and Trade scheme gets to the Senate.

Throw your body punches. Fight like America depends on it because it does. If you plan on watching instead of doing, plan on watching the Marxists destroy America. It really is as simple as that.

You may have knowledge or repose, but you may not have both. You have the knowledge now you are duty bound to act.

Is this the same “greedy” Wall Street Democrats ALWAYS condemn, but NOW want us to trust with Cap and Trade ?
Last Friday federal agents arrested a former Goldman Sachs employee charging him with improper access to trading information.

Why has this information been buried?

Sergey Aleynikov was taken into custody two days after Goldman Sachs informed the government he had stolen the firm’s rapid-fire, stock- and commodities-trading software in early June. Investigation reveals Aleynikov sent the program to a German web site. So far this sounds like mundane industrial espionage of little meaning for the rest of us; but there might be much more to this story.

Can we trust Wall Street with a program like this?

At Aleynikov’s bail hearing a US Attorney made a bombshell comment, “….there is a danger that somebody who knew how to use this program could use it to manipulate [stock] markets in unfair ways.”

Even with no further comment from the government this remark raises serious questions: If a person not authorized to use the program could “manipulate markets in unfair ways” why couldn’t/wouldn’t Goldman Sachs manipulate the markets for its own gain?

If this program can do these things, has Goldman Sachs been playing the markets with “tomorrow’s newspaper” under its arm?

Will the fact that Goldman Sachs has been a longtime cash cow for the Democrats (going back to the days when Jon Corzine was in charge) mean there’ll be no wider investigation of the possibilities this presents?

If so where does that leave us, the small honest investor?

The implication of the possibilities of such a program, seem to be that once again the little guys are falling prey to another big Wall Street firm.

Is this the Wall Street we are supposed to trust with “Cap and Trade?”

One of the lesser discussed reasons for killing Cap and Trade is the “Trade” part which means Wall Street will line its pockets by trading energy credits like any other commodity. The same people who have all but called these Wall Street firms “capitalistic running dogs” now want to hand them our future.

Can anyone believe Goldman Sachs had this power and didn’t use it? Can we believe Aleynikov stole this program because it was “just another program he thought would be neat to have?”

This guy wasn’t taking this chance for a simple computer program. He KNOWS what it is capable of doing. He probably ran it for them.
In today’s world we can’t relax for a minute. We are under attack from all fronts because this is the Marxists’ plan. Our enemies never sleep; we can never sleep or we will wake up as slaves of the state.

“You can’t fool all of the people all of the time” was never truer.

With today’s Rasmussen index showing Obama at -5 he’s been below zero since last Thursday. EVEN CNN is saying Obama’s support has slipped 10 points since its last survey. This clown’s mask is melting away. Even his half witted voters are beginning to “get it” as they sit home unemployed because they believed in “change.”

Even the lap dog media is waking up.

“The Atlantic,” (TA) no friend of conservatism, has posted a sobering argument that unemployment will hit a Great Depression like 14%.

TA argues the “stimulus” package rammed through in January did exactly nothing to curb unemployment. It brought us only climbing unemployment and greater debt.

Private business investment (PBI) is shrinking. Without PBI, jobs can’t be created in the private sector where new employment has to come from. This factor alone will soon bring us 14% unemployment, but that’s not the end of our Obama caused miseries.

The declining PBI is getting “help” in our destruction.

The big bomb is the hidden “under employment” throughout the private sector. Cautious employers are being caught between hoping things will improve and the realities of inevitably decreasing their work force.

Besides making some layoffs, employers are cutting hours and using part timers. These moves obscure our real unemployment situation. When employers can’t keep juggling workers the house will fall down.
TA concludes the unemployment number might already be 16.5% when the elusive “gave up looking” unemployed workers are factored in.

One thing is certain, we will see 10% unemployment next month or in September. There is nothing on the horizon that can change what will happen. The question will be: What will Americans do about it?

Cleaning house in the Congress looks like a likely beginning.

Bob Dylan the Left’s poet laureate of the 1960s wrote the line “You don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing.”
Abe Lincoln said reminded us “You can’t fool all of the people all of the time.”

We are at a point is American history where these two statements have crossed.
We don’t need the Department of Labor’s statistics to tell us the “jobs creation winds” are blowing against us. Our common sense tells us their figures showing just 9.5% national unemployment have been manipulated on orders from their Commissar. Obama is desperately trying to keep Americans strapped into their chairs so he can feed us enough nonsense that we’ll accept whatever he says as his drooling half wits did last November. Fortunately for us, Americans are coming to disbelieve the “weatherman.”
Get informed and fight back. If you plan on sitting and watching while they run your life, plan on watching a horror movie.

We have to get back to the America that grew into the greatest country in history. This means electing people who love and respect the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as they are written. We conservatives must search for new leaders; candidates who would step forward and say: “Give me a pen and I’ll sign right there under John Hancock!”

Today both of these sacred American documents are under ferocious assault from a Marxist cabal bent on destroying them and rewriting every line. The Marxists are clear about what they want.

Conservatives have to be equally clear about our demands. We demand “defending preserving and protecting both the Constitution and the Bill of Rights” be a non negotiable principle now and always.
Demanding our candidates take this position unmasks the RINOs so we can stop wasting waste time energy and money backing people we only THINK will stand with us to save America! We need conservative patriots just as courageous as our founding fathers who would sign a rededicated Declaration of Independence and a reaffirmed Bill of Rights.

Senate: Jim Inhofe, Tom Coburn Oklahoma, Jim DeMint, South Carolina

House: Scott Garret, New Jersey
Jeff Miller, Florida
Michele Bachmann, Minnesota

Pete King, New York
Mike Pence, Indiana
John Boehner, Ohio
Steve King Iowa.

All of these men and women are tough and not afraid to speak out.
Now the question is who wouldn’t sign? Far too many to name here, but we know who they are. This must be a strict litmus test for our candidates next year. We must ask “Would this candidate sign a rededicated Declaration of Independence and defend the Bill of Rights as written?” If not we keep looking.

Time is beginning to run out. In September and October Republican County Committees across the country, your county included, will select our candidates. Don’t plan on waiting to see who is nominated before you start to get involved in the process. Join your local club and bring your like minded friends. Get appointed or elected to the county committee. That will give you a say and a vote as to which candidates you will follow into this battle. And make no mistake this election cycle will be a war. The prize will be the soul of America.
If you don’t get involved who will? When you go out shopping or anywhere else look at the people around you. Ask yourself if the persons you are looking at will be getting involved beyond merely voting. The chances are you will be looking “sheeple” who don’t know and don’t care.

It all sits on your shoulders.

You can have knowledge or you can have repose. You may not have both.

Now that you have the knowledge you have to act. It’s the American thing to do.

We seem to have beaten back Cap and Trade. Nancy Pelosi embarrassed herself and ended up getting it through with a slim margin narrowly withstanding the humiliating defection of 44 Democrats. Nevertheless, Obama’s constant attacks are far from over. We can’t rest for a minute in our fight for America.

Radical Socialist: Sotomayor

The next fight is keeping Sonia Sotomayor off the Supreme Court. Because of Harry Reid’s ineptitude it won’t be an easy task. Reid is frightened of the matter. His popularity is waning in Nevada and Obama’s popularity is sinking nationally. It appears Reid has made a tactical error by holding up Sotomayor’s confirmation hearings. Instead of watching Pelosi’s circus, he should have fast tracked the hearings and rammed her through while the nation’s attention was focused elsewhere.

Now the “ram through” window might be closed. While Reid was treading water, Senate Republicans were diligently working to discover damaging material about Sotomayor and they have. What’s been discovered isn’t helpful for her.

She was a member of the legal staff of the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund when it handled a case similar to the Ricci matter in which she was a reversed. A group of Puerto Rican (not American by their own designation) New York City Sanitation workers complained of a lack of promotions because of their “race.” Sotomayor helped them sue the city.

Caught Red handed

Senator Jeff Sessions, senior Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee has examined hundreds of newly discovered pages of material about Sotomayor. He reports they prove she’s totally immersed in the belief that racial preferences must trump the constitution. The longer Reid waits the more stink will rise from Sotomayor. Americans are withdrawing their support for her. Maybe Reid’s waited too long.

Stopping Sotomayor is a fight worth waging.

Our efforts made the difference in the Cap and Trade vote. We have enormous power to change things but we have to use our power. Put your Representative’s phone number on your speed dial. Get plugged in to what is happening to our country. You can plan to ignore the enemies of our country, but they won’t ignore you.
Sure you SHOULDN’T HAVE to do all of this just to live your life, but if you don’t you won’t be living the life you want to live.

When a Leftist lunatic shot up the Holocaust Museum we heard predictable whines about the “need for SOMETHING to be done.” The Left’s preferred “something” is often a total ban on private ownership of handguns something we know is wrong on many levels.
Writing “estrogen driven” laws against legal firearms procession is bad business. The clearest example of why it is bad, is the almost total ban on personal gun ownership rushed into law by the United Kingdom after a gruesome multiple homicide/ suicide involving handguns at a school.

Dunblane Massacre

On March 13, 1996 the United Kingdom received shocking news of a murder/suicide known as The Dunblane Massacre. An unemployed former Scout Leader and suspected pedophile walked into a grade school in Dunblane Scotland carrying four lethal handguns and fired 109 rounds at terrified six year olds killing 14 children and their teacher. Then he killed himself.

Immediately Mrs. Ann Pearston a friend of the victim families and a newspaper launched petition campaigns demanding a total ban on handguns. Over 1.1million people demanded total gun confiscation. That movement elected the Labour Party (England’s Democrats) and inevitably led to estrogen driven gun confiscation legislation which presumably made Mrs. Pearston feel safe again.

Ten years after Labour passed its dream anti gun law the ban has proved a total failure, and it’s killing innocent people in large numbers.

Crime has jumped 77% since Labour disarmed honest citizens and let their unarmed cops deal with armed criminals. The UK is now more dangerous than anywhere in Europe or America.

The UK is learning her lesson: Disarmed honest citizens means more crime and more murders. The numbers could not be clearer.
We can’t let our estrogen driven Democrats confiscate our guns. The results will be the same: more crime more innocent deaths.

Even if you have never held a gun in your life you should be ready to jump into the fight to preserve the second Amendment. Brave men and women have given their lives to give us the “right to keep and bear arms” something we must jealously guard.

This is not only a civil rights issue it is a practical matter of self preservation. The gun grabbers who want to take away our rights based on their own fears and false perceptions. They are frightened by guns and want guns to disappear from our society. To make this happen they will lie about how ordinary citizens who attempt to defend themselves with legally possessed guns end up harming themselves or other innocent people. Don’t believe this.

What’s your plan?

Even if you never plan to own a gun, and you can’t get worked up about having your right to own a gun taken away this issue is important to you. Think about this: you might not ever want to run for office but you would never stand for the Democrats passing a law saying you were not allowed to run for office!

If you plan to only sit and watch what is happening in our country plan to sit and watch the Marxists in Congress destroy America.
If you KNOW something has to be done don’t wait until tomorrow to do it. America’s tomorrows are running out. Our tomorrows are running out.
