I don’t know what the listed Kennedy family crest looks like. It may be a drunken “liberal lion” driving off a bridge for all I know. Nevertheless, on Saturday during the funeral for “Sir” Edward Kennedy we got a glimpse of the real Kennedy family crest proudly displayed by one of Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg’s daughters Rose 21 or Tatiana 18.

One of these “lovely” damsels held up her middle finger to a FOX TV camera for her adoring fans to feast on.

The Kennedy family crest has always been the middle finger.

The patriarch of the family, Joseph senior regularly displayed the crest when he became rich as a bootlegger and openly supported the Nazis while ambassador to England during WW II.

In 1960 according to his family Sam Giancana was visited by Joseph Kennedy to offer him a deal: Giancana would get an “open door” to the Oval Office in return for his help in swinging Chicago to Kennedy. Keep in mind it’s common knowledge voting machines from Republican areas in Chicago disappeared. That was a big display of the Kennedy crest.

When JFK was elected the family showed us their crest again by getting a stooge named Benjamin Smith to sit on his old Senate seat until Teddy was old enough to ascend to that throne.

Perhaps the biggest and clearest flash of the Kennedy family crest came when Teddy murdered Mary Jo Kopechne and walked away in 1969.

Teddy’s Immigration bills, 100% votes for abortion and his attempts to shove Obamacare down our throats even while dying were other proud displays of the Middle Fingered, Kennedy family crest.

Now it’s clear the next generation of Kennedys understands what their real crest is and they’re ready to proudly flash it at a moment’s notice, how very Kennedy!

In the weeks to come Teddy will flash us his family crest one more time from the grave when he gets his subjects in Massachusetts legislature to change the succession law so his seat can go to a Democrat without a fair election “interfering” in the scheme.

Every time that phony Bobby Kennedy junior uses fuel guzzling private jets to travel to speaking engagements where he lectures us about “saving the earth” he flashes us the Kennedy family crest.

When “zero accomplishments” Caroline actually thought she should be crowned Senator from New York because of her name and could give no other rationale accept “Because I’m a Kennedy” she flashed us the family crest.

Matthews finally gets something right
The drooling half wit Chris Matthews has called Barack Obama the “last Kennedy brother” and he might be right. Barack Obama flashes us the Kennedy family crest regularly.

Judicial tyranny is voluntary as Congress has the authority to end it.
Judicial tyranny began with an obscure case in 1803. A supine Congress accepted the Court’s ruling in Marbury v. Madison in 1803 which nullified a law in making its ruling. Congressional acquiescence allowed the genie of judicial rule by decree to be released. To better understand the significance of this ruling, we should examine the thoughts of the Founders.

Congress clearly has the power to overturn decisions by the “robes” but declines to use it.
The issue of judicial poaching was of concern, and is addressed in the Constitution’s Article III, Section 2, “In all other cases before mentioned the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction both as to law and to fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.”

Further:

In The Federalist #47, James Madison opined, “No political truth is certainly of greater intrinsic value….than that on which the objection is founded. The accumulation of all power, legislative, executive or judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, ….may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” Madison clearly feared the aggregation of power in any branch.
Thomas Jefferson, in a letter to Judge William Johnson in 1823: “The case of Marbury and Madison is continually cited by bench and bar as if it were settled law,…But the Chief Justice says, “there must be an ultimate arbiter somewhere. True, there must be, but…the ultimate arbiter is the people.”

Federalist #51, paragraph #4, Hamilton or Madison, “But the great security against the gradual concentration of the several powers in the same department, consists in giving to those who administer each department the necessary constitutional means and personal motives to resist the encroachments of the others.

The Constitutional language in Article III Section 2 above is buttressed by the words of warning of the document’s creators. The concern was not an afterthought.

On June 28, the Honduran Supreme Court ordered the arrest of then president Manuel Zelaya. In a clear violation of the Honduran Constitution, Zelaya had attempted to have a plebiscite on the Constitution. His idea was to modify it, Chavez style, to negate the one term restriction and enable him to serve multiple terms. It’s a clear violation of Honduran law for a president to even to suggest such a change, something only their Congress can do.

The Supreme Court and the military chiefs warned him to no avail. Only after Zelaya made clear moves to have the vote, (ballots courtesy of his new friend Hugo Chavez), the Supreme Court had to take action. It ordered the Army to arrest Zelaya and give him the option of trial or exile which he took.

The constitutionally next in line to be president was Roberto Micheletti, “Speaker of the House”. He has attempted to maintain Honduran democracy.

Nevertheless, the world aligned itself against Honduras and demanded the return of Zelaya, the wannabe dictator for life. Micheletti has been adamant Zelaya will be prosecuted if he returns. He vows no amount of pressure can reinstate Zelaya.

Things have been tense but calm for Honduras for July and most of August.

American Left to Zelaya’s rescue

The Obama Administration has cut off $16,000,000 in military aid, referred to the Honduran government as “de facto” or “interim”, but avoided formally declaring the circumstances of Zelaya’s removal as a “coup”.

On Thursday Obama ratcheted up the pressure and threatened to formally designate the Honduran government as a “coup” even though the events do not fit any normal definition of a coup.

If so designated, all aid will cease and a nation struggling to retain a fragile democracy, will likely go the way of Venezuela.

I am sure Hugo will call up Barack to cackle about how they made the Hondurans cave in. I’m equally sure Hugo will be quick to “help Honduras in her time of crisis.”

In response Micheletti has offered Zelaya an amnesty allowing his return as a private citizen, but nothing more. In spite of not having anything to offer instead of this generous gesture, the Organization of American States immediately rejected the pososal. If Zelaya is remotely the patriot he claims to be, he would quickly accept the offer and end this ordeal for his country, but he won’t. Why should he when he has Barack Obama the most powerful man in the hemisphere carrying his water?

There is hope

It’s likely the Hondurans will hold out as the world piles on. My guess is their only hope is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, whom I believe has resisted the “knee jerks” to date. She is certainly tough enough to buck the bureaucracy, but may lack interest.

The tea leaves for the Honduran people are forbidding but they will not sell out cheaply. Pray for them.

What will KennedyCare cost? Plenty!

In 1994 to buy perpetual control of Tennessee, Democrats offered virtually “free” government health care. Tennessee’s version of KennedyCare is called TennCare. Its costs grew exponentially from an initial budget of $300 million to $8.5 Billion by 2005 when it imploded. It grew so large it eventually gobbled up fully 33% of Tennessee’s budget! In less than ten years it was an acknowledged failure, a very expensive failure.

Major “unforeseeable” problems:

In just eighteen months it became obvious TennCare was bankrupting the state under the weight of shocking fraud mismanagement and Tennessee style systemic corruption. Originally designed to provide medical insure to 850, 000 of Tennessee’s poorest residents, another 500,000 Tennesseans signed up anyway. Worse still another 300,000 illegal aliens fraudulently registered as well. Tennessee Democrats “tried” to keep illegal aliens off TennCare, but “nothing worked.” Reports of dead people on the rolls infuriated people and helped bring about demands for redesign.

When the waves of “unforeseen” registrants crashed down on the system and combined with endemic fraud and corruption the program was slammed into crisis. By 2005 TennCare had to be scaled back. Not surprisingly Democrats tried to save it with a first time ever state personal income tax, but people stormed the capital district and shutdown the state until it was taken off the table.

TennCare: what KennedyCare will be

A Republican Congressman who worked as a physician under TennCare reports witnessing other doctors refuse to see TennCare patients because of the lower reimbursement rates and difficulty collecting on their invoices.

In spite of every socialist “good intention” TennCare never was able to cover all Tennesseans leaving 6% uninsured. Tennessee’s socialist adventure serves as a clear red line reminder of what will happen if Kennedycare is made the law of the land.

You could see it coming

From the beginning the registration process for TennCare clearly invited fraud and abuse. Applicants only had to produce one letter from one medical insurance company denying acceptance and TennCare was obligated to enroll him or her. At the lower end of the economic scale the cost per person per month was just $2.74, hardly enough to encourage the type of “ownership” mentality needed to make the program work.
Massachusetts has its own form of Kennedycare and is laboring under cost over runs and similar problems. This government paid for and administered health care always “sounds” like a good idea when it is still just that “an idea.” But when universal “free” government health care actually sees the light of day it melts away and faster than snow in July.

Barack Obama has a sick surprise for America on September 11 this year. This unpatriotic Marxist hack slipped through a bill that turns the nation’s solemn day of remembrance into a perverse celebration of socialism.

This is a gross insult to our American heroes who lost their lives on that terrible day. They deserve our sincere remembrance, not socialist bilge from the very type of people whose policies invited the attacks to begin with.

Instead of coming together in a national resolve to never again drop our guard Obama’s Marxist Democrats have slapped us in the face. These Comrades have named September 11 “National Day of Service”, and desecrated its meaning.

Obama announced his plans for this foul smelling outrage with a conference call whose participants were a roll call of America’s domestic enemies. The leading group was the Hip-Hop Caucus a “coalition of hip-hop artists, advocacy groups, labor unions, and youth leadership organizations.” This collection of thugs and residents of our country, who won’t understand the first thing about patriotism, is lead by a “Reverend” Lennox Yearwood.

He’s best known for being arrested outside a Congressional hearing and calling General David Petraeus a liar.

This idiot Yearwood continually said he wanted something “positive” to come from 9/11, as if national resolve to protect ourselves from a bloodthirsty enemy obsessed with our death isn’t something positive. The jerk also expressed an intention to “take 9/11 back from Republicans so it is no longer a day of fear.”

Some of the rest of the participants were groups like the thugs from ACORN and AFL-CIO, but a most interesting voice was the Apollo Alliance a collection of Marxist/socialists who wrote the text of HR 3200 Obamacare.

Barack Obama wants to destroy our sense of patriotism and we can’t ever let that happen.

Resist resist resist

Friends we can either work from this day forward to build our dreams or to build Barack Obama’s dreams. That choice is up to each of us. We must fight and fight hard because history is calling upon our generation to step up and save Americans from domestic enemies bent on making our country a Soviet style gulag.

Don’t let Barack Obama’s constant attacks dampen our spirit and willingness to fight. Refusing to take part in this moron’s phony National Day of Service is not enough. Find ways to reverently remember those who died on that awful day. Join together in prayer asking God to protect us from terrorists where ever they come from. Form groups to read the names of those who were killed out loud.

Senator Ted Kennedy has lost his battle to live. As a Christian I hope God has mercy on him. He suffered from a ghastly cancerous brain tumor that has apparently taken his life.

Obviously Kennedy will be canonized by acclamation in the media today and for days to come. The British Crown has already given him an honorary knighthood making him “Sir Edward” but genuine Americans know better.

These things said, I offer the following brief but honest obituary items which have no chance of appearing anywhere in the Democrat controlled media.

“It’s hard to think of anyone who singlehandedly did more damage to America than Ted Kennedy. Starting with his disgusting criminal conduct at Chappaquiddick when he abandoned Mary Jo Kopechne to die, Kennedy was always a destructive force in America’s public life. Because Kennedy was never prosecuted, as he should have been, his crime did enormous damage to America’s sense of justice and belief that “no one is above the law.”

“On signing the 1965 Civil Rights Law, Lyndon Johnson lamented, “We [Democrats] have lost the South for a generation.” This moved Kennedy to commit perhaps his most egregious acts when he sponsored two Immigration reform bills that slammed the door on Europeans who had traditionally brought industriousness and honor to America. Instead they cleared the way for millions and millions of legal and illegal aliens from elsewhere who often bring no skills but palpable contempt for America. Kennedy is responsible for the damage they have done.

“One of Kennedy’s most memorable quotes came in a rare truthful moment during a discussion about socialism he said, “[Socialism] hasn’t worked in 6,000 years of recorded history because it didn’t have me to run it.”

“Sir Edward’s family asks for donations to LaRaza or Moveon.org. groups he loved so dearly.”

Politically correct services in Sir Edward’s memory will be held in Boston New York and San Francisco. I won’t be attending any.

Do it for Ted

The Marxists will try to use Kennedy’s corpse as a platform to spring into action and ram through Obamacare and “do it for Ted.” We have to redouble our efforts to stop this last assault by sycophantic liberal robots all snots and tears over their hero’s death. We can’t become slaves just to honor this man who has already done us so much harm. We can’t let Sir Edward assault us even from his grave.

“Sir” Edward was an enemy of everything that made America great and now he is gone. There is not much more to honestly say about him. Nevertheless, I hope God’s mercies showered him at his judgment.

Obamacare will turn our world upside down. Obamacare will bring us “medical speak easys.”

The recent expert rebuttals of hapless lying Democrats at town hall meetings would give an ordinary man some clue about the America spirit, but not someone who has prided himself on being an outsider. Barack Obama isn’t only a pretender to the American experience he’s a pretender to the Black experience having grown up in a vacuum and attended the nation’s best schools.

The American spirit is something Barack Obama knows nothing about. He lives in America, has somehow managed to become the president of our country, but he still doesn’t understand Americans.

It will therefore come as a huge surprise to him that his healthcare monster will bring back the days of “speak easys.” These new sub rosa establishments won’t be serving booze, they’ll be providing tonsillectomies!

Woodrow Wilson was another patrician who knew nothing about the American spirit. When Wilson, the original socialist Democrat, gave Americans Prohibition we didn’t stop drinking, we just stopped drinking in plain sight.

If Obamacare is committed his sights will be set on stopping “lucrative” tonsillectomies. Abortions will be encouraged and government funded, but those nasty “unnecessary” tonsillectomies will have to stop.

Obama wants us to live in his bizarro world where private doctors listen for secret knocks before welcoming little boys needing operations they can’t get from Big Brother. This is the way their grandmothers had to get abortions.

He wants to drive tonsillectomies into back allies and welcome abortions into the sun.

Imagine how insane it will be when a mother “knocks three times” to get her child into a “medical speak easy” in the morning then strolls into a government clinic to get an abortion a happy face sticker and a lollipop in the afternoon.

HR 3200 will encourage the death of babies through abortions at the start of life and the death for the rest of us through neglect and rationing of medical services.

This bill is more proof the people who are running our government are interested in their own lust for power and don’t give a damn what happens to us as Americans or as individuals. We are seeing some light in the end of this tunnel and the fight looks like it is going our way, but we have to keep fighting. If we don’t carry this fight, who will?

This is your life that’s on the table. This is the future of your family and our country that is at stake. If you plan on watching and hoping for the best don’t be surprised if you and yours wake up one morning as a slave to the United States government.

Last week we saw Barack Obama’s “Wile E. Coyote” style diplomacy blow up in his face. Once again he has embarrassed America on the world stage.
The headlines from the Democrat controlled media screamed in outrage over the United Kingdom’s release of a murdering Libyan terrorist.

Wile E. Obama’s continuing sharp insults to the British caught up to him and blew up in our faces. In the world of international diplomacy everything is connected.

Obama’s anti British history

Obama’s deep anti British feelings were learned at the knee of his Kenyan grandfather. He was a nationalistic Mau-Mau, a group bent on driving White Englishmen out of “their” country by slaughter and terror. In retaliation the British Army rounded up the men of Obama senior’s village and tortured them.
In February almost immediately upon moving into the Oval office, Wile E. Obama went out of his way to insult the British government by insisting her diplomats take back a bronze bust of Sir Winston Churchill which had been presented to George Bush as President of the United States. When Bush left office he had the grace and sense of history to leave the important gift behind for future presidents. Obama apparently blames Churchill for the torture of his Mau-Mau grandfather and took the opportunity to embarrass the British by returning the bust.

Just several weeks late when Obama met with Britain’s Queen at Buckingham Palace he insulted her with gifts of an iPod and a bunch of other made-in-China junk available at WalMart.

Now the UK releases the bomber. Would they have done this to George Bush? That’s hard to say, but probably not. This was another of Wile E. Obama’s bombs that exploded in our face. Attacking America’s friends and apologizing to our enemies isn’t constructive foreign policy.

The iPod excuse

The weasely response Obama’s aides gave the media when he was called on his childish iPod stunt was that Mrs. Wile E. Coyote handled everything like that and he therefore had nothing to apologize for. This as if Michelle is an official part of the administration. Just because she has a staff whose size rivals the Queen’s obviously has not made her the monarch she sees herself as.

The Churchill bust

No even half way adequate explanation of the Churchill bust snub has ever been offered. Kings have to explain themselves occasionally, but Wile E. Coyote just has to set up his bombs, chase the road runner and never look back.

Barack Obama is a dangerous child who feels embarrassed by America, but he himself is the biggest embarrassment to America. This is a very bad combination for us.

Americans enjoy pretending there’s only one level of care, available to all. I hope no one reading this column believes the rich and/or the politically connected would not receive care, both superior to, and faster than, the rest of us in a socialized system.

Accepting the obvious

Government run health services can provide healthcare for those groups that historically do not have it without breaking the bank. All but the poorest countries in the world provide some level of care to virtually all their citizens. They simply accept the fact that there are, and always will be, multiple levels of care (see: above).

In Honduras or Mexico, for instance, a nominal fee (~$100/yr) usually paid by an employer, allows individuals access to truncated basic, but decent, health services. Those that can afford it, of course, use private clinics and those who have no coverage queue up at the nearest “poor” facility, where the care is very limited.
(Even the clinics, since not required to suffer US style regulations and lawyers, are amazingly cheap: My son caught sometimes fatal hemorrhagic denge fever in Honduras several years ago and spent 3 days in a first class clinic. The bill for physicians, drugs, semi private room, etc: $500!)

In a tiered system, medical outcomes would be different, sometimes vastly different. They are now, but Americans prefer pretense, an activity more appropriate for young children.
The point is that in order to provide some level of service to all, and not drive the nation to bankruptcy, we must accept the obvious: A socialized system must be multi tiered and unequal, with concomitant unequal outcomes. That acceptance takes more honesty than we can, or likely will, muster. Ergo, the charade will go on until we open up the system and reduce third party payment or, the system is socialized, the treasury emptied, or both.

Honduras and Mexico supposedly backward countries have no trouble accepting the truth, i.e. health services will vary as to ability to pay. Americans seem to prefer Pied Pipers that sing mendacious and self serving songs of equality. Nevertheless, as Orwell observed in his “Animal Farm”, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

We must open health insurance coverage across state lines, encourage individuals to own and manage their own employer based or individual policies, go to a British style civil law system (loser pays BOTH sides’ legal fees), encourage inexpensive high deductible policies, and remove the mandate requiring hospitals to treat anyone that manages to stagger to the front door. Those of us with high deductibles are much more likely to ask a provider questions regarding necessity and cost, definite cost containment.

The net of this is that when one hears “denial”, he/she should not think of health services but of truth. Denial of truth is always costly, and this particular denial could cost us our health and our nation.

In 2004 I ran the field operations for Catholics Against Kerry. One of the most potent weapons we had was a simple MP3 we offered as a free download from our web site. The radio ready 60 second ad told people that John Kerry was a total supporter of even partial birth abortions. We asked Catholics and other pro lifers to consider the facts we presented before they voted. Since this was a national election we asked people just take it down and pay for its airing on their own local radio station. We had heart warming stories about how the spot was used. In Youngstown Ohio we cut 2 points off what Gore got in 2000 and moved them to Bush in 2004. Bush won Ohio by just 118,000 votes.

In New Mexico we had an even better result. In 2000 Bush lost New Mexico by 366 votes. A man in the upper Northwest corner of the state where the Navajos live used our spot on four stations that covered the Reservation. He got it translated into Navajo and by that time we had it translated into Spanish (recorded by the retired Bishop of San Antonio) so he ran it in English, Spanish and Navajo.

George Bush won New Mexico by 5900 votes and the Navajo Reservation provided 4600 of them.

What does it cost?
Folks this method of attack works and it’s not as expensive as you might think. In Texas as station will run the 30 second spot for $41.60.
If you contact your Republican County Committee you should be able to connect with other people who want to fight this fight first hand. Don’t worry about Campaign Finance reporting. As a private American citizen you have a right and the duty to do this without reporting to anyone.

Like you I have been hesitant to send my hard earned money to the RNC or another Republican group because I don’t believe they will have the courage for the all out fight we need to wage.

By downloading these spots and buying airtime, you don’t have to worry about where your money is being spent because you will be spending it directly yourself.

The radio ads in this page are effective weapons for killing Obamacare once and for all.

*Tell the manager you will send an MP3 of either a 60 second or 30 second radio ready ad, your ad and you will pay for its airing directly. There is no middle man. You retain total control over every penny you spend. Tell the station representative you are a private citizen not affiliated with any group. The stations will work with you. The cost should be between $40.00 for the 30 second spot and $100.00 for a 60 second spot, but you will be saving money because there will be no need for further preparation of the spots, they are radio ready. Bundling your money with friends and family will get you a discounted rate. And again asking at your County Committee and you’ll find like minded people to help pay for this project. When you get your own air attack going ask your family and friends to help pay for more and more ads.
