This is another important story being smothered by the Democrat controlled media.

The Obama administration has quietly announced there will be no raise in social security payments next year and maybe not until 2012, a presidential election year.

Citing a 2008 third quarter cost of living decline, Congress has voted no cost of living increase in next year’s Social Security checks for the first time since 1973.

The Democrats are pointing to their own prediction of a “… [steady] decline in consumer prices through the first three quarters of this year…” Based on this they claim to foresee no need for raises until possibly 1212.

Obama’s base will suffer the most. While 80% of our big cities voted for Obama it’s apparent the elderly, both White and minority, will be asked to “balance the budget” by themselves. There might not be any inflation but the Consumer Price Index (CPI) has risen steadily since January, and people are living by the CPI not the rate of inflation.

Numbers show ignoring the CPI will crush elderly and minorities

Using Gastonia North Carolina as a baseline for CPI, here are some comparisons with other centers where the population is White Black Hispanic elderly and overwhelmingly Obama supporters.

In each of these Urban centers Obama got more than 80% of the vote but:

Those living in New York City need 55% more to live than those in Gastonia.

In Detroit they need 12% more; in Cleveland they need 10% more; Bostonians 25% more

Chicagoans 10.7% more and Oakland Californians need 43% more than those in Gastonia

The poor in these cities receive standard payments the same as everywhere else. The combination of no raise and a rising CPI will actually kill some of them.

This seems to be exactly what Obama’s plan for making his plans appear to work.

On top of these problems those who are newly signed up for Social Security during the next two years will pay more for Part B Medicare and everyone receiving Medicare Part D prescription drug benefits will pay more.

Let’s face it, if George Bush did this it would be front page news from now until Election Day 1212.

Some get it some don’t

The White elderly seem to be turning on Obama, but Black and Hispanic seniors will never follow them. They will continue to be dragged through the mud for the rest of time because they will never have the courage or good sense to let go of the Democrat level on Election Day.

We have to get the word to all seniors whether they rely upon Social Security to survive or not. We have to tell them they have been fooled. Get the facts. Speak the truth and change some senior minds. America is depending on all of us.

In Mexico last month Obama called American citizens opposed to amnesty for illegal aliens “demagogues.” This is our next big battle to stay free.

From day one Obama has tried to destroy our economy and remake it into France. He’s fired one torpedo after another trying to sink us, and failed so far.

Nevertheless, he needs only one hit to damage us enough to then finish us off with everything else he has in store for us.

Attack after attack

First he tried FOCA the fraudulent scheme to unionize every workplace in the country. That failed. Next he tried Cap and Trade and we fought it enough to make its passage doubtful. Now we’re beating back Obamacare and winning. When we beat that his next torpedo will be amnesty for illegal aliens.

If he gets that through we’re finished. Illegal aliens will work their way through America like hungry locusts and leave our nation a hollow corpse.

Americans awaking: approval of immigration falling

A recent Gallup poll reported Obama should think again if he wants to kill America with amnesty for illegals. Compared to last July, when patriotic Americans beat back amnesty, public support for any immigration has fallen from 50% to 39%.

Agreement that “Immigration is a good thing [for America]” fell 6% to 58%, and those saying immigration is “a bad thing” increased 6%.

That 54% in the South support decreasing immigration isn’t surprising, but the 51% in the very deep blue East who want decreased immigration is very significant.

Republican opposition went from 46% to 61% and even Democrat opposition grew 5% to 44%.

The really good news is Americans have maintained focus and intensity on this issue which bodes well for our fight against Obamacare. If we hold together we can win all of these fights.

If we keep dodging Obama’s torpedoes until next year’s elections we can begin to clean house. Remember we can only take a quick breath when we win this Obamcare fight, then it’s back to the front lines. Keep in mind the instant this fight is over Obama will be back with amnesty and he might even get Juan McCain and his sidekick to be his point men. We have to let that roll off our back and keep fighting.
Don’t plan on watching others fight for your liberties or you’ll have no one to blame but yourself when Obama’s Marxists make you a slave.

When he saw the Nazis’ death camps Dwight Eisenhower was so moved by anger and embarrassment he ordered the gathering up German townspeople to force them to face what they had done.

After five decades of continuous Democrat rule Detroit is literally and figuratively a third world city. It is a dung heap every liberal in America should have his/her nose rubbed in so they can never again “blame Bush” or deny responsibility for the disgusting results of their dearest fantasies. The latest news from Detroit brings me to near tears.
Detroit an American city; can’t feed its own citizens. People are hungry in the genuine sense, not the phony liberal inflated numbers sense. Detroit doesn’t have a single major chain supermarket. People are forced to “shop” at small corner stores.
We know the awful numbers about Detroit, staggeringly high unemployment, thousands and thousands of foreclosed homes, blocks of rubble where people once lived, but incredibly it’s gotten worse!
People are actually growing vegetables in the vacant formerly junk covered empty lots dotting the town. Think about that! People in an American city are growing food in empty lots and living like characters in a bad science fiction movie!
What’s left of the quickly hallowing out middle class are living like hippies on a commune because ferociously destructive liberal policies have driven off the major supermarkets whose operators likely ran away from robberies and shoplifters coddled by the liberals who ruled them.
Urban farming is now supporting Detroit’s families!
Have these liberal Democrats no shame? Free food pantries are doing what the city of Detroit can’t. A private group located 20 miles from town has had to step in. Why would a private group have to come into an American city to feed people? Where the hell is Mayor Bing?
An agency that distributes food has seen an up tick of 18 % in demand Michigan’s Department of Human Services doling out food stamps is doing 14% more volume since Obama’s election.

The liberal party line of course is that now people are eating healthy foods! One observer leaked the truth however. He said the situation is especially depressing because the rest of Michigan’s surrounding areas have ample food supplies. It wouldn’t occur to these liberals that the difference between Detroit and the rest of Michigan is that the state hasn’t been run be liberal Democrats for fifty years, but it has gone sharply down hill since they elected an all Democrat state government.

In 1984 our socialist northern neighbors rejoiced at passage of The Canada Health Act. It gave Canadians government paid for single payer health care and no more worries ever again; or so they wanted to believe. The provinces were so giddy over the new “gift” from their benevolent government they passed laws against private health care insurance. Some outlawed the private practice of medicine and mandated where Canada’s doctors could practice. Here’s the truth.

Today Americans have much greater access to modern medical technology than Canadians do. “Hospital Waiting Lists in Canada” a report from The Fraser Institute makes that clear.

These comparisons are for every one million patients.

The wheels are falling off

The first crack in Canada’s healthcare monster has appeared. After 21 years of long lines inefficiencies sneaking into America for treatment and other fraudulent conduct forced on decent people a June 2005 Canadian Supreme Court reversed laws against outlawed private health insurance.

According to the Canadian Medical Association, (CMA) Canada’s health care system is in serious danger of collapse. They think things are so bad and so critical they are meeting next Sunday in Saskatoon to discuss what has to done.

The CMA’s president says “We all agree that the system is imploding, we all agree that things are more precarious than perhaps Canadians realize. [Canadians] have to understand that the system that we have right now — if it keeps on going without change — is not sustainable. … you can get better care than what you’re getting.”

Here are some headlines and stories you were not allowed to see or read about because they speak honestly about Canada’s phony socialist healthcare system. Nevertheless, they make the case well. Remember this is the system Obamcare is modeled on.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

This is the simple but powerful text of the 10th Amendment to our Constitution.

The first impression a reading of Obamacare’s scheme brings to mind are the many blatant violations of the 10th Amendment it contains.

One such violation is the demand that ALL medical service providers and facilities be compelled to include on staff translators able to render “language-appropriate services” in potentially hundred of languages.

Page 91 lines 4 – 7 essentially demands any medical services provider to have translators available to communicate with non English speakers in their own language either by telephone or in person. This is a disaster in waiting.

New York City’s welfare department provides a look at what Obamacare’s “language-appropriate services” means. In 2003 the City agreed to use taxpayers’ money to cover “translation services” for six languages. That’s grown to 21 and New York is being sued for not covering Soninke a Nigerian language. Already NYC just one locality provides 7000 translations yearly!

Civil War in Court

The Census Bureau recognizes 337 languages spoken or signed in America. There are thirty states with “English Only” laws meaning Obamacare violently collides with States’ 10th Amendment rights.

There are several of these states that aren’t likely to roll over and play “dead” for Obama.

It’s doubtful Alabama, Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Idaho Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, Utah and Wyoming won’t bring 10th Amendment lawsuits against Obama the instant he signs his bill.

This could easily spark a Second Civil War, not fought in the streets with guns but in courthouses across America. There are still enough safe judges to bring these suits before and fight on for years.

Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska have indicated they will fight Obamacare. Tenth Amendment law suits are the obvious means of such resistance. A Second Civil War could get under way in the same deliberate way the first one did and be in full swing before the lap dog media acknowledges it was happening.

If this bill passed with this provision in tact it could also trigger mass internal migrations from states that will be fighting the order to those attempting to provide translators for exotic tongues such as Hmong and Soninke.

The cost of these “language-appropriate services” will be astronomical not only on their face alone, but in the drain on translation providers who are already in short supply for our military’s war on terror. Imagine the problems with vetting translators for positions in military hospitals to service dependent non English speakers.

The apparent “Government option” pull back is just a battle won; we need total victory. These counter suits might buy enough time to convince America Obama a Democrat Congress was a mistake. Now is the time to step up the fight.

On June 28th Honduran troops, with orders from the Supreme Court and the acquiescence of Congress, awoke then President Manuel Zelaya. He was escorted to a plane which took him to Costa Rica. His VP, Elvin Santos, having resigned several months previously, Roberto Micheletti, (Speaker of the House) was declared president.

Prior to this, Zelaya had developed a close relationship with Hugo Chavez and other Latin gangsters. Consistent with his new “homies”, he wanted lifetime tenure. Ergo, he needed a new Constitution and began an effort to create one via an illegal vote, as the current one forbids any such activity by the president.

Prior to his removal an aide was filmed taking 2.2 million dollars, in cash, out of the treasury (presumably for the illegal plebiscite). His own ruling Liberal Party voted to remove him with the concurrence of the court. (Would the Democrats impeach President Obama for ANYTHING?)

Hugo had printed and sent ballots which were seized by the Army. Zelaya led a mob to forcibly take them from a warehouse. (Zelaya had also created, Chavez style, the “results” on a computer which was discovered after his removal.)

The UN, OAS, and virtually every country in the world condemned the action as a “coup”. Since it clearly was not a coup, both the ignorance and the bias of these over stuffed frauds are apparent. There was unctuous huffing and puffing to reinstall Zelaya. Meanwhile the vilified and mystified Hondurans were attempting to MAINTAIN the democratic process, while the organizations that supposedly were in business to support democracies opposed them. Zelaya made one grandstanding attempt to return on one of Hugo’s jets, which was thwarted. He then made buffoonish attempts to return via Nicaragua, with the help of Daniel Ortega, another amigo.

It is not hard to imagine polite table conversations among the self important about the events in Honduras. Because they know nothing about genuine democracy they might go like this;

“Micheletti will fold, won’t he?” “Of course, try the poached bass and cucumber soup. I had it yesterday after the conference on inequality and world hunger.”

“After all, we can starve them out.” “On second thought, I think I’ll try the herbed salmon and vichyssoise.”

To date the bullying has not prevailed. Amazingly, the wheel is now turning toward the Honduran position. Micheletti has made it clear that Zelaya is a criminal and will be arrested and tried if he returns, obviating the grandees’ “demand” that he be reinstated. The OAS is now going to meet with Micheletti ON HIS TERMS. To wit: Jose Insulza, head of the Organization of American States, who has been most outspoken about reinstating wanabe tyrant Zelaya, may attend but may NOT speak.

Honduras is now reasonably stable and elections are scheduled for November (Micheletti will not run). After democracy has prevailed, the frauds, poseurs, leftists, Hillary, et al. will need a new opportunity for a cheap shot, preferably a country, organization, or person too weak to fight back.

Occasionally principle meets up with a stubborn man who knows he is right. This time, that combination challenged world and is prevailing!!

In June we got peek at Obama’s plans to destroy America’s white middle class suburbs.

Now we have new evidence Obama is using race to turn America into the socialist gulag in his dreams for America.

The first plan unveiled the idea of the federal government demolishing large sections of Flint Michigan and Detroit and relocating their residents to middle class suburbs.

Today comes another plan to flood traditional Republican suburbs with exactly the people these middle class Americans moved away from.

No place to run

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has been changed into the Department of SUB-urban development after completing an extorted agreement with Westchester, a county immediately north of New York City.

Westchester has “agreed” to build hundreds of “affordable houses” which is of course code language for barracks for Obama’s shock troops of destruction. In a glorious understatement both HUD and the victimized people of Westchester said the federally arranged “agreement” will “have far-reaching national consequences.” Count on that!

Make no mistake this is a huge victory for those who are bent upon pulverizing America’s upper middle class. Westchester County has some of the most affluent small towns in America.

An Anti-Discrimination Center of Metro New York spokesman said: “Westchester can no longer hide from the ugly reality of continuing residential segregation,” Translation: “White middle class where ever you run to we’ll find you and make you pay for the destruction of your own neighborhoods.”

Westchester has announced it will either build or acquire 750 residential units in its quaint peaceful neighborhoods over the next seven years. Of that 85% must be in neighborhoods with less than 3% Blacks and less than 7% Hispanic.

The Clintons live in Chappaqua, just such a town, but it’s doubtful they’ll be any “Movin’ on up” to Chappaqua.

The federal Denise Cote a Clinton appointee ruled last February Westchester failed to analyze its housing demographics as required by federal law. The regulation requires local governments to determine how racial factors bear upon so called fair housing efforts within their housing patterns. The county called this “error” a mere technicality, but as we have seen it was enough to provide the Obama Administration with the club it needed to beat more White middle class basically Republican small towns into submission.

In recent years Westchester County has moved further to the left, now the remaining White middle class towns will pay the price for this foolishness. Sometimes you really do get what you vote for, even if you don’t realize it at the time.

*He loves his work. Kevorkian has even invented his own death machine that administers his home made version of Zyklon B.

*He’s been convicted of a felony and spent 8 years in prison making him well qualified to fit into Obama’s inner circle.

*Kevorkian is a proven smooth con artist. After being denied parole he conned Michigan’s governor into releasing him by claiming he was terminally ill.

*At 81 he can con seniors by talking aches and pains and get them to take one of Obama’s “red” pills.

* He’s the Left’s favorite uncle. He’ll take the Science Czar under his wing, and help bring Dr. Zeke Emanuel’s plans to reality.

*There’ll be no worries about Kevorkian loosing his nerve; he has 130 personal kills to his credit – the man is a pro! As one of the most prolific serial killers in American history he’ll run “Operation Grandma” with Nazi proficiency.

*At a recent speaking event “Uncle” Jack waved an American flag with swastikas for stars. Ironically he said it was intended to remind people of where America is headed if “changes are not made.”

This would be a perfect pick.

This may sound tongue in cheek, but is it really that far fetched?

HR 3200 addresses senior citizens by trying to make us feel guilty about wanting to live.

The Obamacare plan is filled with sections designed to push senior citizens toward a convenient money saving death which will make this scheme “look” like it is working.

On the issue of Obamacare someone should ask likely voters, not vague questions about a bill few people know about, but direct pointed questions about specific provisions of the House version which has passed committee. If 53% don’t like it now, 80% won’t want it once some light is shined on Obama’s lies.

Perhaps the questions are not phrased properly.

These questions should be asked. These items you might not heard of are in the bill, do you approve or disapprove of each?

Page 29 clearly states healthcare will be rationed. This is to make sure some of your coverage dollars are taken from you and given to those who have not contributed to our country ( in some case not a single thing)?

P 22, Government being empowered to audit all self insured people?

P 30, A government committee deciding what treatments/benefits you get even if it means guiding you to a self inflicted death

P50, Providing free healthcare for illegal aliens while we will be fined for not having coverage?

P58, Government access to all of your financial records so it can take what it thinks you owe for free healthcare directly with or without your permission?

P65, Taxpayer funded so called “Cadillac” healthcare for union members, ACORN members and their families?

P241, Regardless of specialty all doctors will be paid the same?

P354,268, Rationing of healthcare for all including Special needs children and adults and rationing of power chairs?

P472, provides funding for groups like ACORN?

While the numbers against the plan are beginning to grow no poll has shown even 56% against this assault on our liberties. It seems likely that figure rise dramatically with the right questions.

So let’s ask these questions and see what the real level of resistance to Obamacare is.

Big Labor says union members are “just like” us, but they’re not. Only 9% of privately employed Americans are union members and even adding in the captives in government jobs only 1 in 8 American workers pays union protection money.

Big Labor can’t find a legal acceptable way to change this. Polls say 82% of American workers don’t want to be unionized. Today there is little connection between the average American and those still in union clutches.

Marriage of two evils

Obama understands history. He’s willing to emulate Hitler’s use of uniformed brown shirted SA street thugs to enforce his will. Obama is using his purple shirted Service Employees International Union (SEIU) thugs to break up peaceful protests against his healthcare scheme the way Hitler’s SA broke up anti Nazi rallies in the 30s.

This is a perfect marriage of a ruthless gutless president w ho can’t defend his plan to push us all into Obamacare and ruthless gutless Big Labor who can’t defend its plans to push us all into unions. Each wants to rob us of our freedoms.

Who is the SEIU?

The SEIU has enough members (1.575 million) to make it larger in population than ten states.
Like the SA SEIU members take orders from well paid gangsters. More than 60 SEIU bosses make over $100,000.

Like the SA the SEIU is always the subject of complaints. Between 2000 and202006 over 3800 Unfair labor practice complainants were filed against the SEIU.
In the same period over 500 union decertified this monster and it has been rejected by over 1100 shops across the country..
Without union muscle the little sissy-mary from Chicago can’t ram healthcare down our throats. With him unions like the SEIU can’t cram unionization down our throats. We have to fight back or be slaves.
This is the worst most direct assault on our liberties since 9-11. Obama wishes many of the same things for us that our terrorist enemies do. Don’t let him win. Get the facts and fight like America depends on you alone, because she does. If you don’t stand up and fight who will?
