Obama is worried about our national TEA Party tomorrow. The pictures of 500,000 patriotic Americans outside his window demanding our freedoms more than has his attention, it has him off balance and in panic mode.

Tomorrow half a million individual patriots largely from the “fly over country” the Marxists mock and hate will be holding a “teach in” to instruct the Left in how America works why America works and how America can and will be a great country again.

His CBS stogies are turning 60 Minutes over to him Sunday night and Monday night he is speaking again on the “economy.” These speeches are panicky moves to win back the news cycle. The Democrat controlled media will try to help him but will fail. It’s too late. The tide of this battle will turn tomorrow.

The Tenth Amendment will block most Obama’s damaging plans for America.

More than thirty states have quietly passed laws and resolutions reasserting states rights under our Bill of Rights. The “State Sovereignty/Tenth Amendment” movement is growing and it’s turning back Obama’s Marxism.

State Sovereignty/Tenth Amendment movement: using the 10th Amendment to club our way to freedom

More than thirty mostly “flyover” states are asserting their individual sovereignty by citing the rights of states guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution. This use of the Bill of Rights will be the club freedom loving Americans will use to beat back Obama’s centralized government plans.

Written by James Madison the 10th Amendment says: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people” because he intuitively understood that shorter is better when it comes to written law.

After 218 years, this beautiful document’s time has come.

ABS ( All But Seceded) secession in effect is coming

Texas and Oklahoma have already passed laws and made moves that show they are willing to reconfigure their governments to secede in everything but a formal declaration. It’s not difficult to envision other states, like those of the old Confederacy following suit.

Big and powerful states like Texas will carry the fight against liberal legal challenges, but ABS (All But Seceded) status will spread from state to state and the deep Blue states that stand with Obama will wilt and die economically.

What we need to do now is to identify the leading voices of the Sovereignty/Tenth Amendment and back them. Write to these courageous Americans and support what they call for regardless of what state you are from or they are from.

Keep asking questions and keep demanding answers. Give your close attention to the process of government keeping in mind that it is your life and liberty that is being discussed. If you hear someone saying “I don’t talk politics, I don’t care about politics. “ Respond “But politics talks about you and politics cares about you because it wants your money and your freedoms.”
