This is a dangerous situation that should put a chill down your spine.

The Justice Department doesn’t trust Blacks to vote for candidates it “approves of.”

Without a “D” behind candidates’ name, as in nonpartisan elections, Justice thinks Blacks can’t be trusted to vote Democrat.

Here’s how it works.

The 1964 Voting Rights Act (VRA) controls voting procedures in nine states. Under Section 5, VRA makes the US Atty. General Elections Commissioner of these captive states. They may not change voting procedures without permission from Eric Holder.

The Voting Section of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division (VSDJCRD) is populated by rabid Leftists who use the power of this law as a weapon to destroy the Republican Party and ensure Democrat power forever.

Kinston North Carolina

The VSDJCRD has stepped into the election regulations in the small town of Kinston North Carolina.

Last November Kinston held a referendum to change city council elections from partisan to non partisan. It passed by a 2 to 1 margin. That should have ended the matter, but it didn’t.

Kinston has 15000 registered voters; 65% are Black. Yet surprisingly VSDJCRD refuses to “approve” this change claiming MINORITIES are being discriminated against by it.

Kinston had actually INCREASED its percentage of Black voters from 59% in 2000. All of the Council and its mayor are Democrats, two Council members are Black. Clearly Blacks faced no barriers in voting or holding elective office.

Nevertheless, the Justice Department was able to find something to object to. Proving truth and facts never mean anything to people like this, and mocking attacks on the intelligence of Blacks are irrelevant, Justice’s objection is based on a contention that non partisan elections obscure voters’ ability to find the Democrat in the field.

Remember 95% of Kinston’s Black voters supported Obama.

Keep in mind these smug bastards look at conservatives as bigots who hate minorities and see themselves as the “saviors” of non Whites in our society. Never would a Republican run Attorney General’s Office act this way. These people ARE different from us. They are the bigots who divide us by groups and try to always turn us against each other. This is just another attack that is going under the radar.

We can never stop our vigilance. We can assume they have stop trying to destroy America. Until the Left is driven from power things like this will continue. We can’t let that happen.

Fight them at every chance; America’s continued existence depends on each of us.
