When the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles announced its plans to revoke approximately 47,000 vehicle registrations it suspects were fraudulently secured by illegal aliens there was a rapid and predictable response from The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC).

LULAC filed a lawsuit trying to stop the state from protecting Ohio’s legal residents from the constant erosion of law represented by illegal aliens who are “gaming” the Ohio motor vehicles department.

The suit seeks to stop the state’s fraudulent registration recall based on the absurd argument that allowing the state to take this action would amount to allowing Ohio to enter into matters of federal immigration law which it isn’t empowered to do.

The frauds bankrolling this action consider it unfair and unconstitutional because it targets illegal aliens. In other words, the State of Ohio’s efforts to combat criminal abuse of its auto registration system by criminals can’t be allowed because the “targeted” criminals are violating federal laws not state statutes.

The immigration lawyer who filed the suit whined that canceling the illegal registrations filed by illegal aliens committing fraud will cause these illegal aliens to lose their cars and disadvantage their American born children. He says nothing about the fact that these “disadvantaged” children have been put into this position by the criminal actions of their parents. He moans that this action could cause these families to be separated and (gasp!) relocated (like back to their home country maybe?)

So far not even 5% of the 47,457 suspected frauds ordered to produce legal proof to support their registration applications have done so. If Ohio is coming around things look bright for restoring American freedoms next year.

This very encouraging news keeps the issue of illegal alien amnesty hot until next Election Day which is a very good thing.

Ohio is coming back to our side. Winning back Ohio is very important to winning next year’s elections and throwing out the Democrats in 2010.

Hitting them where it hurts

Granting amnesty to illegal aliens is a top priority for the Democrats. They know these criminals will be grateful and vote Democrat for years giving the Marxists total control of our lives. We can not allow this to happen. We can not turn our backs on these people. They are bent on destroying our country and our way of life.

Get educated. Make saving our country your part time job. Sure it is tough and it will be very hard to do this, but any discomfort we suffer from being “put out” by our duty to fight back will be nothing compared to what we will have to endure if we fail in our defense of liberty.

Just 20 days later France transfers the same land to the United States as “the Louisiana Purchase” a phrase recently applied to the shameless cell out of Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu to Harry Reid’s Healthcare scheme.

Being a new immigrant myself, it is irking to witness other new immigrants- complaining about living in America. Seriously, with such unhappiness, why not just pack up and leave?

Learning from the History of America the early immigrants had their own obstacles to overcome and managed to idealize their own beliefs into the American way of living and their success inspired others to follow suits. However, the new Immigrants argued because the European origins of the early immigrants had no cultural barriers on the American landscape, which simplified their assimilation. These “complainers” whine because European culture has become standard for America these new immigrant late arrivals complain of being placed at a disadvantage. This is nonsense.

European culture isn’t the only cultural value in America. Hardworking, family lives and religion beliefs always have a place. Europe is not the only place that cultivates determination and discipline to succeed. These are principals fundamentally esteemed by every one from every race in every place and are responsible for creating America. The immigration from every region of the world into America has integrated multiple cultures into our lives and created the American Culture. The new Immigrants should value our American Culture as their own, for discrediting it only further eroding their own self esteems.

In retrospect, judging from the creation of the early American society, the Europeans opened up the American frontier to welcome everyone, believing it as the destiny of the New World. They eagerly fancied a new society with a dream of its own; indeed, the American Dream, a unique and genuine new nation to contribute the world. However, the new immigrants misunderstand the American Dream and misapplying their newly status to demand Americans to tolerate and lower the standards on them, hence consent to redefining the American Dream. This is nonsense.

Living the American Dream is what enriched and strengthened this country and sadly for too many new Immigrants changing America is their dream. No wonder their unhappiness has no boundary for mistaking the American Dream they misfortune their opportunities. Well, in that case, it is sensible to leave America; seriously.

Perhaps we should take a few moments to examine what the “it” is as regards Sarah Palin.

There is an oft quoted, or at least it should be oft quoted maxim regarding managers: “Intuitive managers always fail.” Specifically, managers who hire or promote based on perception, feeling, assumption, or appearance will be wrong most of the time. Managers that hire/promote based on performance will usually be right. Simply put, just because someone looks or talks like Stan Musial does not mean he or she can hit like Stan Musial. That certainly applies to the most recent voters’ presidential selection, as it has for many others.

Sarah Palin has been setting and achieving goals all of her life. Her most important quality is her work ethic. She has set and achieved goals, and done so through concentration and unceasing work. Her life is a litany of achievement in things great and small. She has rarely, if ever, spent any time “getting even” or gratuitously knocking a competitor. (Dick Armey opined factually: one cannot get ahead when one is trying to get even.) Spite, envy, petty revenge… These are the tools of the small minded and are, in any case, forbidden to committed Christians. Sarah has always eschewed them.

She does her best to live as a Christian. It has been her daily test since she got into politics. So far, all the signs indicate that she is winning the battle, which further infuriates her opponents. And, like Christians everywhere, she exhibits true humility. Whereas Joe Biden and his ilk are convinced of their own omniscience, Sarah knows her core beliefs and remains true to them. She knows more about energy and rooting out corruption from EXPERIENCE. In other things, she seeks knowledge, not political advantage. President Obama and his coterie of second raters have experienced nothing in the real world and, therefore, have achieved nothing.

One must not leave her inherent and transparent good nature and genuineness out of the “it” as they are crucial to her persona. These are the elements that lend themselves, and are essential to, politics. If she is not believed, her resume is of no consequence.

The element that has not been sufficiently discussed is her work and commitment. She waited and practiced impatiently one imagines, to actually play high school basketball; she ran a Marathon in under 4 hours; knocked on doors unceasingly when running for mayor; and most importantly never gave up.

Her life is a testament to adhering to values, setting goals and achieving them through work. Let’s hoped that America’s voters, having failed their most recent test, will take a long look at the “it” ingredients in Sarah Palin.

We all need to adopt Sarah’s formula for success and work to return our nation to its “exceptionalism.”

Perhaps electing persons that have a life history of working and achieving rather than those that spout bromides and sophistry will take us to where we need to return. Take a long and dispassionate look at Sarah Palin because she is the woman we need to get the job done. She has an “It” that is genuine, not fabricated by media packaging.

After all, we do not want be failed managers of our nation…again.

Those who believe that America is a special place where dreams can come true and everyone has the opportunity to succeed, had better keep their thoughts to themselves if they attend the University of Minnesota’s College of Education and Human Development.

A new report posted by the Race, Culture, Class and Gender Task Group of the University recommends those training to be Minnesota public school teachers must repudiate our cherished American dream. This “Task Group” even recommends teacher candidates adopt its party line that America is “an oppressive hellhole: racist, sexist and homophobic.”

Teachers must harbor hatred and resentment for our country to satisfy the demands of the Teacher Education Redesign Initiative

The insulting and disgusting findings of this bunch of America haters goes on to say that making new teachers “swear allegiance” to these ridiculous requirements is necessary because Minnesota’s teachers “lack of “cultural competence” contributes to the poor academic performance of the state’s minority students. “

In other words instead of teaching minority students that America is a land of opportunities they are to join children in mocking the very features of America that hold out hope to them and lie about the character of the American people.

Forget about teaching writing reading mathematics and science, Minnesota teachers are to make race class and gender the central elements in everything they teach because, while no one was looking, people who inhabit the dark fringes of life now have control over the lives of our children.

In perhaps the most stunning demand from this Task Group of Marxists, future teacher are to be required to come to grips with and “confess” their own bigotry as the Chinese Communist required in their Cultural Revolution. Is there any wonder that our nation is under attack by those who wish our destruction?

How can people filled with vicious hatred for our way of life make America a better place? How dare these lowlife skunks decide that minority children either A) are not worth teaching the greatness of America to or B) should be taught down to their own ill educated level? How can the ignorance of America’s greatness, found among Minnesota’s minority children, justify abandoning them to essentially their own devices thus allowing the inmates to run the asylum?

Orwellian garbage like this can not be allowed to stand. These people can not be allowed to practice their own brand of soft bigotry on these already disadvantaged children. Teaching them America is an awful place is a disgusting display our Marxism at its worst.

As dark and hopeless as our world looked last Thanksgiving Day things have turned around and there is much to be optimistic about and thankful for this year.

Counting our blessings is still easier here in America than in any other country. Even the poorest Americans eat meals many of the world’s citizens only dream about.

We have a Bill of Rights and a full Constitution to protect us thanks to our Founding Fathers. Because of the foresight of those great men, we have the legal and moral tools we need to prevail against even the worst tyrants. Other societies don’t have anything like our Bill of Rights and would never be “granted” one by their ruling classes.

America: One of God’s favored countries

America is clearly one of God’s favorite countries, so we will succeed in making things right again. The stunning fall from favor of Barack Obama and his Marxist Democrats is proof that the Hand of Providence has not forsaken us. God has not abandoned America, and for this blessing we must be grateful.

America is still the country the world’s people want to come to; she is still the country God has favored because we are His instrument for working His will.

We can now see undeniable signs that the ‘stand up and fight’ resolve we had last November is paying dividends. This swerve to the left is survivable because we are NOT a people attracted to socialism.

Our dark days are by no means fully behind us. The damage caused by putting a Marxist enemy of freedom in the White House is far from over. But as Churchill said: “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end, but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”

By God’s grace we have plenty of food and clean water for healthy lives; we have a political system that allows us to regroup speak out and win converts to our ideas even in the face of the terrible beating we took last year. Our big victories on November 3 prove this. And we have a financial system that can survive this socialist assault.

We still have a long way to go but there is light in the end of the tunnel.

The signs are there. The news is very good for conservatives trying to win back control of our country.

Dozens of House Democrats are facing tough reelection campaigns next year according to Charlie Cook the respected political analyst. Cook’s “Frontline” list of Democrats in reelection trouble even includes some who often run unopposed.

Veteran Democrats like John Spratt SC, John Tanner Tenn. and others who had no opponent last year could be out of office next November; so could South Dakota Senator Byron Dorgan who is trailing his Republican successor by 19 points!

Seeing the light; hearing footsteps

Frightened Democrats are scrambling to distance themselves from Barack Obama in desperate hopes they’ll be spared in the coming political tsunami.

Armed Services Committee Chairman Ike Skelton, whom Cook has identified as endangered, has demanded AG Holder explains his decision to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in federal court citing his “many serious questions.”

New York freshman Eric Massa who bragged to leftwing lunatics he would vote for Pelosicare and against the will of his district lost his nerve and voted “No” after testing the wind.

Dennis Moore of Kansas has announced he will not run in 2010 preferring retirement to defeat.

“Beyond Radio Active”

Cook is so certain November 2010 will see the end of Democrat rule in the House he uses the type of language which ordinarily is scoffed at as “hyperbole” in polite Washington circles. He says Barack Obama will do so much damage to more than 40 Democrats he is “Beyond Radio Active” for them.

While at least 18 vulnerable House Democrats have voted for either the Cap and Trade bill or the Pelosi Healthcare bill, 17 voted for both of these monstrosities and are now virtually dead meat. The Democrats are seeing the light and hearing the footsteps.

Good news in the numbers

We need to pick up 35 seats in the House to win control. We need 10 pick ups in the Senate to gain control. It is quickly becoming apparent that both goals are attainable, the House a bit easier but nevertheless, both Houses can be taken. Will you work to get these things done, or sit and watch?

It is for this reason we must stand and deliver for our own freedoms. As difficult as taking on this fight as a “part time job” may be, each of us has to resolve to step up and give everything we can to this fight.

Get educated. Know the facts and engage people in conversation about the issues that will mean the life or death of our liberties and our nation. If you don’t assume this fight as a personal mission think again. If YOU don’t fight for yourself who will fight for you?

I’m fighting as hard as I can, but everyone who loves freedom has to join in and lend a hand. Those of us who are fighting can’t do it alone.

In 2006 when Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman was fighting for his political life in a primary with Ned Lamont, he found himself abandoned by his “friends” in the Democrat Party. Being a former VP candidate meant nothing to those who wanted his head. Ultimately Lieberman was even betrayed by fellow Connecticut Democrat Senator Chris Dodd who endorsed Lamont.

What was Joe Lieberman’s sin? Why did the anti American Left hate him enough to want him out of office? Lieberman supported the War in Iraq and by extension George Bush. He did so because he understands a failed American War on Terror (WOT) will mean certain doom for Israel.

Predictably Lieberman lost the nomination 52/48 and thus got a peek into his future because he is not about to pull back from his support for the WOT regardless of who the President is.

Fortunately Lieberman won reelection as an Independent and has continued being a steady friend of the WOT.

Bidding his time waiting for revenge

Lieberman is a changed man, near political death experiences will do that to a politician. For Joe it’s payback time and he’s ready to strike.

Lieberman announced he’ll campaign for Republicans; he won’t vote for a public option and will filibuster against it. So why the “yes” vote?

Simple: Because it shows America what’s in the bill.

Killing Democrats escape route

A “No” vote kills this bill and gives Democrats a chance to run away from it without any of its details getting out. Now Lieberman’s old “friends” will HAVE to stand up on record and defend every ugly word. Their only chance to escape this mess is an end to this bill. But now they’ll be super glued to this ugly beast and they’re on their way to a big defeat because of it.

Calling it as I see it

None of this is to say it wouldn’t have been better for Lieberman to have voted “No” Saturday night and been done with it. Of course that would have been the best result for America. Nevertheless, it is what it is. Lieberman is taking his revenge. He told reporters at a press conference “I’m going to be stubborn on this” and he means what he said and more.

For Joe Lieberman this is a thinly veiled declaration of his mission statement. He has waited three years for this moment so he can enjoy his revenge as a dish eaten cold.

As an Orthodox Jew the “eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth” mantra lives deeply within this man and he is just getting started.

For those of us watching the fun, the best part will be the media asking Lieberman over and over again if he will change his mind and be “A good Democrat.” That day has past.

The truth is out. Illegal immigrants commit crimes at a much higher rate than Americans and legal immigrants.

A new Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) report nails it. It proves the lies and smashes the myths of the “noble” illegal immigrant who only wants to “do the jobs Americans won’t do.”

Using Freedom of Information Act requests to access otherwise embargoed government data on immigrant crime, the CIS establishes the fact that illegals commit “relatively high rates of crime.”

The phony “academics” that’ve made careers of lying about the destructive impact of illegal aliens on our society are proved wrong.

CIS found:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) believes America’s prison population’s include 20% legal and illegal immigrants.

DHS reviewed over 8 million inmate records from the prison systems of 45 large counties around the country and found that 22% of their inmates were foreign born.

This is an over representation of 42% given the estimates that 15.4% of American adults are immigrants.

Some of the hardest hit counties and their percentage of incarcerated illegal alien felons are:

Maricopa County, Arizona.: 22%;

Lake County, Illinois: 19%;

Collier County, Florida: 20%; and

Weld County, Colorado with 12.8 to 15.2%.

Homeland Security reports that while the nationwide percentage of non-citizen adults is approximately 8.6%; almost double that amount 15% are in prison.

The latest FBI report sets the non citizen Federal inmate percentage at 26.4%!

Moreover, the FBI’s 2009 list of 76 fugitive murderers includes 43 foreign born men and women.

During the immediate past decade the federal government forcibly deported 816,000 criminal aliens upon their convictions for felonies.

The illegal alien incarceration problem seems to be worse in California than the rest of America. Pew polling corp. reports 25% of the Golden State’s prisoners are illegal aliens.

Illegal aliens bring far more problems than they solve.

Illegal aliens destroy our hospitals by using Emergency Rooms as family doctor’s offices or sometimes just places for families to hang out and watch television. They destroy our schools and many of our neighborhoods in big cities and small towns.

They will destroy our freedoms if we don’t fight to keep the Democrats from making them citizens and counting them in next year’s Census.

The bill for our freedoms has come due again. Will you duck out or stand and pay up?
