Those of us who grew up in the 1960’s remember old black and white movies made during World War II. We remember the ones about the Nazis usually had a sneering jerk in a black uniform and monocle confronting a “suspicious” civilian with the demand, “Let me see your papers!” Seventy years later, we thought all of that was left behind, but according to a new Wenzel Strategies report, a growing number of Americans are becoming fearful American citizens might soon be challenged with this same chilling demand.

Very chilling stuff

Wenzel Strategies spoke to 823 likely voters over the weekend of December 18 to 21 and established a margin of error of 3.4%. The timing of this survey makes its results still more significant for two clear reasons: first the nearness to Christmas should have people’s spirits high and hopeful; and second weekend polls usually reach more Democrats than Republicans. If this was the case and a number of Democrats have come to this conclusion it adds extra weight to the importance of this finding.

This is the type of news that makes your stomach tighten because it is both overwhelmingly un-American for such a thing to happen here in the land of the free and the home of the brave, and a little voice tells you the 36% of Americans who feel this way might just be correct in their fear of Obama’s Administration.

Wenzel also observed that Republicans “get it.” At a rate of 73% Republicans now agree that “Our freedoms are decreasing under Barack Obama’s presidency.” This is a sharp increase from the 61% that felt this way just last month. Among Independents the month to month increase of fear of government jumped 7%.

Never in our lifetime have things been this scary

Overall almost 20% of Americans feel they are “not at all free” to speak freely and an alarming 14% have “great fear” of government retribution and/or investigation because they failed to watch their choice of words.

We’re in real trouble friends, but if we stand and fight we can make things right again. It’s up to each of us. Will you turn away and pretend nothing is wrong? Will you listen to the inner voice that tells you America has been perverted by gangsters who want to destroy us?

Stand and fight now or wake up a slave later.

The smell from Reid’s healthcare bill is just beginning to fill the air

It looks like the deeper we look into Harry Reid’s health care monstrosity the worse it looks. A new review of this pile of Marxist dung reveals that blatant racial discrimination is a central thread of this evil cloak.

The bill directs the Health and Human Services Secretary (now THE most powerful person in our government surpassing even the Chicago gangster) to give “priority” in the sending $ billions of our tax dollars only to medical schools that discriminate against Whites or face being cut off. Depending upon which section of this bill one reads, it mandates “preferential” treatment for favored people “according to race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, and religion.” Honest medical schools that follow current federal laws forbidding discrimination based on these characteristics will be unable to survive and put out of business. Linda Chevez director of the Center for Equal Opportunity labels this, “a new racial spoils system.” Who can argue against this observation?

Not just doctors

Section 756 of Reid’s monster demands that schools “training social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, behavioral pediatricians, psychiatric nurses, and counselors will be ineligible for federal grants unless they discriminate.”

It cynically states schools training students entering these fields must follow this rule and give unlawful preference to: “individuals and groups from different racial, ethnic, cultural, geographic, religious, linguistic, and class backgrounds, and different genders and sexual orientations” and these schools must demonstrate “knowledge and understanding of the concerns of the[se] individuals and groups.”

In Nazi style language the section goes on to declare that those schools failing to follow these mandates will be “liable for “liquidated damages.”

The bill also even sets up a new federal medical school it calls the United States Public Health Services Track “grant appropriate advanced degrees.” The expressed purpose of this no school will be to give see that “students from rural communities and underrepresented minorities” are given preference. In other words Whites and Asians don’t bother even asking for an application.

The bill also demands all kinds of racial ethnic and sexual data collection from everyone and anyone the Democrats can lean on which will be just about everyone.

Trial lawyers, the Democrats’ pals will be able to use this data in bring “disparate impact” suits claiming Whites and Asians still have something left to be extorted.
Race and sexual preference will be used to trump science in ways that will make Al Gore look like Sir Isaac Newton.

What the Left believes is in this bill

Two of the Left’s most cherished mantras are enshrined in this monster.

First it screams that their belief that racial and other types of discrimination is just fine as long as it worker to disadvantage the White straight majority and second good basic life extending healthcare is not available to minorities no matter what their socio-economic status is. Both are of course as anti American as the Left is.

Get educated and look for ways to help save our country. If we all step up we can win our freedoms back. If we don’t we’ll be slaves. We can plan to be freedom fighters together or slaves together. Each of us has to choose.

Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan the Fort Hood murderer whining about his “religious rights”

The lawyer for Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan has expressed the murderer’s concerns about not being able to pray from the Koran in Arabic with a “relative.”

According to a statement from the murderer’s lawyer the police who are guarding Hasan at Brooks Army Medical Center cut off a phone conversation he was allegedly having with one of his brothers because it was not being carried out in English. He continued, “I think it’s illegal and a violation of his religious rights.”

More reasons for this swine to be tried in a military court

In a civilian court setting restrictions on a prisoner’s language of communication with lawyers and visitors would be uncommon. Several precedent cases have held that prisoners are entitled to great latitude in this area, but those are civilian cases not military tribunal findings. Because Hasan has been deemed a continuing threat to American security, the Army can and does demand only English can be used in conversations involving Hasan who chanted “Allahu Akbar” an Arabic phrase meaning God is great, as he systematically murdered his unarmed victims.

A civilian Law professor who is a former JAG officer offered his opinion stating, “They can put reasonable restrictions on his movements and activities. The question is what is reasonable. In light of the fact that he is clearly influenced by radical jihad, in my opinion, it’s entirely reasonable to limit his spoken activities to English.”

Moreover, by Hasan’s own admission English is his first language with Arabic a language he studied and adopted only in later life. This further weakens his dubious claim religious or otherwise, to some sort of exemption from this regulation.

Sources within the national security community have reported that among the several suspected terrorists killed in a secret strike in Yemen last week was Anwar al Awlaki the radical Muslim cleric who counseled Hasan during his growing determination to murder unarmed innocent American Army personnel at Ft. Hood Texas last month.

The same air strike also killed Saeed Ali al-Shehri a former Gitmo prisoner released by the Bush Administration, who had quickly resumed his terrorist activities and was reported to be a high ranking al Qaeda terrorist leader.

Anwar al-Awlaki, has told Al Jazeera Hasan asked him “about killing U.S. soldiers and officers. His question was is it legitimate… under Islamic law.”His answer was clearly “Yes.”

We have to watch this Hasan case very closely. We can’t let him slip away on some lawyer non sense. Hasan has to be convicted and sent to Allah without delay.

America needs every patriot to step up. What have you done to protect American freedoms today? You haven’t looked away I hope.

On the day before Christmas in 1971 the New York Times ran an article about a new “holiday” called Kwanzaa that was invented by a Black separatist named Ron Everett. Everett now uses the made up “African” name Maulana Ron Karenga to show the world he wants nothing to do with White America.

That Mr. Karenga was in a California prison doing a one to ten year stretch for illegally imprisoning and maiming two Black women he thought were plotting to kill him meant nothing to the Times. They didn’t want to talk about how their new hero had been certified as a paranoid schizophrenic by a court, so they didn’t.
Karenga calls his new “holiday” Kwanzaa, a Swahili phrase meaning “first fruits” because he maintains it is a harvest festival. The truth, however, has a very different ring. Kwanzaa is Karenga’s answer to Christmas. He would like nothing better than to see Kwanzaa actually become the “Black Christmas” he has always fantasized about.

In his 1977 book on Kwanzaa, Karenga said it “…was chosen to give a Black alternative to the existing holiday and give Blacks an opportunity to celebrate themselves and history, rather than simply imitate the practice of the dominant [White] society.”

Upon hearing of the new “holiday”, a young unknown Al Sharpton commented that Kwanzaa “would perform the valuable service of “de-whitizing” Christmas.”
The idea that Kwanzaa is a harvest festival is bogus.
Harvests don’t happen in December, not even in Karenga’s make believe version of Africa. The closest thing to a Kwanzaa like festival in Africa is the Yam Festival held yearly in Ghana and Nigeria at the beginning of August, yet Kwanzaa is celebrated each year between December 26 and January 1.

A 1978, Washington Post article included this Karenga admission about his “holiday” “People think it’s African, but it’s not. I came up with Kwanzaa because black people in this country wouldn’t celebrate it if they knew it was American. Also, I put it around Christmas because I knew that’s when a lot of bloods (blacks) would be partying.” Imagine if a White person had written that.

Do people want to include Kwanzaa as a “holiday” to be recognized in year end greetings among friends and acquaintances? Hardly. While just a handful of Americans of any race or color celebrate Kwanzaa, a Fox poll done in December 2007 revealed that 95% of Americans celebrate Christmas and about 1 in 3 are actually very offended when the words Happy Holiday replace Merry Christmas.

Nevertheless, “Happy Holidays” has replaced “Merry Christmas.” When Kwanzaa was no more than a malignant dream of a paranoid felon, people said Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah as they thought appropriate for a given situation.

When the “traditional Kwanzaa holiday” was added to the mix, feckless merchants who would willingly celebrate Hitler’s birthday if they thought it would boost sales, folded and “Happy Holidays” grew by the year. Exactly when this happened is difficult to pinpoint, but after the Bush White House recognized Kwanzaa in 2002 the battle was lost.The election of Barack Obama, with his African name and new age secular humanism makes it less likely that Kwanzaa will run out of steam anytime soon.

How many African American Christians will ultimately be led astray by this faux Black Christmas remains to be seen. What is clear is that in this time of national crisis Kwanzaa is an obstacle to true adherence to the Judeo/Christian principles we need to straighten ourselves out.

Those who are busy trading Christmas for Kwanzaa do themselves and our culture no good. Karenga’s monster will serve as a constant excuse to use “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Hanukkah.”
“Happy Holidays” will continue to make America less of a nation every time it is spoken

Pity the poor Black Congressional Caucus (CBC), its members must be so frustrated over not being able to blame a White Republican President for the mess being reported out of Haiti.

A just released Pan American Development Foundation’s report brings news that “at least 225,000 children in Haiti’s have been sold into slavery as unpaid household servants.” This number was “far more than previously thought.”

Question: If this is more than “previously thought,” why haven’t these very concerned Pan American Development Foundation liberals raised this issue and done something about it already?

Answer: Their job is to eat finger sandwiches and drink Champaign while finding ways to blame America for everything wrong in the Northern hemisphere, not fix anything.

The report observed: “Despite growing attention to the problem, researchers said their sources were unaware of any prosecutions of cases involving trafficking children or using them as unpaid servants in this deeply poor nation of more than 9 million people.”

The report continued: “The Pan American Development Foundation’s program director in Haiti.. called for Haitian officials to conduct a national survey to analyze the full scope of the problem, including in rural areas. Officials with the [Haitian] Ministry of Social Affairs could not be reached for comment”

Can’t you can almost feel the CBC’s hand in our pocket grabbing our money to fight this “crisis.”

A related story of Haiti

While Haiti is clearly the poorest country in the Northern hemisphere not all of its sons and daughters are equally destitute. A large contingent of people scheduled to fly to Haiti from New York’s JFK last week acted so wildly when they were faced with the reality of the blizzard that crippled air traffic in the Northeast the police had to be called. To calm the angry crowd of Haitian flyers Delta was forced to feed and house them for two days. When they do get to Haiti for their holiday vacation it’s a good bet they won’t be “fighting for social justice.” That’s something for others to worry about, even America’s first Black President.

It looks like the UN and the Climate Change gang aren’t the only ones getting ready to pick our pocket. Bet on a CBC push for “emergency relief “ money for Haiti. This is all the more reason to stand up and fight next month and right on into November.

Don’t look away in our nation’s time of need. When the bell rings come running with your blood sweat tears your enthusiasm and checkbook.

From FDR’s self serving “New Deal” through the 1960s, there was a legitimate debate about the role of government, particularly the Federal Government, in our lives. Was there an implicit mandate long hidden in our Constitution that sanctioned government redistributing benefits to one group at the expense of another? Even absent a Constitutional “penumbra”, was the need so dire and the disparity so obnoxious that the government should step in anyway?

In the thirties and forties, many extremely bright and well educated persons became liberals, socialists, or Communists as part of their belief that government could and should be the arbiter of the distribution of goods and services among the peoples of the world. The private sector and a free market were simply too harsh and left too many out “in the cold”. The wisest among them were, they were convinced, better able to determine which person or group should be rewarded and which punished.

Leftist solutions do have a great appeal in general: They seem to offer immediate relief to whichever group is suffering and that relief requires supporters to do nothing.
This slothful and self absorbed approach might be OK if it actually had long term benefits to the recipients. One does not have to look long or hard at the “War on Poverty”, welfare, or racial preference laws, however, to see the damage caused. Overbearing government does have long term benefits, but only to those making a living from the “extortion”/ “payoff” paradigm. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Barrack Obama, Harry Reid, and LBJ come to mind, but the list is endless. It is likely that without the ability to coerce, using the force of government, none of the above, nor legions of lesser known parasites, could have prospered.

To the point: The mid century honest intellectual who had supported over weaning government as a solution, became increasingly dismayed as the fruits of that approach soured. They saw the wreckage and could no longer defend their beliefs. Many became conservatives and all were wary of bigger government. They had intellectual integrity.

The balance became the current Left in the US, entirely void of integrity. They refuse to engage in serious debate regarding its basic “program.” When government forces something, by definition, must reduce personal freedom. It simply cannot be otherwise. Some specifics: The real issue in abortion rests in the Constitutional rights (or lack thereof) of an unborn child; the issue in health care is who should control access; the issue in taxation is how much do governments need, not how can the code be used to punish/reward individuals (and fill campaign and personal bank accounts). The current breed of “Leftists” cannot sustain its side in the above issues so they are simply avoided. That has worked well for them for generations. To wit: Two of the three counties with the highest per capita income in the nation abut Washington DC.

Their gravy train is finally being derailed by a voting public that suddenly understands limits, is appalled by corruption, and concerned about its responsibility to the nation and the next generation. It has been too long in coming but the left is about to be shown the door and not a moment too soon.

The nation would be better served by a vibrant and HONEST left/right debate. That helps keep both sides engaged and honest but, with this current bunch in DC, it will not happen…

It is hard to find words for this level of nerve. Arab Americans who make up 1 ½ percent of just one state (Michigan) want special treatment from the Census Bureau.

This is a case of political correctness boomeranging and clocking a sanctified “ethnic” group. Next year’s Census promises to be one of the last vestiges of American administrative process that will fall to liberal Democrat fiat to either change or ignore anything about America that gets in their way.

The Census causes problems for liberals searching for ways to get around Constitutional requirements to ask only how many people of which gender live in a household.

Liberal Democrats don’t really like our Constitution. They think nothing of violating it, so don’t bet they won’t find a way to twist the rules to accommodate the Michigan Arab community’s demand for yet another box to be added as a choice of self description on the Census form. They want an “ARAB” box they can check.

The problem for the liberals is: on the one hand how do they sneak illegal aliens passed the Census bean counters by disallowing questions about “ancestry” and on the other how do they kowtow to Arab American demands to be recognized as a distinct ethnic group?

Currently Arab Americans are officially classified as “White” regardless of their skin tone.

The tail is trying to wag the dog

The purpose of a Census was supposed to be merely a formal enumeration of the population every ten years. States have always been allowed to adjust their own counts but this is not enough for those who want to put their thumb on the scale and change the results to their advantage.

According to an official at the Census Information Center in Hamtramck Michigan, having the “ancestry” question “provides a better notion of our pluralistic society and who we are.” That such practice divides us rather than unites us wouldn’t occur to this gentleman.

The solution to this matter is to ask not what a person’s “ancestry” is (which as a member of the ten percent of Americans who are part Indian I can understand) but rather to ask “Are you a citizen or a legal alien?” But that will never happen.

Keeping a sharp eye on the data generated by the Census next year is of vital importance. All the hard work we put into retaking control of our government could go down in flames if we don’t guard against the swarms of illegal aliens that the Democrats will attempt to use to hold on to their power.

Of course there are several areas that will demand our attention in the coming year and a half but Census data integrity can not and must not be overlooked.

My friends we can lose our country if we mishandle this pressing problem.

That “someone else” is you.

Under a bill being quietly moved forward by Hawaiian Senator Daniel Akaka, American government owned (that’s us) land will be turned over to native Hawaiians in a blatant wealth redistribution based on race. Illegal and unconstitutional you say? Welcome to the new compact between Americans and our government. This scam will merge about 400,000 ethnic Hawaiians from all corners of the country and declare them a sovereign nation- state meaning theses new “Hawaiian nation” citizens will be exempt from American government control, taxes and police powers.

Supporters of this outrage contend this treatment for native Hawaiians would be no different than that already accorded Native American (aka Indian) tribes. But this comparison doesn’t hold water. Indian tribes are clearly identifiable groups living close to each other not people living across the country.

What’s next special treatment for Mexicans in the Southwest or Eskimos in Alaska? Moreover the most glaring feature of Hawaii’s entry into the United States is being completely over looked. Hawaii was a sovereign nation.

In the late 19th century the Hawaii Islands were a separate and sovereign nation. Fearing the growing intentions of modernizing Japan, Hawaii’s king asked America to annex his country and provide for the safety of his people from the eventual attack he correctly foresaw from Japan. There is therefore no real comparison between the Hawaiians who willingly joined the United States and the Indians who were forced to do so.

The act would transfer almost 40% of the Hawaiian Islands to this new “nation” of just 400,000 people. Who is/is not a Hawaiian will be decided by a nine member commission which will likely be staffed by individuals who will bring a liberal agenda to the table.

Hawaii will lose as much as $689 million bringing crushing consequences to an already shaky state government.

Another “We know what’s best for you” bill

The tipoff that this is a huge special interest bill can be found in a recent Zogby poll’s results that tell us 76% of Hawaiians are against it.

Hawaii is projected to lose about 20,000 private sector jobs and $200 million in private investment under this monster. The kicker is that non-Native taxpayers will see their taxes rise by between $700 and 1,400 a year.

Story one:

Steel System Erectors, a Southern California construction company, was able to sneak illegal aliens onto Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska last summer. The illegal aliens, one with a criminal record in California, were driven onto the base each day using forged and expired papers thereby putting at risk a “critical infrastructure site essential to national security” as described in an investigative report on the issue.
The company flew thirty workers up from California depriving local American steelworkers of jobs in a complete circumvention of the “E verified” system of identification for government purposes.

Apparently “E Verified” is merely another trick by the Obama Administration to sneak illegal alien eventual Democrat voters past our borders.

Blame the illegal guys?

At this point there is no indication any action will be taken against the contractor, and why would there be? He did exactly what Obama wants him to do. He helped the Administration sneak more Democrat voters into our country.

Story two:

Those who would destroy America by flooding our workplaces with illegal aliens are like hungry wolves always ready to strike at our weakest points. The wolves at La Raza have closed in on a Target store in Walnut Creek California that had the good sense to check immigration status of its workers. According to La Raza, Target had the “nerve” to “target” illegal aliens by requesting documentation of its workers. In just that one Target store 40 “employees” disappeared.
La Raza is bringing legal action against Target, which as an employer is lawfully required to see that its workers are here legally. With America suffering from an actual rate of unemployment of 17%, companies like Target should be applauded and supported. Who knows how many of these burglars we can throw out if more employers followed Target?

More bad news

A Florida DVM worker has been arrested for selling fake drivers licenses to criminal illegal aliens.
A Police investigation into the activities of seven Florida DMV workers stationed at the Delray Beach office has developed the fact that they were selling illegal criminal aliens Florida driver’s licenses which are fully accepted as genuine all over the country. The fees these Judases extorted were between $1200 and $1500 per license.
Four of these people have been arrested. What’s the worst part of all of this? Last week an illegal alien driving against traffic hit and killed a 10 year old little girl.
