Since it’s clearly obvious that the suicidal Democrats are working feverishly to return power to us it seems fitting to focus on what we must demand of our “born again” conservatives.

To come true, dreams must have clear goals and be spelled out.

Starting on day one in January 2011 we must put our Congress square against a wall and say here’s what we want.

1) Drill here, drill there, drill everywhere. We have the trillions of dollars we need to reverse the damage Obama has done if we just push the phony anti capitalist environmentalists aside.

2) Slash corporate taxes to match or beat European levels in order to bring private investment money back into our economy.

3) Divest from all industries such as banking school loans and auto manufacturing that have been nationalized “Banana Republic” style by Obama.

4) Bring all of our troops home except those in Iraq Iran and South Korea. Start with Europe’s socialist countries and work down.

5) Replace all socialist healthcare and cap and Trade laws with free market substitutes.

6) Set up a commission to closely monitor the data produced by the Census.

7) Search out and identify all ACORN subunits and de-fund them.

8)Make Zero Based Budgeting mandatory for all federal agencies including Congress.

9) Place a two year moratorium on all legal immigration and adopt strict border controls to combat illegal aliens.

10) Gradually raise the age for government entitlement programs to levels experts tell us will be significant.

It’s not enough to say, “We want change” and leave the details to politicians. We’ve learned hard lessons about why that doesn’t work.

Hell bent on deconstructing the two bastions of American White maleness, namely the White House and the clubhouse, our pc media have faces fully of eggs now. For our President and our golfer, beloved liberal icons both, have shown us that flying too close to the sun definitely does burn. Our President’s declaration of changing America forever certainly now translates poorly. His knave laden coterie of radicals, tax cheats and felon czars may need rethinking. Tiger’s tale just plain hurts–himself, his wife, his children, his mother, mother-in-law, his used women and his fans.

Bling, babes & Black athletes don’t compute when a young mother cries as the world watches slack jawed. Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society initiative effectively destroyed the Black family by driving the man of the house out into the street. Authors for eons have written well of the male rites of passage by which older men teach young boys how to enter adulthood. After death took Tiger’s father, no other men around him apparently were able to tell him,. “No, you can’t do that.”

Mike Ditka’s thrilling locker thumping and Bobbie Knight’s chair hurling exemplify older guys keeping young guys well in line to perform at peak. Yet, because our media are so pc afraid of offending Black guys, traditional rites of passage have been thwarted.

I’m just asking, “Is it time for Jim McMahon to re-moon the media? And say what you will, that magazine cover shot of Tiger and the President just plain looks funny. The Men of a society always have been the engines driving forward or backward what happens to the group. The President and the golfer just may have been father lacking when they needed the older guy the most. And now we are in a Dreiser style new American tragedy…

From this week’s football star who just didn’t think he had to show up for practice because of the snow, to the antics of Dennis Rodman, we have to wonder what happened? Do our American sports even have a code of conduct now? I was even bothered when his players called Phil Jackson, Phil not Mr. Jackson.

In Hemingway’s “Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber,” the safari hunter is the code hero teaching Macomber how to hunt, how to have grace under pressure, how to become a man. Leaving an animal to suffer even though you’re just on the hunt for a wall trophy still earns scorn from other males. Making a clean kill is another code rule. A Montana hunting guide spoke with derision of a client who just wanted a kill. The guide told me he only kills to eat. Well, stop and think about that. Why are some of our athletes allowed to operate outside of good sportsmanship, outside of a code of conduct other players must follow? Do we no longer have a code of conduct for our playing fields? Why did our golfing association suspend Fuzzy Zeller but not Tiger Woods?

If you had too much time on your hands (which I’m sure you don’t) what would you do? Here’s a suggestion. How about regulating college football playoffs? That’s just what a Congressional sub-committee would like to do–make it illegal to promote an NCAA bowl game as a championship game unless it results from a playoff. And why does Congress need to regulate football, you might ask? Oh, because right now the month of December is a month of confusion (why don’t they think like this about the tax code?) and, of course, we must have order–from a college football perspective, anyway.

Joe Barton, ranking Republican of the House Energy and commerce Committee floated this particular piece of power-grab lunacy. Which demonstrates that neither party has a monopoly on foolery. Of course, what Energy or Commerce have to do with college football is a mystery (or should be) to anyone with half a brain, which excludes, of course, members of Congress.

Fortunately, some of the criminals elected to Congress have a modicum of sense, but not too much. A D-rat, of all things, John Barrow of Georgia, was the one “no” vote on the committee who believed the House had more important things to do, like the turn the country into a socialist workers’ paradise.

The crime of Barrow’s objection is that it was done for the wrong reason. You see, if they weren’t so busy turning the country into an Obama-made third world, then apparently they would have the time to regulate the Bowl Championship Series and everything else down to your five-year-old’s T-ball game, and do so with a clear conscience. No one in Congress thought for a moment that maybe … just maybe … it’s none of their damn business how colleges want to run their championships. So, obviously, they think there’s no limit to what they can control, and, in this, the Party of Lincoln is no different from its D-rat counterpart. It makes you realize what a damn good idea states’ rights and secession were (are?).

The Senate is involved in its own football-mad power grab. Orrin Hatch, another Lincolnite who for the sake of freedom of choice wanted to put vitamins under the control of prescriptions, (And why not? Mr. Hatch is a Mormon and comes from Utah where caffeine is a controlled substance.) now wants the Justice Department to investigate the Bowl Championship Series for anti-trust violations. Perhaps Mr. Hatch has forgotten that a championship is supposed to be the only game in town. Maybe BCS is trying to buy up rival championships, like the World Series or the Super-Bowl.

In fact, speaking of the World Series, there’s something that really needs to be investigated for anti-trust violations. Imagine the arrogance of organized baseball, thinking they control the whole world! We can’t have that. After all, that’s the job of Congress.

Sarah Palin desires to be President and will be nominated, by the Republicans despite the reluctance Party “suits.”
I believe that she is convinced that the nation needs to be shaken back to its roots of common decency, personal responsibility, limited government and unlimited opportunities for all. Further, given the state of the Democrat party, she could probably win mounting a garden variety campaign.

This however, is a critical moment and one that should not be spent calculating Electoral votes vis a vis political positions or deciding what to tell each group to garner the most support. Due to insipid leadership and wrong headed policy proscriptions The United States is hemorrhaging money, and “stalemated” both in Afghanistan and the war on terror. We are mired in debt, indecision, and cynicism.

Our next President will need a nation strongly behind her, as climbing out of this mess will be dicey. Ronald Reagan had a lackluster second term as he ran on nothing in ’84 after allowing his hacks to convince him that a 50 state win was all he needed. Sarah will need a food taster after infuriating the unions, the race grievance industry, the abortionists and others. If however, all she and the Republicans are doing is moving the ball down the field for an occasional first down, the public will grow weary of the “bickering” and tune out.

OK, here is her/our campaign trump card: “The Fair Tax”. We go for the throat and eviscerate the Democrats’ ability to sell indulgences, to drop a word in legislation for a donation, or to legislatively disadvantage an ally’s competitor for cash. Sarah should campaign on abolishing the IRS and force the Democrats to defend it. She could continuously urge a system where all workers keep every dime earned and never file a form. That way the government has no easy means to find out how much money one earns or invests. The remaining exemptions protect the least advantaged and there is no longer an underground economy as everyone pays a tax when buying anything new.

It is bold and controversial but it will light up the campaign in exceptionally bold colors. Let’s take advantage of the self imposed weakened state of the Democrats to drive a stake through their metaphorical hearts. It is important to engage the American people as we are in more danger now than immediately after FDR fomented WWII. The gangsters (terrorists to some) will strike us again and, unimaginably, there is talk of a possible downgrade of our credit rating.

We will need a nation united and that unity can only come after all are engaged. The Fair Tax idea is a win for the nation and the Republicans. It has the added benefit of perhaps being the final straw required to push the Democrats to perpetual “rump” status. Let’s get going!!!

Next November this Democrat mess should be a central theme of Republican campaigns nationwide. Warning America about Democrat plans to make us a nation of Detroits is a winning issue.

Rubbing Democrat noses in Detroit puts them on defense and sets us up for a BIG Election Night.

Obama says: Tear Detroit down, please make it go away

We know Obama wants Detroit torn down. The UK Telegraph reports he has approached private organizations to manage the actual razing of large sections of many of America’s Democrat basket case cities including Detroit.

Fifty years of Democrat rule have left Detroit with these painful wounds.

*An unemployment rate that even its beleaguered Mayor Dave Bing has said “in reality it’s probably close to 50 percent.”

*A real estate market that doesn’t exist as evident by the thousands of houses that can be had for $1.00 or free.

* Most Police precincts rely on mandatory overtime just to get enough cops to man the patrol cars they need on each tour. Under current conditions the police don’t patrol, they just travel from “job” to “job”. They have no time for patrolling.

*The City’s teachers are being extorted to pay their own salaries by making interest free “loans” only repayable at separation.

* There are no major supermarket chains doing business in Detroit and people are being forced to grow their own vegetables in abandoned trash filled lots.

The Democrats can’t lipstick this pig. Detroit can be the gift that keeps on giving only if Republicans man up and use it. Michael Steele can saddle Detroit on the Donkey, and ride it to victory but only if he has the brains and imagination to pick this up.

Let’s jump on this issue

Get active in your Republican County Committee and make sure your voice is heard when it comes time to nominate a candidate for your Congressional seat. Don’t allow another Scozzafava mistake. We can’t afford to let one opportunity to take a seat back next year or any year from now on. We are in a fight for the life of our country.

When your candidate is selected and named roll up your sleeves and get to work. Tell your candidate to talk about how total Democrat rule has destroyed Detroit, one of America’s once great cities. The facts are there and easy to find. This year we have to nationalize the election so people understand that even if they like their local Democrat Representative he or she has to be voted out for the good of our country because we don’t want them to make America one big Detroit.

This one will kill people.

It’s a good thing Harry Reid’s phony “health care” bill is looking like it will die because hidden within its thousands of pages is at least one provision that will condemn the sick and weak among us to an early death.

Reid is helping Barack Obama break another promise about the healthcare monstrosity he wants to ram down our throats. Obama promised there would be no limits on lifetime medical care. There will be no rationing he said, but like the rest of his socialist plans that was a lie. Rationing in any government run healthcare plan is essential.

The Democrats aren’t even pretending about rationing anymore: it’s in there.

Democrat lies have run smack into reality. Harry Reid has slipped a lifetime cap on health care treatments into his monstrous 2074 page bill.

This cynical skunk Reid slipped language describing what is ACTUALLY a life time health services cap for individuals, under the caption, “No lifetime or annual limits.”

Even the AP reports Reid’s bill certainly will allow insurance companies to eventually cut off payments for people they decide they’ve spent enough on.

Just cancer alone

Fortunately, The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, people who are actually fighting on our side, brought this to our attention.

Under Reid’s bill if you are diagnosed with cancer or another disease requiring massive amounts of expensive life saving drugs, the amount of treatments you can receive will eventually run out unless you run out.

Combined with Pelosi’s plans to sells our health care to drug companies by “indefinitely” blocking introduction of less expensive generic drugs, this will kill people. Cancer experts say some regimens of cancer treatments can exceed $100,000 a year. How many $100,000 years do you think the Democrats will allow you and me?

The tide is turning but we have to keep fighting.

The very latest news as reported in The Politico is that reality has paid a visit to Nancy Pelosi and she is now resigned to there being no final healthcare bill before Obama’s next State of The Union address.

She is changing gears and will re-direct her energies into destroying our economy with yet another futile “jobs stimulation” bill. Pelosi declared she is now back in “full campaign mode.” Well if they are in “full campaign mode” what else can we be in?

It’s time to saddle up and charge out onto the field of battle because we have a country to save. Let’s roll!

The ranking Republican member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R-Mich.), is charging the Obama Administration with stalling his Committee’s demands for an official report on the radical Muslim Army Officer who shot to death 13 people and wounded another 30 more innocent Army personnel at Fort Hood Texas last month.

Hoekstra suspects Obama is purposefully dragging out the release of any information on Major Nidal Malik Hasan into next February, and he considers this stall an unconstitutional trampling of his Committee’s responsibility to the nation.

Federal law requires the White House to brief House and Senate members on this investigation and “ensure that the congressional intelligence committees are kept fully and currently informed of the intelligence activities of the United States.”

Obama doesn’t follow laws he doesn’t like.

When an Administration friendly reporter protested Hoekstra’s characterization of the pace of the process claiming a preliminary briefing had already been released shortly after the murders, Hoekstra shot back, “It was a scripted presentation where most of the questions were answered with, ‘We don’t know,’ ‘We’re checking into that,’ ‘We’ll get back to you,’ ‘Let us finish our initial investigation here.’…‘We don’t want to jeopardize any criminal prosecutions,’ and all those kinds of things,” said Hoekstra.

What is being covered up

Hoekstra says he knows Obama has had a report on Hasan since November 30.

Whatever’s in that report must be even worse than the publicly available facts.

Witnesses say while the cowardly Hasan was murdering unarmed soldiers he was chanting “Allahu akbar!” “God is great!” the war cry of terrorists.
Information has surfaced that Intelligence agencies knew this terrorist Hasan was communicating with another terrorist Anwar al-Aulaqi who flew out of America to run a jihadist web site in Yeman.

Contacting the Committees

We can’t let these murders be forgotten. We can’t let the very soft on terror Obama Administration get away with this.

We can’t let the media smother this story with non sense about Tiger Woods to help this anti American President spit in our faces again. They think we will forget this issue, but you and I can prove them wrong.

We must be resolute and keep contacting the Committees Obama is ignoring.

Black politicians have developed the outstretched palm to an art form. They have found ways to continue Affirmative Action in violation of Court decisions for many years. While that might be coming to an end, the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) can still smell weakness and shakedown opportunities as well as ever.

They have no regard for America beyond their own constituencies.

With America is drowning in red ink, last week the CBC bum rushed Obama and shook him down for their support of his policies. Their shakedown worked.

The $4 Billion bribe

In Jesse Jackson style the CBC boycotted a House Financial Services Committee meeting and ground it to a halt. To win them back, Chairman Barney Frank had to give them $3 billion for “low-interest loans to unemployed homeowners in danger of foreclosure,” and an additional $1 billion for “neighborhood revitalization programs.” Anyone who believes this money will make its way to the streets of America’s “poverty stricken neighborhoods” please raise your hand.

With lives at stake, another Black shakedown fails

As otherwise dedicated first responders Black New Haven Firefighters save lives, they don’t engage in shakedowns. Nevertheless, five years ago a group of White Firefighter who performed better on a promotion test found themselves the victims of a shakedown orchestrated by their Department, City and Black Firefighters who had failed the test but wanted the promotions anyway. Notwithstanding the mounds of briefs submitted to support this heist, the argument they made boiled down to “We’re Black, you’re not. We want your place on the promotion list and you’re going to give it up.”

Fortunately the Supreme Court said “No” and this shakedown failed. It won’t be the last Affirmative Action shakedown Blacks will try, but for now let’s be glad these guys weren’t as skilled as the CBC.

Times are too tough

Because of the Chicago thugs who run our country these days we’re in a very tough spot. If Affirmative Action was ever a good idea it isn’t any longer. We need genuine productivity to be rewarded and we have no time to play make believe with anybody who can’t stand and perform. This means saying “yes” to Blacks who can do a job and “no” to Whites who can’t and vice versa. It’s time to judge everybody by the content of his/her character (abilities and accomplishments) and NOT by the color of his/her skin ethnicity sexual preference or anything but how they answer the question, “Are you qualified?”

Barack Obama’s Copenhagen trip reminds us there are two Rasmussens.

Both are talking about Obama, but one counts to real Americans the other only to socialists in and out of the media trying to destroy America.

Rasmussen One is Scott Rasmussen. He’s telling the world Americans don’t like their hero so you have to search to find his reports.

Rasmussen Two is a Euroweenie trying to get his hand into our pocket so media types love him and show him on television.

Rasmussen One

America’s Rasmussen tracks the approval levels of Obama as determined by American voters, which is a powerful indicator of his actual status.

Rasmussen One compares Obama’s “strongly approve” versus “strongly disapprove” numbers and reports Obama has slipped to a -19 points since his +30 high in January.

He also says among Independent LIKELY voters from January to today Obama’s approval rating has capsized falling from 55/42 to 35/65.

Rasmussen Two

In Copenhagen this week Obama is in his element surrounded by fellow Leftists. He’s the prize pig in an international butt kissing hoedown, meeting and greeting clammy handed Leftists begging for American dollars.

The generally anti American media has been eagerly showing a video of Rasmussen Two, the Danish Prime Minister puckering up for a “twofer” and saying, “Compared to the last presidency, I must say that the new American president has, .., changed gear and made huge progress..”

Obama may appeal to this butt mooching socialist with his obligatory swipe at George Bush for resisting Europe’s attempts to fleece America with the Climate change fraud, but in the end he doesn’t count for squat.

So there you have it: two Rasmussens, One is kicking Obama’s rear end, the other kissing it. Is there any wonder we hear about Rasmussen Two but nothing about Rasmussen One?

It isn’t only Rasmussen One saying Obama is in trouble with Likely voters

Other American pollsters, including the Democrat controlled Democracy Corps run by James Carville, show similar capsized “Independent” likely voter approval numbers. The Democracy Corps shows him at 40/51, and the respected Zogby poll also shows Independent likely voters disapproving of Obama’s job performance by 43/57. A new Scott Rasmussen poll just out today has Obama’s overall approval at his lowest level 44%.

Stay strong stay focused

We are making great progress in our fight to save our freedom. As always, however, winning or losing this battle comes down to getting every genuine American involved. Don’t sit and watch decisions being made about you and your families by self proclaimed “experts” pretending to “know” what is best for America and our way of life.

By able to answer in the affirmative when you are asked, “What have you done to defend American freedoms today?”

Early in life, I decided that I would try to be a relatively honest person, so I never went to law school. I opted, instead, for early retirement and became a college professor. But, now, I’m not so sure I made the right choice. You see, I just saw the opportunity of a life time for even a middling grade defense attorney–taking on the defense of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed … and any other captured 9/ll terrorist. In fact, anyone who has just watched enough episodes of Law and Order could probably make out like a terr… err … I mean a bandit on this one.

As you may know, unless you’re a college student, our undocumented president has handed over the 9/ll terrorist trial to the district courts of New York City. That’s right, these friends of the religion of peace will be tried as though they were caught robbing a convenience store in Brooklyn.

About two weeks ago, our undocumented president was interviewed on television about the apparent absurdity of trying people captured in war in a civilian court. Even the drive-by interviewer was aware of the absurdity of the whole thing and how anything other than complete acquittal could be the outcome. You should have seen the president’s undocumented legal mind at work! “They will be found guilty,” he said, “… and they will be executed.”

Now, have you watched enough episodes of Boston Legal to know what comes next? “Your honor, the jury pool has been contaminated! “Your honor, we request a change of
venue!” So, how about a change of venue to Saudi Arabia where they can be tried by a jury of their peers?

Were they mirandized on the battle field? No? Oh my! Get out of jail free!

Was he given his mandatory one satellite phone call? No? Oh my! Get out of jail free!

I think you see my point, unless, of course, you’re the undocumented president of the United States … or a college student.

Now, let’s play another game: Are You Smarter than a Senator? Of course, this game isn’t as much fun as its TV namesake. That’s because there’s no challenge to it.

Take Senator Kent Conrad for instance. You’ve probably never heard of him. That’s because he’s from a place most people have never heard of … North Dakota.

When asked by Cyber Cast News how terrorists captured on the battle field would be mirandized, or how search warrants would be obtained based on probable cause, he feigned ignorance of the question’s point.

When it was explained to him in terms even a 5th grader could understand, he became livid. his response is classic Alzheimer’s: “If people don’t believe in our system, maybe they ought to go somewhere else … I believe in America!”

Now, I believe in America, too. And that’s why I believe the next time I get gas in New Jersey, I’ll find Khalid Sheikh Mohammed running the convenience store, on his way to becoming another American success story, made in Guantanamo.
