Arizona’s new law has apparently come just in time.

Regardless of the façade presented by Mexican President Philippe Calderone, as he moralizes to the feckless Barack Obama, Mexico is a sinking cesspool people will risk prison terms to escape.

The U.S. Border Patrol’s Tucson sector shows a year to year increase of 8,000 apprehensions between October and April.

Not even SB 1070 can stem this tide

“Roberto Santos” a self identified illegal alien from Mexico doesn’t care about Arizona’s new law designed to detected and expel those who are in Arizona illegally.
Santos who has been kidnapped by bandits, caught and kicked out of the country by the Border Patrol three times sees Arizona’s new law as nothing to be concerned about.
“There’s no other option, Mexico’s dead — I just don’t want to be here anymore. I don’t have a life here anymore. I don’t care if they tell me they’re going to give me life in jail. I’m still going to keep on trying,” Santos told an interviewer in Mexico after his most recent deportation.

Who will get tired first?

Another Mexican deportee said he too would risk arrest and imprisonment and deportation as many times as necessary. “We’ll just have to see who gets tired first,” he shrugged and said.

Arizona’s Governor standing tall

Fortunately Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is unmoved by the determination of unskilled illegal aliens to sneak into our county through her state. Brewer sees the picture very clearly.
Brewer understands that those who want to boycott Arizona because she signed SB 1070 are trying to give away something that is not theirs to give away, mainly our safety and security.
Brewer has said, “There is no higher priority than protecting the citizens of Arizona. We cannot sacrifice our safety to the murderous greed of the drug cartels. We cannot stand idly by as drop houses, kidnappings and violence compromises our quality of life.”

Forcing government workers to join a union as a condition of employment is an old New York State Democrat trick. This sneaky stunt is known as the “Agency Shop” rule.
Now thanks to Democrat union puppets, and a few surprising Republican dupes, Congress is working toward making the whole country an “agency shop.”

Called the Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act , it’s just another trick to force unwilling workers into unions so they can pay dues unions that will be passed to Democrats to help them win back Congress in 2012.

The National Right to Work Committee aptly described this plot to bailout unions as The Police & Fire Monopoly-Bargaining Act. The NRWC sees this scheme as an attempt to make union thugs the only bargaining agents for the men and women who risk their lives everyday for us but it is much more.

Giving exclusive rights to represent workers who neither want nor need unions will be little more than a way to siphon off taxpayer money to fund under the table payoffs to Democrats.
Where unions spring up, efficiency drops and increased costs certainly follow. This is why the list of supposedly knowledgeable and conservative Republicans who support this Chicagoland stunt is so shocking.

For reasons that are hard to fathom, these Republicans actually cosponsored this sellout of freedom.

America becoming France

The specter of totally unionized government workers being able to shut our country down as they do in France is very real if this bill becomes law.

If we sit around watching but do nothing about this, the Democrats and these stupid Republicans will destroy every gain we will make at the ballot box in November. Our tax money will fund the Democrats through unlimited union support all over the country and our “Second Revolution” will end after just two years.

To ensure there will be enough resources to provide for its own legal residents Williamson County Texas has started requiring any indigent person seeking County paid for medical services to produce a valid Social Security number.

The County’s Commissioners suspected their local government has been taken advantage of by illegals, and the statistics from the first five months of its fiscal year have proved they were right. Their investigation showed just under 23% of the 1153 indigent people it provided medical services to did not have a valid Social Security number; all but assuring they are not in America legally.

Texas law requires counties to set aside and spend up to 8% of their general tax receipts to pay for medical care for the poor. In Williamson County’s case that amounted to $7.1 million this fiscal year which started last October 1.

When Williamson spent $4 million (more than half its set aside for the entire year) in just six months alarm bells sounded. When the County had to grudgingly set aside another $3million at its April 27 meeting the new regulation was passed.

Medicaid won’t reimburse

The problem faced by Williamson County and local governments across the country comes down to a Medicaid ruling that it won’t reimburse health care providers seeking to get paid for services provided to anyone who does not have a valid Social Security number. This ruling is choking hospitals to death because they are caught between it and the ever raising costs of running a medical facility.

Prior to passing its new regulation the County would only ask people applying for treatment if were in America legally.

Although the immediate benefits to Williamson County are reduced costs, the “Arizona” like character of this ruling tells illegal aliens to steer clear of its boundaries…

To meet the medical services needs of indigent illegal aliens in the county a number of privately operated nonprofit community health facilities have been designated to fill the void. The current estimate of the increase in costs to that system, called the Lone Star Circle of Care, is $3.7 million. How this plan can work is not clear. No matter who takes on the responsibility of providing free health care to people who are generally only here for what they can take from our county it eventually becomes a losing proposition.

The danger is real. Do something yourself because the Democrats won’t and the Republicans don’t have the power.

At the rate the Obama regime is spending our money by the time you finish reading this he’ll have burned through another $16.6 million, enough to run many small towns for a year.

Last week Obama quietly slipped a bulging $46 billion envelop to the nation’s teachers’ unions to buy their support in November.

With the Democrats’ support base shrinking faster than the melting ice patches polar bears sit on in Al Gore’s phony videos, keeping NEA support is crucial.

Cloaked as a “bold action to save teachers’ jobs”(read Congressional Democrats’ jobs) Democrats announced the Keep Our Educators Working Act, HR 2847, and the “Local Jobs for Americans Act” S 3206. Each of these bribes will come to $23 billion of our money to continue Democrat control of Congress.

Only “Friends of Barack” get the big money.

Since local Police and Fire Fighter unions are far less reliable regime supporters, the White House merely “urged” Nancy Pelosi’s troops to buy off a few cops and firemen with “$2 billion in support to localities for police and firefighters to ensure that our communities remain safe.”

Another group of union “mouths to feed” are the Early Child care workers’ unions whose members are largely minorities. Because Obama has destroyed our economy, many women who were sending their young children to “early intervention” and pre kindergarten programs are unemployed and are now watching their own children. To keep the unions who fleece these workers in business Obama is spending another $1 billion of our money.

These industry targeted bailouts are a very slippery slope. Since the whole nation is in economic distress it won’t be long before other unions will demand and get our money to keep them afloat. They have talked about a newspaper bail out already, have they not?

Be careful their flowery language

In announcing they would be spending more of our tax dollars to keep the child care workers in line and make sure they show up in November the Democrats called their $1 billion action a “Child Care and Development Block Grant to preserve early childhood education jobs and ensure that our youngest children do not lose the supports and services critical to their learning and overall well-being.”
It always “sounds so good”, doesn’t it?

The dangers from Obama and his Democrats are real. Do something yourself because they won’t and the Republicans don’t have the power.

Illinois is in a deep budget crisis. The Democrats that rule the state have run out of other people’s money to fund their socialist programs. The Illinois legislature is frozen in inaction because, while it knows what has to be done, it has no will to take the necessary steps.

On Friday the Democrats missed their own deadline for crafting a new budget to send to Governor Pat Quinn. The state is $13 billion in the hole so you’d think they would start making cuts that were “no brainers.” But this is Illinois run by Democrats even obvious cuts won’t happen.

Illinois’s All Kids program

The official All Kids site says: “The All Kids program offers Illinois uninsured children comprehensive healthcare that includes doctors visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, vision care, dental care and medical devices like eyeglasses and asthma inhalers. … a family of four that earns between $44,000 and $66,000 a year pays a $40 monthly premium per child, and a $10 co-pay per physician visit….”
The description of All Kids estimates 250,000 children in Illinois are not covered by health care insurance because their parents can’t afford the premiums.

Sounds good, but who pays for it?

What the Illinois Auditor General says about the “All Kids” health care program

A new report from the Illinois Auditor General (IAG) says just 71,665 children are on the All Kids rolls. That’s less than one third of the estimate. Nevertheless, the really important news is that the IAG found that approximately 53,750 of All Kids beneficiaries are illegal aliens who should not even be in the country let alone receiving what the Democrats like to call “Cadillac health care insurance.”

The report estimates Illinois is paying $55 million a year to make itself as attractive to illegal aliens as possible.

In a $13 billion deficit certainly $55 million is a small sum. Nevertheless, when the fact that virtually free health care for illegal alien children brings job stealing illegal parents the program seems insane. Seeing a Democrat state pay to ruin itself to suck up to illegal aliens and end up only covering 17,917 of Illinois’s legitimate children makes one sigh in disbelief.

According to a search done by former British police detective Neil Sankey, now a U.S. citizen and a licensed private investigator in Los Angeles, Barack Obama reportedly has 27 different social security numbers under 21 different personal and/or familial name variations in 22 different states plus the District of Columbia.

Along with PI Susan Daniels, Sankey generated a large social security public data base in his lengthy research project, titled “List of Properties associated with Barack Obama and his family.”

Sankey’s research is featured in a web video entitled Dossier2MP4 produced by Jim Przybowski. The Sankey/ Daniels social security investigation segment alleges Obama currently is using a social security number of someone born in Connecticut in l890.

When asked, “How long does a social security number have to be set aside after a [death] . . when can it be used again after someone dies?” a Social Security agent named “Kathy” said “it can’t be used again. . once it’s been assigned, it can’t be used again. . .”

Sankey and Daniels report that Social Security numbers connected to Barack Obama and the addresses they trace to are as follows.

363 Notlem St., 34982-7358 Fort Pierce Florida non existent address.

A Social Security number beginning with zero is connected to “White House, Irvine, CA.”

A number starting with 282 connects to “713 Hart Senate, D.C.”

There was one connected to “White House, Baltimore, MD.”

Six more social security numbers beginning in the 400s show up with addresses in Washington, Colorado, Georgia, New Jersey, Tennessee and Maryland.

Another five beginning with 500 connect to more cities in California, Washington, Maryland, and Georgia.

Two starting with 600, trace to Florida and Texas. Of the three numbers beginning in the 700s one is listed as “Pennsylvania Ave., Washington, Utah.”

Still more….

Three 900s connect to addresses in California and Utah postal box numbers.

Fifteen Social Security numbers connect to addresses in Illinois.

The same number appears twice for addresses in Sommerville, Massachusetts. One goes to 300 Massachusetts Ave., N.W. Washington, D. C., the other traces to a postal box in Chicago.

Two odd entries have this same number, but no street address is mentioned. Three different social security numbers for the spelling “Barak” Obama appear in addresses on Happy Street in Covington, Washington, on Digital Highway and Video Drive in Los Angles, California.

In the United Kingdom’s Daily Mail a news story by David Jones, 27th November, 2009, said Neil Sankey is trying to prove that “Barack Obama is guilty of the most audacious act of fraud in the U.S. political history, having become President when he was not eligible to run for office. Sankey is a former detective sergeant who served Hampshire police for 26 years and left with an exemplary record.”

The story continues, “As a highly regarded young detective, Neil Sankey was once seconded to elite Scotland Yard units hunting down IRA bombers, dangerous anarchists, and organized crime barons.”

Reporters note:
Several calls to Sankey’s CA office were not returned. Because the data base may not be downloaded, this appears to be protected research, It also appears the author apparently does not want to answer further questions. No copyright statement is attached to any of this research.

The decline of the fortunes of Congressional Democrats hasn’t been the straight line some of us would like to see. Nevertheless, there’s no denying the Democrats are in trouble. The polls bring them consistently bad news. Support for the new Arizona anti illegal alien law is growing beyond what anyone could have predicted, and the Democrats are seen as the face of the “enemy” by huge majorities of voting Americans.

However slim the chances of it happening, things could improve for Democrats if the heat surrounding SB 1070 were to die down. Things could possibly get better for them but the almost certain jump in unemployment coming in the next several months, makes that doubtful even for “safe” Democrats.

The Democrats will have brought this on themselves through distorted reporting of unemployment numbers designed to bring them short term boosts in the polls. Those distorted numbers will become disasters next November.
Telling people things are improving even when they aren’t will certainly bring more workers back into the job hunting market and swell the unemployment rate past the psychologically explosive 10% rate.

Missing workers

Unemployed workers who have stopped searching for work no longer show up on unemployment figures and are classified as “Missing workers.” Because Obama is telling these “Missing Workers” there are now jobs to be found, 10% unemployment rates will be with us as far as the eye can see.
A private economist doubts the “improving” job market, he points to figures from the private Institute for Supply Management whose latest non-manufacturing survey sets the actual private sector job growth at 100,000 per month instead of the reported 200,000 per month level. It says [in May] 805,000 “missing workers” re-joined the labor pool, causing the unemployment rate to jump to 9.9 percent even as the economy created jobs.

If 800,000 “Missing workers” start showing up every month we could see 10.6% unemployment by October. The news couldn’t get worse for the Party in power.
More “missing workers” will come forward and it won’t be good news for the Democrats.

Immediately after Arizona passed her law to protect its honest American citizens the liberal hypocritical hand wringing attacks on the state started. It’s time for all of those calling for boycotts of Arizona to realize we don’t care what they’re saying.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) was among the first to attack Arizona.

The USCCB said, “This new law, although limited to the State of Arizona, could have impact throughout the nation, in terms of how members of our immigrant communities are both perceived and treated,” Bishop Wester [USCCB spokesman] said in the statement. “SB 1070 gives law enforcement officials powers to detain and arrest individuals based on a very low legal standard, possibly leading to the profiling of individuals based upon their appearance, manner of speaking, or ethnicity.”

Soon thereafter unions “Civil Rights groups” and La Raza a group dedicated to retaking the Southwest for Mexico called for boycotts of Arizona.

On May 5 the Phoenix Suns played in jerseys saying “Los Suns” instead of “Suns.” Suns player Steve Nash, a Canadian said, “I think it’s important that we stand up sometimes for what we believe,” Nash continued. “I don’t want to alienate anybody..”

This week Los Angles announced its boycott and Senator Robert Menendez called on Major League baseball to strip Phoenix of the 2011 All Star game.

We don’t care.

Here’s a message the USCCB, La Raza, Los Angles and Canadian Steve Nash needs to hear: Our lives and safety are NOT yours to give away to make yourselves feel better and we don’t really care what you think. USCCB, we will not be robbed and murdered to make you feel “compassionate.” Nor will we live like prisoners to serve your PC ends Mr. Canadian and Senator Menendez.

All of you moralizing hypocrites should just stay out of the way. We have work to do and that work is saving what is left of America with or without you. When you move into an Arizona border town you can talk, until then your words are empty and irrelevant.

Across the country the amount of support for the Arizona law has soared to 64% and beyond depending on how the question is asked. The reason for this large support is that every day Americans have finally had enough of being threatened kidnapped murdered robbed raped and laughed at by illegal aliens who have no right being in our country whether you support them or not.

The case went to the Supreme Court and was finally won by a slim 5 to 4 majority. Anthony Kennedy wrote: “Here one Latin cross in the desert evokes far more than religion. It evokes thousands of small crosses in foreign fields marking the graves of Americans who fell in battles, battles whose tragedies are compounded if the fallen are forgotten.”

This week we heard the sad news that the Mojave Memorial Cross had been stolen.
After restating the old liberal lie that the cross stood on federal land (the land was transferred to private hands six years ago) the Associated Press reminded us of why there is just no trusting the mainstream media.

In its story the AP speculated that the cross was torn down and taken away by common criminals because of its scrap metal value.

The automatic knee jerk response to this vicious slap in the face of all Americans who cherish our military forces was to ignore the obvious political motivation of anti religious ACLU types and develop a tortured theory reducing the theft to a petty larceny of junk to be sold at a scrap yard.

That this cross stands on private land far away from populated areas and carrying away a seven foot metal cross would require at least two thieves and a pickup truck apparently didn’t penetrate the hard shell of liberal thinking clouding the writer’s mind. The Left has a long history of ignoring laws it doesn’t like, but we are asked to accept this as a petty larceny.
Is there any wonder we don’t trust the media?

Maybe the ACLU will “allow” a replacement

While the VFW has stated it will replace the cross, the ACLU isn’t sure that should be “allowed.”
The departing John Paul Stevens commented …[government] “..cannot lawfully do so by continued endorsement of a starkly sectarian message..”.

Since the land the cross base stands on is private property his argument no longer holds, but time will tell what a Justice Elena Kagan will have to say.

In their attempt to scare Republicans into supporting amnesty for illegal aliens, the Democrat controlled media and the Democrat controlling SEIU have declared, “Latino voters will be a force in the next election.” The implication is that the boogyman will “get” the GOP if Republicans don’t kowtow and go along with efforts to give illegal aliens amnesty and register them as new Democrat voters.

What the numbers say

As currently composed the Hispanic vote is actually negligible and only important in a limited number of locations.

Moreover, in a survey taken immediately after the 2008 election of the 85% of voters expressing an opinion on illegal aliens 59% wanted them sent home.

Hispanics are 15% of our population. The largest portion of Hispanics in America are children who can’t legally vote. Many Hispanics adults aren’t citizens so they can’t legally vote.

Only 9.5% of all American CITIZENS are Hispanics. As a group Hispanics lag behind others in actually voting.

Just 7.4% of those casting a vote in 2008 were Hispanic. Of this group 3 in 8 agreed that the way to deal with illegal aliens is to deport them. They are against handing illeagals of any race American citizenship as a reward for sneaking into our country.

When distilled down, the percentage of American voters who are Hispanic supporters of amnesty hovers around 5.5%.

These numbers strongly suggest that in the coming election just 4.7% of voters in 18 important battleground states will be Hispanics.

Non Hispanic Whites will be 81%, Blacks 12% and Asians 1%.

When the number of pro deportation Hispanics living in battleground states is factored in, a very negligible 3.1% of total voters going to the polls in 2010 will be pro amnesty.

Battleground State voters are 60% against amnesty with 64% of Whites and 40% of Blacks making up this number. Consequently the pro amnesty voters in these states: Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Colorado, New Hampshire, Iowa, Missouri, Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon and Virginia will be decidedly smaller than those opposing such treatment of illegal aliens.

Whites opposing amnesty in battleground States are 52% of the total voter rolls. When added to another 8% who are opposed to amnesty AND want deportation any Hispanic voter “boogyman” will be bowled over by Whites and Blacks against amnesty.

Anyone who can count would want to court the 52% rather than the 3% of Hispanic supporters of amnesty. No level of Hispanic Democrat enthusiasm can overcome this 17 to 1 ratio.

Notwithstanding the fondest whishes of Democrats and the media, the legal honest Hispanic vote has a long way to go before it will be the potent super weapon the Democrats dream of.

If we fight like hell against amnesty and work on building bridges to conservative Hispanics who understand and cherish the real American dream of personal and economic freedom we can keep it that way.
