In the upcoming Copenhagen Climate Change Summit, the global Environmentalists have had high hope in President Obama’s promise to sign a Treaty, in which will benefit their cause: more taxes input from America.

For these Environmentalists’ America is the biggest prize for realizing their goal to redistribute America’s prosperity to other nations, thus rewarding cushy and high status jobs among themselves within the non-profit global institutions. If this money dries up what’s left to do?

The “Don’t You Dare Tax Me” movement to fight this unnecessary added expense has reached its peak largely due to the Environmentalists insipidity in presenting false argument and ignoring scientific facts to support their propaganda.

The worst of these is their claiming the vicissitudes of nature as support for spreading their belief in the “Ice Age” and “Global Warming” and now “Climate Change”, as a man-made cause.

According the Pew Poll on Global Warming, more Americans reject the notion of “man made climate change.”

More Americans have doubted the sincerity of these Environmentalists aims in protecting the global environment, because they detected the hidden agenda as nothing but taxation.
Many Americans, believe; “To tax me is to do me injustice; if I conduct my self environmentally responsible, let me be. If someone turns his yard into a pig farm and nauseates his whole neighborhood penalize him!”
Taxing everyone is an indiscriminate form, making us all pay for the actions of the guilty is un-American. Punishing the responsible is misdirecting the energy and resources necessary to hold the irresponsible accountable. Holding everyone responsible by taxing the every management of one’s life is dictating a free will, and destructive of our liberty.
The Environmentalists have grown uneasy by the strong resistance to their movement because their very survival depends on America’s tax dollars. Their recent ridiculous cries of “the world will end as we know it, if we don’t act NOW”, have stampeded Americans into crushing taxation Laws. And we don’t like it nor will we stand for it.
Of all nations in the world, America stands as the most solid believer in how taxes are the chief tool in invading people’s liberties. President Obama’s rebelliousness in taxing Americans in every aspect of our livelihood further emboldens us to defy the global Environmentalists trying to dictate and control our lives. Liberty lives on, with an iron will; once again, Americans are destined to prove that.

Most of us remember the seemingly unending references to 1992 “The year of the Woman.” That was the year that Diane Feinstein joined Barbara Boxer in the Senate to represent California. We did not hear much about Republican women as they simply could not be as important as Boxer, Mikulski, Feinstein, and Murray.

The aforementioned were supposed to lead the charge for the Equal Rights Amendment, federally subsidized abortion up to one hour before birth, socialized medicine, expanded welfare, and freeing women from the “burdens” of marriage.
All remain slopping at the public trough today, but one is hard pressed to see any progress on anything but “no fault” divorce.

Easier divorce has certainly not helped the average woman. Further, one is even more challenged to find statistics which show that women are better off now than then. The nation certainly is not, by any measure.

The first woman in Congress to really make a splash was Jeanette Rankin, Republican of Montana. She has the distinction of voting against the WW I and WWII war resolutions. She was viscerally anti war and, in any event, saw through lies and manipulation FDR used to force Japan into war. Naturally she was vilified by war lovers everywhere, which was all of the press and most of the country and declined to run for re-election.

Since then there have been many prominent women in state houses, Congress, and business, none of whom changed the direction of the country, at least not dramatically. We are now witnessing women leaders that are prepared to take on the old boys, the old government, and the old bromides. I write, of course, about the ubiquitous Sarah Palin and previously obscure Michelle Bachman, R – Minnesota There are others, of course, but these two have the drive the ideas and the energy to fundamentally alter the course of history.

First of all, as Palin becomes better known, via interviews, articles, and her book, more women will note that the MSM was selling lies and that Sarah is infinitely more like them than Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama. She is not, and perhaps never will be, as polished a speaker as President Obama. Obama’s poetic cadence may reach for the stars and make Chris Matthew’s leg tingle, but it accomplishes nothing and is largely junk food for the emotions.　

Palin and Bachman speak from the heart. They convey passion and energy about real issues and problems. Audiences connect and find them refreshing, particularly after a year of Democrat empty rhetoric, garnished by lies. They are positive and offer common sense solutions to problems along with a smile. They will put steel in Steele and strike fear into Democrats.
FDR used his famous smile to lead our nation into massive debt, bloated government and war. Sarah and Michelle will use their smiles to reduce the debt, shrink government, and keep us out of war. Movement will begin in ‘10 but struggle until Sarah takes charge in ‘12. Then we shall witness a real “Year of the Women”, the first of many.

Here are a few facts we can’t overlook.

*A retired Army lawyer speaking at a TEA Party rally this past week explained the dangers this trail poses to national security. He predicted a “civilian” trial will lead to the exposure of some of America’s most important military secrets and methods of keeping us safe since 9-11.

During the trial of John Walker Lindh he was in charge of a team of military lawyers whose only job was defeating ACLU filings designed to expose America’s secrets.

He confidently predicted this would happen again during this trial, but sadly concluded the military’s lawyers wouldn’t prevail because they’ll be fighting the ACLU Holder and Obama.

*The federal death sentence was reinstated in 1988. According to the Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel Project since then there have been NO juries less likely to hand down a death sentence than those in New York City. So far New York’s federal prosecutors have asked their juries to vote for the ultimate penalty for defendants facing capital punishment 19 times. In all but one single instance ( 6%) they voted for life sentences instead. The nationwide average for federal juries voting to impose the death penalty has been 33%.

* Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his gang have already offered to plead guilty provided they are sentenced to death. So why do we need a trial?

*If Holder and Obama really wanted death sentences they’d try this case in the Northern District of Alabama at Birmingham. Only a handful of states currently have more inmates on their death rows.

*As Deputy Attorney General, Eric Holder first did nothing about “prosecuting” the terrorists who attacked the USS Cole killing 17 Sailors on 12 October 2000, then sat quietly as Obama ordered the charges against the bombers be dropped.

Not American, not patriotic

The real purpose of this trial is to put America and the Bush Administration on trial and humiliate us before the world. Barack Obama and Eric Holder are two men who reside in our country but are not Americans in any real sense of the word.

They are unpatriotic.

The drooling half wits who voted for Obama last year have blood on their hands now that Obama’s cowardice and dithering have left our war fighters in Afghanistan swinging in the wind while he looks for a way, not to make the right decision for them and us, but to make the right decision for Barack Obama and his Marxist horde. Men have died because of this feckless and poor excuse for a man and still more will die because of his outrageous decision to bring this disgusting spectacle to the streets of New York City.

Neither of these men have any understanding of our Constitution nor do they care to cultivate one. Remember this when you are tempted to sit back and do nothing next year while others fight for your freedoms.

1962 Cuban Missile Crisis ends with the Soviets backing down and agreeing to remove missiles from Cuba. President Kennedy ends the quarantine of Cuba in return proving standing up to tyrants is always the best policy.

Last winter when Chrysler was groveling and crying about having to go bankrupt the Obama Administration took control of the company and struck a deal to justify putting $12.5 B of our tax money in its bank accounts. Chrysler promised it would produce a 500,000 vehicle fleet of practical “electric” cars in just four model years!

Chrysler was merely the United Auto Workers’ bagman. Chrysler got our money then funneled it to the very unions that are killing the American auto industry.

Last week these thieves quietly announced the end of the “electric car” scam which they knew was a fake promise to begin with. The government’s money has run out so there’s no need to keep up the charade.

One more sting

Make no mistake, the greed of this bunch knows no boundaries; they have no shame. In August Obama Motors Chrysler Division (OMCD) and the UAW conned another 70 million dollars out of the rubes at the Department of Energy. Knowing it was all fake they promised a prototype fleet of 220 hybrid vehicles!

The UAW and OMCD have defrauded us and somebody HAS to go to prison for this con job!

This bunch stole 12.5 billion dollars of our tax money and we have to demand some answers! This was nothing more than theft by fraud. We can’t just shrug and let this go. We’ve been victimized by UAW thugs and smooth Chicago gangsters.

This was a con game to deliver cash to the UWA. While the rest of America suffered union families stayed fat and happy on our money. Someone has to investigate and find out where this money went and specifically who stole it. People have to go to prison because of this fraud.

Obama greased his union pals with our money – its criminal!

Think of what good that money could have done had it not been glommed by the fat cats in the Auto Workers union. For one, we could have used it to fund the surge we need to finish off the Taliban and begin to bring some of our tired troops stateside to be with their families this holiday season.

Please let your Representatives know you demand an investigation about how it took Chrysler only ten months to “conclude” it couldn’t build the promised of half a billion electric cars. How could all of this have happened? We need answers.

Democrats are scheming to give themselves new voters through legislation to violate the 10th Amendment by forcing states to allow felons to vote. The law called The Democracy Restoration Act (DRA) would give the worst of the worst living in our communities (nearly 4 million released felons) the right to vote in federal elections.

Democrats know a University of Minnesota study found that felons vote 87% Democrat. This is obviously why they want it.

Ten states totally bar felon voters and another 18 states require released felons to finish their parole/ probation time first. Maine and Vermont actually allow voting from prison!

Felons are felons for a reason: they committed crimes. Letting these people anywhere near the voting process is inviting fraud.

The Democrats are SAYING DRA would only mandate released felon voting in federal elections but how could that possibly workout? Election officers can’t ask anyone attempting to vote if he/she is a released felon. How then could any released felon be kept from voting on down ballot lines? We know that won’t happen.

In the wake of the 2000 Election Florida, a state that allows NO felon voting was shown to be carrying 30,000 felons on its voting rolls.

Invitation to voter fraud

Alabama’s Attorney General recently discovered Democrat primary voters sold their absentee ballots for $40.00. Would felons do this? You bet!

ACORN uses the same names over and over, registering the same people sometimes 10 times. Criminals newly granted the vote would be happy to do this “civic duty.”

Indianapolis already has a 105% voter registration.

Jury duty pools draw from voter rolls. Is it hard to envision released child rapists on juries?

This mess has to be stopped by states like Alabama using the 10th Amendment to tell the federal government to go pound sand.

These states would be affected

Alabama Arizona Delaware Florida Iowa Kentucky Maryland Mississippi Nebraska Nevada Tennessee Virginia Washington and Wyoming permanently bar felons from voting.

What Constitutional “Scholars” have to say

Whenever this topic is visited “scholars” grudgingly cite the Fourteenth Amendment as justification for the disenfranchisement of felons by states.

Very rarely is the power of the 10th Amendment ever even casually touched upon in these discussions. These “experts” don’t believe states have any power to do anything unless it has been preapproved by the Federal Government. They would dearly love to kill the 2nd Amendment (Right to bear arms) and the 10th Amendment which essentially give the states any powers not specifically assigned to the Federal Government.

Any reading of the 10 th Amendment says states have the right to run elections any way they want to. It’s time we demanded common sense from our federal government and allow states to run their own affairs.

The news from a new survey of voter attitudes toward conservative Republican positions is very encouraging.

Immediately after Republican victories in Virginia and New Jersey the McLaughlin polling firm spoke to the voters of each state.

Survey’s important points

The wins by Bob McDonnell in Virginia and Chris Christie in New Jersey show voters want Republican core principles applied to our problems.

In both states Republicans won the turnout battle using conservatism to energize voters and reverse the trends of just one year ago.

While Barack Obama is relatively popular in New Jersey, even billboards giving the impression that he was Jon Corzine’s running mate fell flat on Election Day. There is a widening gap between Obama’s personal popularity and voter approval of his policies.

In New Jersey Obama’s healthcare plans are not popular despite its liberal Democrat character. That stopped any traction Obama might have generated for Corzine. Obama has no “coattails” and won’t be able to help in other local races.

A majority of voters in both states used the occasion to send a message to the Congressional Democrats and Obama about their dissatisfaction with the direction they are taking our country.

Voters are very concerned about the excessive spending, debt and anticipated taxes to pay the nation’s bills for Democrats’ wild unrestrained spending. For GOP candidates, talking about fiscal responsibility that will grow our economy and create jobs is a big winner.

Voters don’t want the Democrats to work on healthcare; they want the economy fixed instead.

Voters want the kind of reforms spelled out in Republican health care reform plans rather than the Democrat plans being considered.

Clearly these results show the way to victory for Republicans is to be solidly conservative and cut taxes and spending as their plan for rebuilding our America.

This formula is the one we need

McLaughlin found American voters are very concerned about Obamacare and Pelosicare. They don’t want the Medicare cuts, raising taxes, rationing care or increasing spending by over 1 trillion dollars America doesn’t have.

We can stop looking. We have the winning formula staring us in the face. Our job now is to insist that our candidates stick to a simple message of less government through cutting taxes and spending. There is nothing complicated about demanding conservative government. It’s a winning path.

The poisonous ENDA is back.

Barney Frank, the champion of gay America, will force a “debate” on the Employment Non Discrimination Act (ENDA) on Wednesday. Indications are it has a good chance of being signed into law. Frank has 189 cosponsors for the latest ENDA bill H.R.3017 and six of them are Republicans.

According to Congressman George Miller: “The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (H.R. 3017), … would prohibit employment discrimination, preferential treatment, and retaliation on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity by employers with 15 or more employees.”

This sounds okay right? Think again.

If gays were discriminated against in the workplace ENDA might be a proper remedy, but the facts don’t prove this charge.

The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce proudly predicted Gays would spend $800.00 more on leisure travel this past summer than heterosexuals. The same group claims 1.2 million LGBT business owners in America.

Marketing researchers freely admit Gays have deep pockets as they chase after the LGBT dollar in every market.

The Human Rights Campaign web site says about 85% of Fortune 500 companies already have strong sexual orientation protection policies in place.

Annual household income for gays and lesbians for 2007-2008 is $80,000. (communitymarketinginc.com)

The U.S. Census Bureau reports the average American household’s income is $50,233.

So why ENDA?: getting even

Gay lobbyist propaganda and lies aside here’s what will happen.

ENDA will force businesses including schools to hire gays lesbians and transgendered applicants regardless of the appropriateness of such hires.

Since passage of ENDA will establish “LGBT” as a federally protected class there is no way any member of this group who is turned away by an employer could not sue and win using lawyers paid for with our tax money. Criminal prosecutions for failing to hire LGBT are very possible.

Christian-owned businesses are the real target.

While HR 3017 section 6 does include some protections for religious organizations, it will not protect Christian camps, religious broadcasters or any other religious enterprises. Christian camps with more than 15 employees would fall under ENDA’s rules and would either have to hire LGBTs or face an onslaught of federal attorneys in an endless round of costly court appearances.

Your rights be damned!

Several LGBT web sites have flatly proclaimed: “Deeply held beliefs are no excuse for discrimination of any stripe.”

Don’t fool yourself. The LGBT community aims to force its way into churches particularly the Catholic Church (a pair of Gay Connecticut State legislators tried to pass a law giving their state control of Roman Catholic parish councils). ENDA is aimed at overturning the Supreme Court’s Dale Decision which ruled gays could NOT force the Boy Scouts to accept gay Scout Masters. ENDA will eventually jail those who resist its edicts. Remember Pelosi will jail us for refusing her healthcare scheme so jailing ENDA resisters would be easy.

Envisioning America’s future Michelle Obama has wished for young Americans to go on to public services. If she were a First Lady of Indonesia; no plea would be needed, everyone there wishes to be a bureaucrat. I know the humiliation of bureaucratization. Its prohibitions of independently applying your intelligence and talent, prevents individual achievement. Consequently, personal ambitions must be shared with others, to prove that collectivism is the society’s mind set.

Socialist society is agitating because the bureaucratized hierarchical status of those on top disadvantages others. Furthermore, the upper class children are the gods and goddess of the nation’s future; unless you are on equal footing, disagreeing with them is dishonoring your position. Forget about climbing the ladder if you are an unfortunate bottom pit lad, you are expected merely to survive not to thrive.

Changing America into a Socialist nation is Michelle Obama’s supreme goal and these young people are her “Hope” thus alluring them into public services is her strategy. Imagine that new America based on “spread the wealth around” one community at a time, with the public servants organizing the goals while their children congratulate their parents for transferring their influence and wealth. Ultimately, in this new America, Michelle Obama (along with Barack Obama) would always be on the top ladder of the hierarchies, because they are in the first order of the Government Entity.

Socialism is un-American and Michelle Obama’s arrogant denial of the greatness of American Capitalism is why she will fail. Creating the wealth has been the principal feature of America for generations; changing it into redistribution or transfer mode would destroy our society.

How on earth America could produce a First Lady championing Socialism in the midst of the country’s reviving its Capitalistic economic power, is an irony worth contemplating.

Believe me: the failure of this Socialism will sour the taste on these lads’ minds, no matter how Michelle Obama sweetened it.

Democrat “liberals” are used to a free ride. They live in a world in which inspirational speeches define reality and lesser mortals take out the garbage. “Lesser mortals” include all who serve in uniform. “Liberals” think they are dumb to put up with the danger and sometime privation. They believe it is a function of the American military to simply follow orders, suffer the privations of the battlefield, and become convenient scapegoats if there is a public relations aim to be served.

In order to complete the circle, Liberals recruit senior flag officers who will enthusiastically sell out the troops for another star. The most disgraceful case of this occurred during our glorious victory in the Southeast Asian war games. Robert McNamara knew that LBJ, the Democrats and he were not prepared to win the war. He also knew the public would be very unhappy if the “effort” were abandoned. Ergo, he simply continued to send more Americans to die so the mess would be cleaned up during the next administration. Flag officers demurred as long as McNamara punched the right ticket for them.

“War Hero” John Kerry found it convenient to condemn his former comrades with an aggregation of lies to a credulous Congress. John Murtha accused and convicted Marines in Iraq of murder. The Marines were ultimately exonerated but went through a living Hell in order that Murtha could score a few cheap points. Less serious but equally emblematic was the treatment of uniformed Naval officers being asked to fetch the canapés at one of President Clinton’s White House soirees.

To Liberals these fighting men looked like pages.

Liberals never think about the price of defending the nation because it is always paid by others. Few “liberals” even know anyone in uniform. In some cases they don’t even know anyone who knows anyone in uniform. They treat members of the armed services as palace guards. That is, these guards must be paid and occasionally accorded a bromide accolade, but must never be trusted. After all, they kill people!!!!

“Liberals” live in a world in which there is always someone else to clean up their messes, which are never ending. President Obama found it convenient to pillory President Bush as he campaigned against Iraq and waxed on about the necessity of winning in Afghanistan. One imagines that, like all “liberals”, he was confident the Afghans would see his wisdom and comport themselves accordingly. He now blanches in the faces of the reality of combat, civilian deaths, and to him most importantly a growing rebellion in his own party.

The latter will be the nexus on which his “decision” on how to best undermine the effort in Afghanistan is made. He has been voting “present” for three months while the troops wait…and wait… Oh well, the troops are stupid, his lap dog Joint Chiefs venal, and the public restive. What to do??
His answer is simple: Pretend to be deep in thought, hold an advertised “strategy session” regularly, and go to fund raisers. Perhaps the “jerks” on the ground there hold it together until the next election.
