Isn’t it so satisfying to see a schoolyard bully get knocked flat on his back?

Last week’s Arkansas Democrat Senatorial primary gave us just that image to savor. The Big Labor thugs and criminals took it on the chin and their attempt to bully and blackmail Blanche Lincoln failed. The sin Lincoln had committed is her failure to back Labor’s scheme to use the power of the federal government to force unwilling workers to join unions through all but rigged voting without benefit of the secret ballot.

We won the showdown

Lincoln is an opponent of the deceptively named Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), known commonly as Card Check, and because of her position, the anti union Coalition for Arkansas Jobs (CAJ) supported her with television ads seen throughout Arkansas. Her opponent was “evasive about his position” which was code language for “I support it.”

The head to head primary run off became a perfect test of who carries the biggest stick, the unions trying to subvert American freedoms or those fighting to preserve them. The union thugs spent $10 million trying to beat Lincoln as a lesson to all other Democrats who dare to stray from the script and fail to unflinchingly support the scheme.

Now the worse possible outcome for the unions and the best possible outcome for America have been realized and form a perfect spider’s web tying up Big Labor.

Lincoln won by a mere 52/48 margin. This means: A) Lincoln has no mandate B) the unions are “Timid Lions” not the big bad wolf C) $10 million that could have been much better spent trying to save threatened Democrats has been flushed down the toilet and D) Card Check, which seems to have more lives than an ally cat, is once again dead.

No matter how this pig is dressed up, this is a big loss for Big Labor. They went “all in” trying to bluff with a pair of sevens and lost a bundle. Of course the money they used and ultimately wasted was OPM (other people’s money). With jobs so tight and fewer dues paying members to fleece, there won’t be too many $10 million envelops coming their way any time soon.
That is very good news.

If you don’t want to be a slave don’t sit and watch while Obama and his Marxist Congress go about making you a slave. Stand up and fight or our country will be lost.

If we don’t finally kill Card Check it will kill us. So far we’ve beaten this monster but union gangsters and their Democrat comrades want our liberties and they won’t stop.
Their repulsive plan would rob America’s workers of first our secret ballot rights, then our money in unnecessary union dues and finally our jobs themselves. Unions kill jobs. There is no disputing that.

Nevertheless the AFL-CIO’s greedy hogs won’t quit. They are desperate trapped animals that can see their fall from power clearly in front of them. They know that unless they get a transfusion of cash they’re done for. Since nobody except slothful government workers wants to willingly join a union, the gangsters in Big Labor will have to get their Democrat puppets to sneak through a federal law forcing workers to “join” a union.

Fortunately earlier this week the overstuffed Richard “Fifth Amendment” Trumpka of the AFL-CIO opened his fat mouth and once again tipped us off to what they were going to try.

While Trumka admitted Card Check as a stand alone bill is dead he bragged he would use his Democrat lackeys in Congress to lick his boots and slip Card Check into the language of another bill.

This thug actually thinks he can sneak something into a bill and we won’t know it. Since the only possibilities for a bill big enough to hide Card Check in are an Amnesty bill or a Cap and Trade, both of which are dead, that is not going to happen.
Nevertheless, he believes getting his 60th Senate vote is possible.

Dismissing skepticism about his claim Trumpka said. “Quite frankly, I don’t know when we ever had 60 votes.[but we’ll find them]” We can’t allow him to sway a single Republican Senator.

Big Labor thinks Card Check is coming back so it’s time to get ready to fight again. But based on recent trends we may finally be able to put a stake into the heart of this Marxist monster.

As his response to deep Blue Massachusetts thoroughly crushing Barack Obama’s socialist health care plans, AFL-CIO chief Richard Trumpka is bragging he and his union thug comrades will be able to ram through their “Card Check” scheme early this year.

Big Labor’s “Card Check” scheme is an insidious attack on the secret ballot that would force workers to vote either for or against unionizing their workplaces while being watched by union goons who would no doubt “help” them make the right choice

NLRB forced to back down

Over the weekend the very good news of a victory for America’s workers over the tyranny of Big Labor surfaced. “Right to Work” attorneys have forced the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to resume posting the results of decertification votes. These votes are being held at workplaces across the country by workers trying to cut the union tentacles that have continually squeezed the life out of the companies they are employed by. These postings spell trouble for Big Labor because they shout the truth about the public’s distaste for labor unions.

Since the early days of Obama’s Administration, the NLRB had been shilling for Big Labor by “neglecting” to make these results public. Now all of that is changing because with this encouragement workers all over will slam the door or union organizers trying to snake their way into their wallets. This is big trouble for the gangsters that run America’s labor unions. Without a Democrat law forcing Card Check on workers, unions will continue to shrink and lose their power to destroy our freedoms.

Unions becoming less and less popular

With membership already at record lows and fresh news of yet another 10% slide in union membership, Trumpka and his gang are justifiably worried.

His enthusiasm in the face of reality has just gone from ill advised to silly. But for people like Trumpka, forcing new workers into union membership, even with a figurative gun to their head, is a matter of life or death. He won’t let up so we can’t stop fighting him.

Richard Trumpka, is a classic union pig feeding with his snout jammed into the pockets of the hard working captives he pretends to represent. He holds his position on the board of the AFL-CIO illegally because he violated its rules forbidding board members from taking the Fifth Amendment in any Congressional investigation into union activities. He did that 13 years ago and there is no indication he will be sanctioned for this violation.

Trumpka is a man who lives in luxury pulling down $233,260 (as of 2006 the latest reporting year) while his members make an average of about 56,000. He is a man who is in for a series of rude surprises in the coming months; bet on it.

Big Labor can have its parades and march its “volunteers” around making believe they’re winning in their scheme to forcibly unionize America, but we’re the ones with reason to celebrate.

Their strong arm tactics are blowing up in their faces. Card Check is dying, and in words even these thugs can understand, “It aint happenin’!”

Union thugs overplayed their hand

The union influence plunge started in 2006 after Big Labor bought the Democrat Party and began demanding they get the entire nation unionized using their underhanded Card Check scheme euphemistically titled the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA).

As recently as 2008, 59% of Americans still approved of unions, but today that’s fallen to 48% the lowest level since Gallup started asking the question in 1937!

The union thugs apparently underestimated the depth of America’s animosity toward them. When they started flogging Pelosi and Reid to get Card Check passed they had to be privately stunned at the huge blowback against their plot.

Starving for money

The number of Americans who say, “unions mostly hurt America’s economy” has risen sharply since 2006 from 36% to an attention demanding 51%!

AFL-CIO head Richard “5th Amendment” Trumka is especially desperate to have his Democrat hired hands force under 30 workers into unions. Trumka isn’t concerned with their wellbeing only theirs dues money which will fund his ponzi scheme pension funds.

A Hudson Institute study found just 17% of union pension funds are fully funded, and the AFL-CIO is currently 2.3 million in debt.

Big labor went into hock buying our Congress from the Democrats, yet they’ve lost on EFCA and failed again when they tried sneaking it into Obamacare.

If we stay strong we can out wait them. Maybe even bankrupt them. After all who could have dreamed they could have bankrupted GM?

We’re winning but we can’t let up

We are winning on this front because even in Obama’s recession Americans intuitively understand that unions kill jobs and we need jobs now not after we pay our dues to some petty crook.

Enjoy this victory. We have earned this brief respite in this ongoing fight to save our liberty.

For now they are beaten; but remember the union thugs will be back. With fewer hosts to feed off of, they are running out of the money they need to destroy America with. Since they are nothing more than the blue collar branch of the Democrat Party they will do what ALL Democrats do and raise taxes. In their case their “taxes” are called dues but the result is the same. Workers will be asked to pay more and more of their paychecks so unions can fund more and more of the liberal Democrat anti American schemes people don’t like. So far their ham handed tactics have driven workers away from them. There is no reason to think that will change and that is very good news.

If you get tempted to give up, if you grow tired of this fight against Card Check and want to stand down remember this is the real battle for our freedoms.

Defeating Card Check is the pivotal battle for our future. When we stop Card Check we not only stop union thug oppression but we cut off the money they would be extorting from workers to buy more Democrat lackeys.

When we’re finally done with Obama his “Czar System” circumventing the constitutional confirmation process will stand out. Since he has a Czar for everything, count on a Labor Czar who will be his enforcer. Andy Stern, President of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) will be Labor Czar.

He’ll direct Obama’s ACORN brown shirts and intimidate workers into surrendering to Card Check and nobody will be able to stop them.

Who is Commissar Stern?

Stern’s a favorite son of the Democratic Socialists of America, whose name spells out its aims.

Stern’s SEIU is ruthlessly lawless. More than 3820 Unfair Labor Practice charges have been filed against his SEIU since 2000.

ACORN runs Stern’s SEIU locals in Texas Illinois Arkansas and Louisiana.

Stern attended the Marxist run “Midwest Academy” where anti capitalist radicals are taught how to infiltrate labor unions.

Stern demands his members donate time to elect Democrats,: “every leader at every level of this union – from the international president to the rank-and-file member – to devote five working days this year to political action.”

Using dues squeezed from his voiceless rank and file, Stern spent 60 million to elect a Democrat Congress in 2006 and 65 million to buy the Marxist Obama his Presidency in 2008 making him a “friend” of the king.

Stern is a smoothie, but he’s not afraid to break heads. He is absolutely Obama’s kind of man. He crushes his opponents.

In February, to audition for appointment as Labor Czar, Stern collapsed one of California’s biggest SEIU locals the 150,000 member United Healthcare Workers West. Its president was Sal Rosselli a long time thorn in Stern’s side because of his persistent and effective advocacy for SEIU rank and file members. Stern understands the “Chicago way.”

Now that Al Franken is in the Senate things have just gotten ratcheted up. If you plan on watching what is happening to you, plan on being a slave to Barack Obama’s Marxist regime.

Of course you didn’t plan on this. Many of us have always refused to talk about politics because there are all crooks, but this is different. This is the survival of America on the line. Take yourself to your local GOP clubhouse and get busy.

Union thug Andy Stern brags about his access to the White House. Why not? It’s good to be the king’s friend.

Stern’s friendship with the king is really paying off. Obama has made few cuts in his 2010 budget, but took an axe to the funding for the agency charged with enforcing laws broken by union thugs.

The Department of Labor’s Office of Labor Management Standards’ (OLMS) budget was cut 9%. At a time when all of us are tightening our belts and bracing for more budget cuts, the United States government is the only large employer still hiring.

The OLMS is the office of the Department of Labor that investigates union corruption allegations and puts Andy’s pals in federal prison.

Federal budgets are large and growing save for OLMS’s, so why aren’t we being bombarded with the “good news” of a government budget cut?

The lap dog media won’t report this cut because it doesn’t want us to realize this is one budget that shouldn’t be reduced.

The OLMS is a victim of its own success on our behalf. Over the last 8 years it has convicted more than 900 union thugs for a variety of crimes including embezzlement.

The work of the OLMS has also returned over 91 million stolen dollars to rank and file union members. Now these cuts have put a serious drag on the agency’s ability to fight for clean unions, but of course this is exactly the reason for the cuts.

No other sub-budget of the Department of Labor was touched. In fact at least one other subdivision of Labor received an 18% increase: the Wage and Hour Division which enforces the ridiculous 12 week leave for workers.

If this was a movie about how gangsters took over America how would things be different?

Obama’s plan is to take control of the means of production without his fingerprints being on the move. He knows outright government control will cause a backlash he won’t survive. To solve his problem he wants to hand America’s industrial production over to his surrogates the thugs in union leadership. This won’t work if they are in prison.
This is why we have to savagely fight against the Card Check scheme. If they win that fight our country is lost.
Get the facts. Get involved. America needs all of us standing shoulder to shoulder. Our nation needs us now.

The unions at United Parcel Service are demanding the Democrats kill FEDEX for them. They can’t do it themselves, so they are demanding their bought and paid for party do it for them.
For years Democrats have changed or ignored laws designed to stop union gangsters from squeezing the life out of defenseless private companies and local governments.
Nevertheless, over the past 40 years union membership has continually dropped from about 35% to 12% nationally. This has the union gangsters in a panic mode and demanding their Card Check scheme, to forcibly unionize the whole country, be rammed through by the Democrats.
But Card Check’s losing support and the thugs have changed tactics. They know a “Card Check” law won’t pass so they are pushing for a stealthy version hidden inside another law. They want second prize which for them would be forcing FEDEX to unionize. Based on a small provision in an FAA Reauthorization bill, FEDEX could be unionized by a vote of just 12 workers at each center. The unions dream of intimidating FEDEX workers into signing up.

FEDEX Chairman Fred Smith sees through this trick and he’s not buying it. Smith has flatly announced he would cancel a $10 billion contract to buy a new fleet of union fabricated Boeing planes if this bill passes.
In response union thug leader Jimmy Hoffa a man who recently asked, “Since when is the secret ballot a basic tenet of democracy?” wants no debate on this issue. He wants more dues paying members and America be damned.
Unions aren’t used to companies saying “No” instead of caving. The flummoxed Hoffa has responded with an incoherent comment that, “.. Smith and FedEx breed a culture of arrogance..” What?

Card Check equals union criminality

Hoffa can bray like a jackass all he wants, but Smith means business. He is digging in and has eluded to a willingness to an all out fight to the finish against being forced to allow unions to dictate FEDEX policies to him. We better hope Smith wins.

For years lazy extortionist union members have long worked for substantially more than they are worth. They have deluded themselves into thinking that running the machines that produce the products others have invented makes them equal to the inventor.
When companies do the things unions do the law calls it price fixing. When union do it it’s called contract negotiations.
The next time you need to send a package remember which company stands for American free enterprise and which one stands for spreading more socialism. Get the facts at these sites ( above)and look for opportunities to fight Marxism/socialism when you see them.
Don’t plan on staying comfortable while our country circles the drain.
