BOHICA : HERE IT COMERS AGAIN!

Healthcare was just the beginning of our Second Revolution/Civil War.

A Heritage Foundation report sets the costs of granting amnesty to millions of aliens illegally in our country at $999 billion. Yet enforcement of existing immigration laws which would spur self deportations could be accomplished for “only” $14 billion. Amnesty will cost about 70 times as much as getting tough and slamming shut our border gates.

Myths about the “benefits” of amnesty

1) Across the board amnesty for illegals will boost tax revenues because these workers will become taxpayers who will begin to pay their own way.

Wrong: The jobs held by most illegals are bottom level low paying positions which will contribute little to government treasuries. Moreover paying their pittance would make them eligible for governmental benefits worth several times their contributions. To fund the immediate eventual obligations caused by this huge influx of new takers, will cost $1tillion and add 5% per year until the first wave hits Social Security in 2056.

2) The costs of enforcement to rid us of illegals would be prohibitive.

The CBO estimated it would cost $1.9 billion a year for five years and with an inevitable 5% per year increase the total cost could actually be about $13.5 billion.

Wrong: The House bill designed to start mass self deportations because of new strong enforcement of immigration was recognized for its potential to be successful by its target group. Proving they are NOT of this country so therefore they are oblivious to what was going on, thousands of illegal aliens marched in Washington last Sunday to demand its rejection.

The bill H.R. 4437 “The Border Protection, Antiterrorism, and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005” was loaded with common sense steps to protect America.

It called for:

Ending the “catch-and-release” policy for all persons apprehended at our borders.
It requires the Department of Homeland Security to reimburse counties within 25 miles of the border for the costs relating to illegal aliens;
facilitate removal of aliens who reenter the country illegally after having been deported.

It includes mandatory minimum prison sentences for offenses related to illegal entry into the United States, additional port-of-entry inspectors canine detection teams and a mandatory E-Verify program ( forgery resistant identification cards ) 6 years from the date of enactment.

Election boards in Westchester County and Fishkill, New York are using invalid Spanish voter application forms outlawed by the New York State Board of Elections eight years ago.

These invalid forms ask would be Spanish voters in Spanish: “ser cuidadano norte americano:” are you a citizen of North America? The corrected form out of the Albany web site asks in Spanish: “ser cuidadano estadounidense:”are you a United States citizen?
When asked to explain this major discrepancy, Reginald Lafayette of the Westchester County BOE expressed surprise, saying. “We’ve never had a complaint on this,” and said he would “give it to our translators.”

The Fishkill Town Clerk was not available for comment, but John Conklin, Director of Public Information of the State BoE said “That’s wrong. They should not be using that form. . .we haven’t used it for eight years.”

He went on to say in spite of the fact “we’ve instructed everyone to get rid of [those forms ]they still crop up. Conklin said every so often this form pops up in Suffolk County as well.

He was unaware the Westchester and Fishkill application forms still relied on the North American citizenship requirement rather than the US citizen requirement to vote.

Nevertheless, a local source paints a far different picture of the deference given to Spanish voter applicants. When the source contacted the Dutchess County BOE asking if a Mexican Matricula Consular ID card was an acceptable form of photo ID, the source was told “Yes.”

Mr. Conklin told this reporter the Martricula card “is not an acceptable form of ID.” The US Department of Justice and FBI “have concluded the Matricula consular is not a reliable form of identification, due to no existence of any means of verifying the true identity of the card holder.”

The very life of American is in our hands. Let’s all stand up for our beloved America and be worthy of the name American.

This is scary and enough reason to fight amnesty.
Illegal alien “rights” groups are pushing to change federal law to insure illegal aliens won’t have to wait the required five years to become eligible for Medicaid.
While neither the House nor Senate’s new healthcare bills have this provision; that could change if some Democrat actually reads these bills.

Should we ever lose control of our borders, here’s a sample of the diseases aliens, especially illegal aliens, are bringing us already.
The scariest disease is a new drug resistant strain of Tuberculosis from South America.

Last month a legal immigrant from Peru showed up at a Florida emergency room coughing up blood. To their great shock the doctors diagnosed his illness as the extremely drug-resistant XXDR type of Tuberculosis which had previously never been seen in our country. “He is really the future,” one doctor soberly observed.
TB is highly contagious and is spread by sneezing and coughing sufferers. The Center for Disease Control reports 1% of illegal aliens have TB; and in just fifteen minutes a TB suffer will infect half of those nearby. Think of that when you read about illegals working in our food processing plants.

For the first time ever we’re seeing Chagas another South American disease that attacks the heart and stops it cold.
Just as alarmingly for the first time in forty years our hospitals are treating cases of Leprosy, a horrible killer disease that breaks down the sufferer’s flesh and causes it to literally fall away from his/her body.

The list continues

Maleria which we beat in the 1940’s is now present in California New Jersey and New York City. Dengue fever a deadly sickness from Asia has appeared among us and so has Hepatitis A-E which is costing us $billions each year.

We can’t let the Democrats and their few Republican stogies pass any kind of amnesty. We have many battles to fight and the truth of our situation is that we have to win all of them to keep our America great and free. This is one we can’t overlook, and certainly can’t lose.

Story one:

Steel System Erectors, a Southern California construction company, was able to sneak illegal aliens onto Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska last summer. The illegal aliens, one with a criminal record in California, were driven onto the base each day using forged and expired papers thereby putting at risk a “critical infrastructure site essential to national security” as described in an investigative report on the issue.
The company flew thirty workers up from California depriving local American steelworkers of jobs in a complete circumvention of the “E verified” system of identification for government purposes.

Apparently “E Verified” is merely another trick by the Obama Administration to sneak illegal alien eventual Democrat voters past our borders.

Blame the illegal guys?

At this point there is no indication any action will be taken against the contractor, and why would there be? He did exactly what Obama wants him to do. He helped the Administration sneak more Democrat voters into our country.

Story two:

Those who would destroy America by flooding our workplaces with illegal aliens are like hungry wolves always ready to strike at our weakest points. The wolves at La Raza have closed in on a Target store in Walnut Creek California that had the good sense to check immigration status of its workers. According to La Raza, Target had the “nerve” to “target” illegal aliens by requesting documentation of its workers. In just that one Target store 40 “employees” disappeared.
La Raza is bringing legal action against Target, which as an employer is lawfully required to see that its workers are here legally. With America suffering from an actual rate of unemployment of 17%, companies like Target should be applauded and supported. Who knows how many of these burglars we can throw out if more employers followed Target?

More bad news

A Florida DVM worker has been arrested for selling fake drivers licenses to criminal illegal aliens.
A Police investigation into the activities of seven Florida DMV workers stationed at the Delray Beach office has developed the fact that they were selling illegal criminal aliens Florida driver’s licenses which are fully accepted as genuine all over the country. The fees these Judases extorted were between $1200 and $1500 per license.
Four of these people have been arrested. What’s the worst part of all of this? Last week an illegal alien driving against traffic hit and killed a 10 year old little girl.

When the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles announced its plans to revoke approximately 47,000 vehicle registrations it suspects were fraudulently secured by illegal aliens there was a rapid and predictable response from The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC).

LULAC filed a lawsuit trying to stop the state from protecting Ohio’s legal residents from the constant erosion of law represented by illegal aliens who are “gaming” the Ohio motor vehicles department.

The suit seeks to stop the state’s fraudulent registration recall based on the absurd argument that allowing the state to take this action would amount to allowing Ohio to enter into matters of federal immigration law which it isn’t empowered to do.

The frauds bankrolling this action consider it unfair and unconstitutional because it targets illegal aliens. In other words, the State of Ohio’s efforts to combat criminal abuse of its auto registration system by criminals can’t be allowed because the “targeted” criminals are violating federal laws not state statutes.

The immigration lawyer who filed the suit whined that canceling the illegal registrations filed by illegal aliens committing fraud will cause these illegal aliens to lose their cars and disadvantage their American born children. He says nothing about the fact that these “disadvantaged” children have been put into this position by the criminal actions of their parents. He moans that this action could cause these families to be separated and (gasp!) relocated (like back to their home country maybe?)

So far not even 5% of the 47,457 suspected frauds ordered to produce legal proof to support their registration applications have done so. If Ohio is coming around things look bright for restoring American freedoms next year.

This very encouraging news keeps the issue of illegal alien amnesty hot until next Election Day which is a very good thing.

Ohio is coming back to our side. Winning back Ohio is very important to winning next year’s elections and throwing out the Democrats in 2010.

Hitting them where it hurts

Granting amnesty to illegal aliens is a top priority for the Democrats. They know these criminals will be grateful and vote Democrat for years giving the Marxists total control of our lives. We can not allow this to happen. We can not turn our backs on these people. They are bent on destroying our country and our way of life.

Get educated. Make saving our country your part time job. Sure it is tough and it will be very hard to do this, but any discomfort we suffer from being “put out” by our duty to fight back will be nothing compared to what we will have to endure if we fail in our defense of liberty.

A Texas emergency room doctor has a message for the rest of the country: illegal aliens are destroying the medical care delivery system in his part of south Texas.

Dr. Antonio Falcon cited diseases and conditions such as tuberculosis diabetes obesity and swine flu, brought by illegals, as major threats to America’s border hospitals because illegals refuse to pay for medical care.

Dr. Falcon says the problem started with the 1986 Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA), the federal law compelling hospitals to treat anyone in medical emergencies without regard to the patient’s ability to pay.

Falcon started his practice in 1980 and has seen the terrible results of EMTALA. In the early 1980’s Mexicans were usually among the best paying patients in border hospitals because the system required up front payments. Today the same population offers only smiles and empty palms in return for their care. Now the influx of those willing to sneak into America to steal medical services is taking its toll.

Dangerous diseases

If illegals aren’t specifically excluded from any health care legislation Dr. Falcon foresees the effect on border hospitals being the same as forcing them to continue operating with 35% funding cuts.

The problems involved in protecting Americans from the onslaught of illegals goes well beyond merely providing emergency room care and obstetrics. One of the consistently under reported stories about illegals is the shocking array of exotic and deadly diseases they bring with them.

Among the worst is Chagas Disease a South and Central American parasitic illness that causes heart failure in million of people. Unknown here ten years ago, Chagas is now found in 23 states.

Incredibly Illegals have reintroduced Leprosy in America and there are now 7000 lepers in our country.

Open borders plus free healthcare equals dead hospitals

Open borders plus free healthcare for illegal aliens will bring about the death of hospitals and epidemics of serious diseases that will kill maybe millions of Americans.

Tuberculosis attacks the weakest among any population. That includes already sickly illegal children who will carry it from their homes to our schools and on to our homes through our own children making them prime targets.

During the course of a bout with Tuberculosis an infected person will transmit it to as many as 50 people before being identified as a carrier.

Free healthcare without having to hide

Nevertheless, Tuberculosis and Chagas are just two diseases illegal aliens bring with them. If we don’t slam the doors now, and take away the lure of free healthcare we will see a huge stampede across our borders and we will lose our sovereignty. Be assured that Mexico and every other Central and South American country plus Cuba and other poor countries will send their sickest and weakest people here and expect free prioritized treatment. Just look at how the open bordered European Union is sagging under the weight of sick illegal aliens from Africa and you’ll get the picture of post Obamacare America.

This should be a lead story in the debate over whether to have government run healthcare or not, but of course it continues to be smothered.

If they were honest Liberal Democrats and their controlled media would rethink their stock positions on Mexican illegal aliens’ coming to the United States to “work hard, play by the rules and someday become citizens.” A new survey of Mexicans in Mexico proves this is a fairytale.

Earlier this month Zogby surveyed 1004 Mexican adults in Mexico for their thoughts on illegal immigration of Mexicans into the United States.

We haven’t heard much about his findings because they don’t “fit” the liberal media’s template on illegal aliens but here’s what Zogby found.

Fifty six percent think giving amnesty to illegal aliens would encourage more illegals to sneak over our borders. Only 17% believe amnesty would not cause a rush over our borders.

Of those with immediate family in America 65% said an amnesty would make people they know MORE likely to sneak into America.

Fewer going to America; more coming home to Mexico

Our recession has done little to discourage Mexicans from DESIRING to come here legally or illegally. More than 1/3 of Mexicans would come here if they could.

Almost 70% said the primary loyalty of Mexican-Americans whether legal or illegal should be to Mexico. Only 20% felt the opposite should be the case.

An astounding 69% of Mexicans living in Mexico believe the Mexican government should represent the interests of Mexican-Americans in America.

About 40% said they thought fewer people they know had entered America illegally lately.

Fences and tough enforcement work

Four of ten thought people they knew who had gone to America illegally had come back to Mexico and fewer were going to begin with because of two main reasons. They said both the sour economy in America and stronger enforcement of border security had slowed the flow of Mexicans illegally entering the United States.

Amnesty making illegal aliens legal citizens will destroy America

These findings make it pretty clear that amnesty for illegal aliens would effectively “erase” our southern borders and millions of Mexicans would pour into California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. We would never ever be able to reclaim our sovereignty and never ever regain control of our borders. Amnesty would literally spell the end of America as we know it and turn it into an over crowding lifeboat sinking in a sea of red ink overnight.

The survey carries a +/- 3.1 percent margin of error at a 95 percent confidence level.

Fights we have to win

There are many many fights we have to win to keep our freedoms but stopping amnesty and defeating Big Labor’s Card Check scheme to forcibly unionize the entire national workforce are second to none.

Keep informed on these issues and fight like our nation’s life depends on it because it does. If you plan on sitting and watching the Marxists as they go about their evil doings you had better plan on watching them make you and your family slaves.

Illegal aliens cost us, they don’t help us.

The nature of any social system is that it must benefit someone in order to continue to survive. The systems benefitting no one eventually collapse. The question then becomes: Who is benefitting?

Average Americans don’t benefit from the presence of illegals in our country. Only business interests and Democrats who see illegals as new voters benefit from this invasion.

FAIR, an immigration tracking organization has complied these numbers on the costs of illegals just for Florida alone.
Floridians are paying $3.4 billion to educate illegal alien children and American born children of those here illegally.

The state of Florida pays $290 million a year for health care services provided for illegal aliens.

Each year illegal alien incarceration cost the state $90 million.

What these numbers mean

Every Legal resident family in Florida pays an extra $678.00 a year to support those who demand benefits based on their ability to evade federal authorities and illegally remain in Florida.

The State of Florida is facing a $ 6 billion budget deficit almost two third of which is directly caused by what it is paying to support illegal aliens who have no right to be here let alone consume our budget dollars.

A recent Zogby poll of Florida residents clearly shows the people of Florida fully understand what is happening.

More than 71% know illegal aliens have a negative impact on their state.

More than 83% are aware of the needless strain on the state’s budget caused by this problem.

While only 36% would allow amnesty for illegals, 57% want stronger border enforcement to combat this growing problem.
As Obama’s recession makes things worse in America things will get worse in Mexico. But the Democrats won’t close the border for obvious reasons.

In New York

In the very upscale Hamptons on New York’s Long Island illegal aliens who have out stayed their usefulness are now camping out in the woods near multi million dollar homes. Most of the homes in the Hamptons are owned by wealthy liberals who pinch every penny and won’t pay full price ever. They invited these illegal aliens to their town so they could avoid paying full value wages to American workers.
Now these same liberals who look down their noses at Middle America are planning “free food” kitchens for the illegals they enticed to their neighborhoods. They think half way measures like this will work to improve the situation because their knee jerk liberalism tells them this will help. It won’t. In some cases these homeless, stateless people are turning to crime to support themselves. That is a problem that will only grow. Yet the Democrats won’t close our borders.

Can you say “Chutzpah” boys and girls?

In a statement reminiscent of the scene in Blazing Saddles where Black Bart threatens a crowd of angry townspeople by putting a gun to his own head, illegal aliens are now talking about boycotting the census to achieve their goals.

Since last November the world we knew as average Americans has been turned on its ear. We’ve seen things we never could have imagined would happen. A publicly exposed tax cheat has been given the responsibility to lead the IRS as it hounds us into poverty. A man who hates the Catholic Church runs Obama’s religious outreach operation.

Now burglars are threatening to withhold their cooperation from our Census because they want their grievances addressed!

These illegals want favorable changes in the immigration laws before they will provide information that Democrats want to destroy America with. If the Obama administration was working for us instead of against us, it would gather this information and use it to deport these leaches.

USA Today reports the National Coalition of Latino Clergy & Christian Leaders, which claims to represent some 20,000 Evangelical churches in 34 states, has urged illegal aliens not to fill out Census forms without “genuine immigration reform.”
The group claims 38% of the membership of these churches are illegal aliens. If even half refuse to cooperate with the Census counters, ACORN will have to use very creative accounting procedures to steal this Census.

That is the good news.

The better news is campaigns following the same line have sprung up in the border states of Arizona and New Mexico as grassroots movements.

Maybe the hubris that moves these people to threaten law abiding Americans will help us choke off the socialist movement that wants to coddle them.

Black Bart would be proud.

Keeping up the fight

We must take advantage of this situation. We have to stoke the fears of these leaches so they decide not to “trust the man.” If we keep stirring the illegal alien invasion pot we can send the message that we don’t want them here and don’t care what they do as long as they go home.

We have sent our message about taxes and it has been heard. But the TEA party movement is just the beginning. Now we have to focus on the next two issues: Card Check and illegal immigration.

For now we have contained the Card Check threat, so illegal aliens have to be our primary concern. Send letters and make phone calls. We have to win this one as well.

The money we are spending kowtowing to people who were neither invited into our country nor wanted here is appalling. This money has to be cut off and redirected to take care of our own people. The incoming Barack Obama administration has so far talked a good game about “bringing Americans together” and now is the time to put up or shut up. Times are tough. We can’t afford another mouth at our table, especially an uninvited burglar who is eyeing our belongings as he eats our food.
The best way to give our economy a genuine boost is to do it with money diverted from expenditures we will no longer be making. Imagine not spending billions of dollars to care for people who are not citizens and helping Americans now in our hour of need instead!
The prime basket case of illegal alien damage is California, which has absorbed about 3.5 million illegals mostly from Mexico. If they could be cut off of Arnold’s dole the state could be out of its money problems. They spend more than 10 billion a year attempting to educate children, who should not be here, for an ungrateful country unwilling to face its own responsibilities to its own people.
Without its 500,000 illegals, Colorado would save at least 2 billion taxpayer dollars not spent to care for the poorest of the poor from south of our border.
Cities like Los Angeles could free themselves of the 15,000 members of the Hispanic criminal gang MS-13, who sell drugs and terrorize people with drive-by shootings.
There are those who think this “kick’em” position is cruel, but which is crueler, the Mexican government who turns away when its people are forced to live illegally in a strange land, or sending these disadvantaged fellow human beings home?
The money being sent out of our country to Mexico is estimated to be over 80 billion dollars a year. That means at least 40 billion was untaxed and stolen from our economy. In these tough times we can expect the IRS to squeeze all of us tighter than ever before, but experience tells us illegal aliens will continue to get a pass and keep stealing from us.

The arguments for bring in poor uneducated illegal aliens from Mexico as a way to help our economy is a pile of dung. Uneducated people bring nothing but needs that have to be met and paid for by us. This business about them being hard workers is another pile of dung! So what? Americans are the hardest workers in the world. We put in the highest minutes of laboring during an average workday of all the world’s workers.

Now more than ever we need to “bail” ourselves out and pay whatever we have to so we can send these people home and force Mexico to grow up and act like a real country instead of a gangster fortress on our border.
